Very average hotel, nothing special about the rooms, and indifferent staff. The best part about this hotel was the very convenient location -- about 800 meters from the port. Apart from the friendly woman working at breakfast, the other staff, at the front desk (owners?) could really work on their interpersonal skills. Three days prior to our arrival, we received a lengthy "informational" e-mail from the hotel, full of do's and don'ts ("don't use the white towels to remove makeup," "only use pool towels for the pool and bring your own beach towels," and on and on). While seeking to manage expectations is fine, this e-mail as written set a completely wrong tone and made us feel unwelcome before even arriving. Upon checkout, the gentleman (owner?) at the front desk didn't thank us for staying, or inquire at all about our stay and whether we enjoyed it. On an island otherwise brimming with Greek filoxenia (the art of making visitors feel welcome), the owners of this hotel fell flat. No wonder it was nearly empty. We won't be back.

Altana hotelTinos This was our first visit to Tinos and we were not disappointed. We stayed at the Altana boutique hotel just 800 mts from the port. We took a taxi, lazy but it was very hot and only cost 5 euros. We had a lovely warm welcome from Clairy and Michael. The apartment we had chosen could only be described as spacious and stunning. The front door opened into a large, fully equipped kitchen. The large air conditioned lounge was just off to the left, with lovely day sofas,comfy chairs and large led screen tv. Off to the right there was a toilet and walk in shower. In the corner was a built in day bath and shower, I think it was made with the intention of grown up fun.. say no more. The large spacious and well laid out bedroom was just off the lounge. Excellent bed, with separate toilet and shower . Well designed hand basin and mirror just behind the bed.The room had its own separate air conditioning. An excellent breakfast was included in our stay. The food was delicious and all freshly prepared. Truly enjoyable stay.

Great value and lovely, helpful staff. An easy walk (10-15 minutes?) from town/the ferry port, but far enough away that there’s a great deal of peace and quiet.

Very well equipped hotel organized by siblings (brother and sister) who are extremely welcoming and always open to chat. Beautiful bathroom and comfortable bed, huge balcony. The pool looks nice though too small for swimming. 5 minutes walk to the port. Just the surroundings of the hotel don't look nice - street (quite calm at night) and buildings. 3 minutes walk to the small Stavros beach which is suitable for a swim though I wouldn't spend much time there.

Hotel vicino al porto, alla fermata del bus e alla stazione rifornimento carburanti. Il paese è raggiungibile a piedi e la zona è molto tranquilla. Gli spazi sono curati nel minimo dettaglio. Stanza spaziosa, funzionale e pulita. Ottima la colazione preparata dalla padrona di casa Angela. I prodotti sono locali e la signora Angela prepara le marmellate, le torte ed i dolci. Tutto squisito. Consigliamo questo hotel. Giulia e Fabio

Wonderful experience!!! The staff is polite, hospitable and a very clean environment. We hosted an event on the island early in July and rented 2 large suites for 3 nights at this property and it was great. We had breakfast available every morning. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Hôtel situé un peu à l’écart du centre de Tunis Town , proche d’une petite plage sympathique. Les chambres sont spacieuses, avec la climatisation, mais assez sombres . Les petits déjeuners sont très copieux. Hôtel peut-être un peu onéreux

The Best!! Clean, great food, friendly owners on site, family oriented, perfectly located close to the downtown area, pool, parking, quite, beautiful accommodations, staff works hard to make your stay the best. Truly a unique Greek experience! You will feel the Love here. ❤️
