I like this hotel very much. I live in a room with its own swimming pool. Walking out of the backyard is a large balcony and swimming pool. I can lie down all day. My children love it very much. There are also many delicious local specialties for breakfast. Although there are fewer styles, you can book a nanny to help take care of the baby.

The location is excellent. It is right in the center of Zakynthos Town. I booked a sea view room and watched the sunrise directly from the balcony. The view was superb. The room was average and the facilities were quite old, but the location offset many of the shortcomings. The location is definitely good, and the front desk is quite polite. But the facilities are a bit old. The air conditioner is facing the TV, and it won't turn on if you don't close the door. You still have to use your own shower gel and shampoo, but I didn't use them despite looking at the facilities.

Just spent 10 wonderful days at this four star hotel... staff are excellent, all friendly and working hard to ensure we had a great experience. Rooms were cleaned every day and our cases were taken to our room and collected on departure day. Pool is kept spotless as was the restaurant with lots of choice every day. Only one observation was that the evening entertainment could have been better.

Please note that Golden Sun Hotel and Golden Sun Resort and Spa are 2 very different hotels but Google shows them as one hotel. We stayed at Golden Sun Hotel, all-inclusive. We have been to this Hotel 3 times in the last 12 months. Nice clean rooms, great food, lovely pool and for us a great location. What really makes it for us at this hotel is the staff they are simply lovely and many have become good friends.

I spent a week at a Klelia Beach hotel and I am still really charmed by it! First of all, I admire the people who work here because I saw how hard they work for the whole day.
