Really great hotel, I couldn't fault it. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. We stayed here for some wing foiling time on the beach and this was the perfect location and budget.

The place is nice and the staff is mostly friendly. The only person with a negative attitude was a waiter at the bar. Their food is very good and the prices are excellent.

We just came from the Asterias Bay, because that poor hotel has cockroaches and no hot water etc. Then we just find this very nice clean hotel, with kind staff, delicious food, big pool, fantastic juices and cocktails, very near from the beach, cute kittens. We really enjoyed staying in the Sabina Hotel.

Hotel is basic but nice, clean, breakfast is ok you can choose something decent. Unfortunately the main issues is the plane sounds passing above, making the experience not so relaxing, we had to sleep with ear plugs. It depends on what sleep you have or how sensitive you are.
Also there is a power plant that smells a little funny sometimes and the hotel is a bit isolated from anything or you have some distance to the markets/restaurants and you really need a car.
Again about the hotel:
- There where no clothing airers on the balconies to dry towels and swimwear.
- I was also disappointed that i had to pay extra for the AC
- That one of the receptionist were not so empathic when my husband asked for a boiled egg and a toast for me from what remains from the kitchen @11 o'clock ( i wasn't feeling well in our first morning there and could not get up out of bed, i even got to the hospital) I had to take some medicine, and he was told to check at the bar. The breakfast usual finishes and people are leaving the breakfast are even up to 10:30, so it was just no intention or any kindness to help us.
- On the other hand, AC started to drip water and they remediate the issue pretty fast
In case you find yourself at this hotel, recommend the beach next to Sabina, Alex's beach bar - 8 eur for 2 sunbeds and a lot of shadow. has a lot of stones but with water shoes it's fine. And the best beach nearby for admiring sunset and nice sand is Fanes beach (Paralia Fanes).

Hotel is basic but nice, location isn’t too bad due to transport links, however we unfortunately had a very bad experience in the pool bar. We ordered a simple lunch of fries but after approximately 40 minutes we started to become frustrated as we were very hungry and all other tables had eaten, even those who arrived after us. After 55 minutes of waiting, we got up and left as we were feeling ill having not eaten in a while especially after being in the pool. Drinks are also extremely expensive, for a €2 drink from the shop, expect to pay €8 for the same here. Overall our experience was pleasant, however this experience has meant that we will not return. Absolutely appalling, poor, disappointing, embarrassing service.

Cheap hotel. Don't expect mutch.
You have to pay extra for airconditioning. Rooms are clean but it's mediocer. Shower floor gets wet because there is no shower door and the water remains on the floor making it dirty and slippery. Food is bad. Verry poor. Swimming Pool is basic. Location is kinda hidden in a narrow street. I won't be comming back.

We absolutely loved the Sabina hotel. It’s in a quiet part of Rhodes, the staff are friendly, funny, and speak English well. The rooms are simple but cleaned to a very high standard. The pool is nice, not huge, and there’s a pool bar / cafe which does cocktails and straightforward meals (club sandwich was a highlight). Food is tasty, nothing special, but exactly what you’d expect. Only minor criticism I have is that you have to pay extra for air con - €6 a night - which adds up if you are staying for more than a week. Seems like an essential thing to hold back, especially in 40+ degree heat!
Location is quiet - there is a little strip of shops and restaurants nearby. This is for people who want a low key holiday, this is not a clubbing destination. Mostly British and German families at this hotel.

A great, calm hotel for families and more senior travelers.
Our room was cozy, cleaned daily. It was on the ground floor so we didn't have much of a view but that didnt bother us as we were traveling the island.
The food is a mix of Greek and generic touristy foods (pasta, pizza, burger). It was great quality and value. The cocktails were nice as well, simple but tasty. We enjoyed everything we had there. Only thing was that the menu doesn't change over lunch / dinner.
The location is quite close to the sea. The beach is has loads of pebbles, but its the same on the whole coast on that side of Rhodes. The surrounding area is a small farmland with a couple abandoned buildings. The area is quiet, calm and safe. Very few activities around, so would suggest to rent a car or try out kitesurfing close by.
All in all it's a great value for money hotel and would come back in a heartbeat.
