One of the best hotels I have ever been to. It is so well designed that you will not want to leave the hotel. All the rooms overlook this "pool-lake" in the center of the hotel. Amazing accomodation! We had some wonderfull days at Caravel Suites; the rooms are very modern and cleaned everyday (we had room 812 with our own, large pool and seasight; paradise!) staff was always very friendly and helpfull, the food at the buffet was excellent (at least that is what our clothes say…haha!). We had the best vacation ever and would love to return one day, for sure :). Good cocktails...

Outstanding hotel in the area of Planos on the island of Zante, management and staff excellent the food and drink we would give 9/10. Be aware of the prices on the room upgrade but overall thoroughly enjoyed the 2 weeks. We definitely would like to go back

Amazing 18+ hotel. I can’t see anything negative. Our holiday was perfect. Nice room, two pools with comfy sunbeds and the hotel is directly on the beach. You can choose sandy beach or one with stones (where you can see many kinds of fish).

Amazing hotel. Facilities are top of the range. We had a massage at the spa which was amazing. The best bit is the staff who can't do enough for you! Truly an amazing holiday that I would recommend to anybody. 5 star!

I recommend to book the room with the sundeck; you get a lot of sun during the afternoon even though the pool is not heated. The staff at check in and breakfast and all over the property are very friendly and hospitable!

Great location, great value for money, friendly staff...the perfect hub for a Zante holiday in Tsilivi 😎 The beach and bars are just at the bottom of the road and in every other direction there are numerous restaurants, bars and shops. We have been coming here since 2015 and have just returned from our 13th week at the Alamis Apartments. The rooms are clean and regularly serviced with fresh towels...

Nice place. Nothing luxurious but clean. AC is old but works well :) swimming pool is great.

We're in a studio. Although it's quite old fashioned, it's very neat, the beds are very comfortable and the AC is top. The wifi is almost non existent. The parking is for 4 cars and you need to book it separately. You can park on the street. The swimming pool is enough for the capacity of the hotel. The beach is about 100m away. Kind and polite staff.

Excellent family holiday in October half term. Staff extremely friendly and nothing seems to much trouble, hotel was very clean. On arrival booking in was made very easy and welcoming. Food was enjoyable with a good variety. Our fussy eaters ate well everyday. Snack bar at the water park does wrapped sandwiches and salads and make the ideal take away for the beach days. We spent a lovely week here at the end of Sept/beginning of Oct 22. Location was good, rooms were even better and the food was really good too! Fantastic that guests are able to use all 3 hotels and the water park. My son was able to find something to do for the entire week and loved to swim most days. Water park is a great option to have on site and was one of the main reasons why we chose this hotel...

We had a great time at the hotel. The staff is humble, polite and some times over-submissive! The rooms are ok, we had a family swim-up which was spacious enough (couple, no kids) but the room divider is made of rattan and not sound proof. The swim-up pool was a bit cold, comparing to the sea and other hotel-pools (late september). But it was nice to have a less crowded pool, with own sunbeds to retreat...

We stayed at the Aqua Bay suites for 2 weeks. The attention to detail and service was incredible. The photos don't do the suites justice! The staff went out of their way to ensure we had the best time, especially Irdi, Dimitri and Dani at the pool bar. I am staying at this hotel at the moment , and what I will say is we are loving it here , everything is spotless , the food is lovely and plentiful , it’s an all inclusive buffet , I have stayed at a lot of all inclusive hotels and this is lovely , so ignore the bad reviews , I’m glad I did !! Not the best service. The lift smells of mold. Booked a junior suite and was given a normal room. When we asked if it were a junior suite, the receptionist simply answered 'it is whatever you booked'. Did some digging and found out it wasn't. The pool is in the shade most of the day so it's super cold. The location was nice as it is on the seafront, however the tall wall balcony made it impossible...

Excellent location by Tsilivi beach yet quiet and romantic after sunset. The hotel feels like semi-deserted though as it's always empty of staff, air-condition is off in the (abandoned) reception and the rest of the common areas and there is a smell of mold in the air. Beautiful family apartments, small complex just outside of Tsilivi. Just far enough away from the mass tourism and yet close enough in case you want a more lively evening. The apartments are beautifully kept and maintained, family run and staffed with fabulously friendly and helpful people. Absolute must stay when in Zakyntos. Everybody is superfriendly. The property is managed by a family. Beautiful domain, with good jacuzzis and nice pools. Great restaurant (breakfast, lunch and dinner) with ocean view ... Erietta is THE reason for visiting Zakyntos !

I had the pleasure to visit Erietta twice, once for dinner and once for breakfast. The view is breathtaking since the apartments are on top of a hill with amazing sea view and a very nice garden. For breakfast I had the Greek breakfast which consists of fresh fruits, yogurt, honey, nuts, tahini, olive oil, goat cheese and bread. The plate was 10/10 with good presentation and fresh ingredients but...

Normally greek beds are hard and the pillows can be a bit rock like. The bed at Razis was huuuge and sooo comfortable. I slept incredibly well. The apartment was cleaned every day, the towels and bed sheet wa changed regularly. I had a budget apartment and it had a large balcony that was very private and got sun until early afternoon. We booked this as a last minute booking but turned out to be very good on our part , the apartments are very close to alot of shops and convenience stores as well as restaurants and bars and everything is in close walking distance , the amenities are good aswell the pool being open early and closing quite late and was never really that busy during our stay the bar had a variety of options and was open...

Another year at Ranias apartments as usual very welcoming and friendly. The apartment had been refurbished to a very high standard and we loved it. Love the location for all amenities. Would not consider staying anywhere else in Tsvilli. The apartments are cleaned with fresh towels on a regular basis.

Lovely studio. Very clean. Family are very friendly and on hand if assistance is needed but otherwise they will leave you you alone to enjoy your vacation. Rania is a local and very knowledgeable just ask. She is happy to make suggestions for trips and dining.

We arrived late afternoon and were greeted by the Lovely Rania who showed us to our room, we stayed in the ground floor Deluxe studio , the studio is absolutely Beautiful , Clean, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need, the Air con & safe are included in the price and wifi very good. We have been going to Tsilivi for 30 years and this is the best accommodation we have stayed in. The deluxe studios are perfectly located and spotlessly clean The hostess is super efficient and concerned to make sure everything is ok. We have already booked again for next June

Had a wonderful stay in the rainbow suite,which is new we were only the second people in there,lovely big comfortable bed and a proper rain water shower fitted to the wall,nothing was a problem for Rania very helpful we asked to stay another couple of nights,no problem,would definitely recommend it,we were in room 21

Rania studios are excellent,large well equipped , spotlessly clean and comfortable. The setting is ideal 2 minutes to the beach and similar to shops and restaurants,but at the same time quiet. We had a junior suit with terrace , fantastic outdoor space with sun loungers and table and chairs. Rania the host is lovely ,always around extremely helpful and informative. Excellent stay we shall return.
