Absolutely brilliant. Staff excellent. They are totally dedicated to you. They really become your family. Clean bedding and towels almost daily. Views are amazing..... But you have to get up two steep inclines to reach the ground floor, then 2 more floors if your right at the top. Pool and sunbathing excellent. Food very good. Greek night class. Very nice quiet place with an amazing view. Close to a touristic beach that is fun for one or two days and whatever shops and rentals you might need. Great breakfast and dinner with vegetarian options. Very friendly staff. The water is heated by solar energy so that might be a bit uncomfortable, but I personally value the ecological side of it. Definitely recommend!

Yannis, Sandy and Maria were all lovely and couldn't do enough for me and my friends on our holiday. We had 2 rooms between the 4 of us and they were perfect for what we required. Was great to be back last month May 2022 for a week. As always spotlessly clean, towels and beds changed regularly during visit, sure it was 3 times. Sandy and Giannis as welcoming as ever, met up with old friends,looking forward to going back. Its a great place, you are really looked after here, even if you travel alone you make friends and people look out for you.

Just dropped by they are not yet open but are very busy preparing the building for the upcoming season. Stayed many times before it is a lovely hotel and the host's are brilliant.

Wifi is not working, or it is working extremely slow. You need to pay 6 euro for air conditioner. Breakfast is 7 euro and it is ok. Personel is kind, but you will not get any additional tea (if you will drink the one from room)

Beautiful family apartments, small complex just outside of Tsilivi. Just far enough away from the mass tourism and yet close enough in case you want a more lively evening. I had the pleasure to visit Erietta twice, once for dinner and once for breakfast. The view is breathtaking since the apartments are on top of a hill with amazing sea view and a very nice garden. Friendly family run business, they provide a lovely breakfast each morning, and other meals if you stay all inclusive but we did bed and breakfast to explore the diffrent cuisines in town. There is stocked bar on site with central tv and sofas in lobby. Basic, clean rooms and facilities in the apartment, standard Greek. The beds are hit and miss if you get a rock hard mattress or manageable one! However...

I was concerned about the location, but my concerns were groundless. The location is quiet but only a 5 min walk from beaches, bars and restaurants . Not my first stay in Tisilve but was at these apartments I've stayed in plenty over the years in Greece got to be the cleanest I've come across allways plenty of sunbeds even though people reserve them and don't turn up for 5or 6 hrs later very frustrating. We’ve had the most relaxing holiday at a stunning hotel with hosts that are just amazing, and can’t do enough for you.

Nice quit place to stay between all the other touristic sites. You feel away from all of that. Private garden and beach on your doorstep. Rooms are decent, simple but fine. Kitchen is small but has what it takes to build a simple meal. Bathroom was fine and everything is clean. Hosts are very kind. If you want to sleep in, I recommend a room upstairs. Hotel Zarkadis is a family hotel , placed on a sandy beach and has its own sunbeds. Rooms are well equipped. Its Ideal for families.The cleaning lady does GREAT job! Thanks a lot!

Amazing accomodation! We had some wonderfull days at Caravel Suites; the rooms are very modern and cleaned everyday (we had room 812 with our own, large pool and seasight; paradise!) staff was always very friendly and helpfull, the food at the buffet was excellent (at least that is what our clothes say…haha!). A very quiet and comfortable place to spend a beautiful vacation! Have only been staying here for 2 nights,but so far so good with everything. Their buffet has a lot of variety of food. Their pool is smaller than what it seems on the picture though. Their service is excellent.

Great service in this family run hotel. It's quiet and relaxing. It is a bit of a walk down the hill to get to the beach, shops or restaurants. If you plan on hiring a car then owner can advise you as he did us of a few places to go. We would definitely go back.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a week in May and we had out best hotel experience so far in our lives. The hosts are very welcoming and ready to help with whatever you may need. The location and value for money is fantastic. 2 minuets from the beach and 5 minuets from the main strip there are also several snack bars and restaurants on the doorstep as well as a mini market next door.

We use the facilities everyday as its open to the public. Wonderful service.. €15 for 2x loungers and a parasol. Extensive menu... Fabulous pool... Clean toilets.

Can't comment on the Hotel itself but we used the pool area on a daily basis. €15 for two sunbeds and parasol isn't bad really. The setting is stunning being set right next to the sea though sadly the beach in this area is long gone. Only down side is the same tune played from the bar on repeat again and again and again for 6 hours.

A nice basic hotel. The staff are great and there is plenty of parking which was very convenient. The bar - patio at night is a great place to relax and enjoy some quiet time away form the main drag.

This was our second year staying here, and we got the tree house villa, which is really amazing! Especially the one closest to the driveway. You get the best views! We really enjoyed it! The location is perfect just far enough from the noise but near enough to walk around in the city. Amazing place, run by an amazing family. It was spotlessly clean. The room had the best panoramic views with a balcony that wrapped around two sides. Breakfast was excellent, the beds were comfy. Perfect throughout. Would definitely recommend this to anybody visiting Zakynthos.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed!!! Super friendly hosts. The rooms with private pools are amazing! They are big and clean, also you have a lot of towels, iron (even a small ironing table) and a hair dryer in it. I can stay here forever! We are leaving tomorrow and I’ll miss this place a lot!!!
