The hotel is situated in the centre of Tsilivi, a few steps from the shops and bars, near the beach. It offers a relaxed atmosphere, friendly service and large outdoor pool. All rooms are comfortably furnished with balconies overlooking the pool or garden. Cozy place for a romantic or family vacation.

Location: in the centre of Tsilivi, 5 km from the island's capital, Zakynthos town, 5 km from the port of Zakynthos, 7 km from the international airport.
Consists of one 3-storey building.
The hotel has 60 rooms.

This was a last-minute booking, to allow us to get some sun before the winter. Part of a package through Jet2.
It's advertised as a 3 star plus, and I think that's a good representation of the standard. It's a smaller hotel, but really very nice. It's quite smart from the outside, although in touristy type area.
There were a few maintenance issues, typical of hotels at the end of a season. It was due to close the week after we were there, and some work had already started on a few items.
Rooms were tidy, and cleaned every day; bed linen and towels changed as well.
The rooms have TVs but with limited numbers of channels. However, they also have USB ports, so you can play music and videos from media devices plugged in.
The restaurant was very good, if a little on the smaller side. Food was amazing; a good variety of options, with high quality and excellent flavours. Staff worked hard and generally did a good job.
The hotel has 3 pools, one of which is for children. The pool bars are open during the day, offering drinks and a small range of snacks.
There was supposed to be entertainment, but as it was the end of the season, this had all stopped.
We had a great holiday, and might well consider coming back again.

Rooms were clean and tidy cleaning ladies were polite and friendly tea and coffee in the room but not enough milk left as they leave u 2 little packs of milk.shower and sink water is definitely salt water.air conditioning was good and safe in the room with a fridge,kettle.2 tvs in one room sleeps 4 but when u put one tv on the other came on couldnt watch different shows on the tv had to be the same.
There are 3 pools one of them being childs pool 2 pool bars.not enough sunbeds for the capacity and if ur not down before 9 u wont get a sunbed.ideally should be 2 allocated sunbeds per hotel room (children usuly in the pool).
Dining room on the small side food was hit and miss but what we did have was ok.
Entertainment was hit and miss 2 young lads trying there best all day to keep quests happy.sad thing is i seen these 2 lads sleeping in the salon room with 2 single beds in.
All staff there very polite.drinks offered were beer tea coffee and cocktails.
The hotel is around 5/10 mins walk to the beach loads of bars around there think u have to pay for sunbeds (i didnt use them)
There is a waterpark there 5min walk away if you go after 2.30 its half price its not a big water park but a few hours is enough (kids enjoyed it).
Sadly of an evening there was a mum and baby begging outside late in the evening not nice to see.nothink to do with hotel but walking up the strip there were 2/3 children age range around 3/5 sitting on the path spread out with a begging bowl and an instrument to play couldnt see the adults around and ideally not nice to watch children begging on the streets.

Great for the kids, good pools, but food not so good. Rooms basic but ok in the original block. The canteen (wouldn't call it a restaurant!!!) is too small, you have to squeeze between the chairs, you have to wait for tabled and plates and cutlery sometimes. The food is mainly the same every sitting, with just the odd change of the meats available. We ate out a lot of the time. Apparently there is an a le carte meal available but we weren't told about it. The draught beer isn't great. The entertainment is basically the same every day but the pool volleyball is good. Richard can sing but after a while it gets boring. They play a game of bingo too. Personally I wouldn't go there again, but as a bargain holiday for a one off it wasn't a disaster.

Shocking. currently on holiday here and i’m all inclusive. Today iv been unable to get drinks as there is only 1 bar open and the barman constantly closes the bar. The final straw tonight, no beer, no wine till tomorrow. Had to settle for a diet coke in 35 degree heat. 😡

Rooms are clean and spacious, air conditioner is properly working. Some weird things in the bathroom. You can lock it from outside (!) in some rooms. Also the handle of the shower was put outside of the cabin, which is funny.
The cleaning ladies are very nice and helpful. They clean the rooms every day.
The pools are nice, there are 2 + 1 for kids. You don't need to pay extra for umbrellas. Unfortunately the pools close at 18:00 (why??).... There are animators, inviting you for playing darts, which is amusing and kind.
There is always some party fun at the pools in the evenings, live music or karaoke or simply music and dance.
The breakfast looks nice, but I ended up every day eating fried eggs, with some bacon. I missed the jamons , and selection of cheese. Also vegetables are few. The soft drinks are very sweet, but you can have beer and vine from the taps if you like alcohol for breakfast :D
Coffee is okay. You can also get tea, but would be good to have bigger mugs for tea.
The location is perfect, just walk outside and you can walk down the main road full of restaurants and supermarkets. Walking to the sea takes like 10 minutes.

The hotel itself is pretty good. However, we came at the start of the session, and the hotel was not really to take guests.
The food at meal times was pretty standard, but what you had was nice.
The hotel staff are really friendly, but not well presented. It's only my opinion, but I think staff should be uniform and well turned out.
The pools are clean but cold.
Drinks, not the best. Very little range. No premium brands are offered for sale. This was disappointing. We went out every night. There is no inside bar in a hotel this size. I found this strange.
Entertainment was a joke. I was bored.

Arrived on 11th of may. Hotel is in a decent location to all shops and bars ect had ended up with a family room but just two bunk beds in the room extra so not alot of extra space we asked to change rooms as we were bang opposite the pool ground floor which didn't give us any privacy at all unless blinds were drawn so luckily we managed to get a room upstairs alot better.The rooms were cleaned daily really couldn't fault this at all towels changed every day top marks for the cleaning.Food at the restaurant wasn't the best by a long way often luke warm at best and not the best standards either ,the restaurant was very small for the amount of guest and I can only see this getting worse. The bars were fine but no inside bar open very limited selection of drinks and I personally think they were watered down to an extreme as not once did I really get anywhere near drunk, could possibly be I'm an alcoholic with a problem 🤣😁 so overall not the worst holiday I've ever had but definitely not the best definitely not 4*

Located very close to the beach. Rooms were clean and the air conditioning was definitely a plus. They have three swimming pools although we spent most time exploring different beaches and places. Breakfast was lovely and the stuff were very polite and friendly, which we really appreciated. The Greek night was fun as well. I would definitely recommend this places for couples as well as families.

Hotel in desperate need of up date first room live wires hanging down from TV no hot water shower doors didn't meet when closed mould around edge of shower tray reported this with no response until we met our jet2 rep who said the room wasn't acceptable.
Moved to second room and hey a bath with shower brilliant only to find still no hot water and shower screen was about 2inch gap from the bath so flooded bathroom my partner chose to have a bath by which time we had hot water about 6pm (this happened everyday for our 7day holiday no hot water till 6pm) only then to find the pop up plug didn't work needed maintenance to sort this we reported the water problem daily but nothing was done .
Food was very disappointing and we ate out both morning and evening 5 days out of 7 .
Best thing about this holiday was the beautiful sunshine.
