Amazing accomodation! We had some wonderfull days at Caravel Suites; the rooms are very modern and cleaned everyday (we had room 812 with our own, large pool and seasight; paradise!) staff was always very friendly and helpfull, the food at the buffet was excellent (at least that is what our clothes say…haha!). We had the best vacation ever and would love to return one day, for sure :). Good cocktails...

Outstanding hotel in the area of Planos on the island of Zante, management and staff excellent the food and drink we would give 9/10. Be aware of the prices on the room upgrade but overall thoroughly enjoyed the 2 weeks. We definitely would like to go back

Amazing 18+ hotel. I can’t see anything negative. Our holiday was perfect. Nice room, two pools with comfy sunbeds and the hotel is directly on the beach. You can choose sandy beach or one with stones (where you can see many kinds of fish).

Amazing hotel. Facilities are top of the range. We had a massage at the spa which was amazing. The best bit is the staff who can't do enough for you! Truly an amazing holiday that I would recommend to anybody. 5 star!

A very quiet and comfortable place to spend a beautiful vacation! My husband and I have just spent the last 7 days at this lovely hotel. The hotel staff were amazing and very polite and friendly. The hotel is clean and well kept, the pool areas too. Lesante Classic hotel staff really look after you from arrival. They arrange to pick you up from the airport in a luxurious car and even offer you a bottle of water in case you were thirsty after a long flight. One of my favorite places! The stay was made unforgettable by the amazing staff. I have never seen such a kind and caring team. The manager Petros made sure we were happy at all times and really does a great job. Huge thank you to him! I have traveled a lot in Greece and seen hotels of all levels, and I know that when buying a night in a Greek hotel, it is always necessary to reduce it by one star. But this hotel shocked me. One of the best hotels i ever visited. The food was GREAT. Rooms vere cleaned every day, staff was super friendly. I do not understand these negative reviews, dont let them affect your choice while picking a hotel in Tsivili. Only one thing i didnt like were small lunch boxes for our trips.

I was here for a two week stay. Very relaxing, lovely staff. Enjoyed every minute. 5 minutes walk to the beach ?, shops and restaurants near by. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a up scaled contemporary stay!

Ideally located by the beach front yet at walking distance from everything in town (markets, restaurants, bars,...) they got a nice sand beach private direct access. Bathroom is really outdated, shower and toilet is one same place, the water from shower goes all over the place. Buffet is in another hotel 300-400m. away from this hotel, so if you have all inclusive get ready to take a walk every time you want to eat. Buffet have almost any labels on any dishes so you have to guess or ask. Stuff is really nice and helpful after all.

We use the facilities everyday as its open to the public. Wonderful service.. €15 for 2x loungers and a parasol. Extensive menu... Fabulous pool... Clean toilets.

Can't comment on the Hotel itself but we used the pool area on a daily basis. €15 for two sunbeds and parasol isn't bad really. The setting is stunning being set right next to the sea though sadly the beach in this area is long gone. Only down side is the same tune played from the bar on repeat again and again and again for 6 hours.

A nice basic hotel. The staff are great and there is plenty of parking which was very convenient. The bar - patio at night is a great place to relax and enjoy some quiet time away form the main drag.
