I have traveled a lot in Greece and seen hotels of all levels, and I know that when buying a night in a Greek hotel, it is always necessary to reduce it by one star. But this hotel shocked me. I paid like 5* and got 2* at best. One of the best hotels i ever visited. The food was GREAT. Rooms vere cleaned every day, staff was super friendly. I do not understand these negative reviews, dont let them affect your choice while picking a hotel in Tsivili. Only one thing i didnt like were small lunch boxes for our trips.

We spent a lovely week here at the end of Sept/beginning of Oct 22. Location was good, rooms were even better and the food was really good too! Fantastic that guests are able to use all 3 hotels and the water park. My son was able to find something to do for the entire week and loved to swim most days. We had a great time at the hotel. The staff is humble, polite and some times over-submissive! The rooms are ok, we had a family swim-up which was spacious enough (couple, no kids) but the room divider is made of rattan and not sound proof. We stayed at the Aqua Bay suites for 2 weeks. The attention to detail and service was incredible. The photos don't do the suites justice! The staff went out of their way to ensure we had the best time, especially Irdi, Dimitri and Dani at the pool bar. Amazing 18+ hotel. I can’t see anything negative. Our holiday was perfect. Nice room, two pools with comfy sunbeds and the hotel is directly on the beach. You can choose sandy beach or one with stones (where you can see many kinds of fish).

Good holiday but we have had money stolen from the room by the cleaners. We reported it to the hotel reception and got no resolution. The roof top bar had amazing views and the location was right on the sea front.

Amazing holiday overall. Hotel is brilliant with amazing food every morning, afternoon and evening! (Whenever you want really if all inclusive). Bedrooms are clean, tidy and what you need. Staff are brilliant, always so helpful and friendly. Location is ON on the beach! From pool to the sea will take you 20 seconds to walk. Activities are all great and live music each night. Not to use too many superlatives: A very good hotel, perhaps one of the best we have had in recent years and that is certainly not only just due to the beautiful buildings and the swimming pool. It would have been good without the efforts of the very cordial, warm, empathetic and enthusiastic staff, but the added value of the staff makes this hotel brilliant.

Nice pool and perfekt located on The Laganas beach. The room was a disappiontment when we booked a familyroom and only hade two normal beds and a sofa. The poolbar was great but The restaurant had big trouble with the service. Every morning i had to ask for Coffee and every dinner for something to drink. I cannot recomend half board.
