Zante Calinica Hotel

This was our second year staying here, and we got the tree house villa, which is really amazing! Especially the one closest to the driveway. You get the best views! We really enjoyed it! We only wish that the AC worked a little better and cooled faster. It would be nice to have hot water on demand. We did shower with just a tad bit of warm water. Wasn't the end of the world, but I prefer a hot shower. The beds are kind of hard, but the owner said he will get pillow tips, most likely. Also, pillows were way too soft. We brought these to his attention, and he said he would have a pillow selection, add a pillow top to the mattress, and make sure AC and hot water work better. We had our own pool as well, which we used every day. They serve breakfast in the morning, which is included. There is a big pool if you do not rent the villa tree house. There is a snack bar as well. It is a very nice location with great views and a beautiful atmosphere. The rooms are quite nice and modern. There is no safe in the rooms. There is an iron board, iron, fridge, and close rod hanger. There are no dressers to put clothes in. The price is ok but I would prefer a little less for what you get. It is still very nice, obviously, or we would not have gone back. We may try something new next year to see what else there is in Zakynthos.

We spent 1 week in the middle treehouse that had private pool. Everything was up to our expectations, great stay, great staff and great service! Higly recommended!

All I can say is this place has the wow factor as nothing is to much for them to make your holiday goes perfect.
We have been to Greece loads of times and I can honestly say that they do the best breakfast,loads of choices and the cakes are to die for .
The rooms are cleaned every day and everything is wiped clean even down to the pool area .
Definitely will be going back .

This is a family run hotel and you really get the personal touch here. The staff are very helpful and friendly and are lovely to chat to on warm evenings by the bar. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the pool is just perfect. We had three seventeen year old girls with us who loved the location, with a water park next door and the busy town two minutes walk away. The nearby beach (about ten minutes walk to the best part of the beach) was beautiful.
This hotel is a perfect contrast to the busy Tsilivi town and we absolutely loved our stay there.

It is just perfect! We are a family with 2 children and we booked a treehouse with private pool. The view is outstanding. The location is perfect just far enough from the noise but near enough to walk around in the city. The services are beyond expectations and the personnel is extremly kind and ready to help whenever you need. We hope to come back here next year and we are very thankful for the time we spent here.

We stayed this week in calinica hotel and it was an amazing experience. Perfect breakfast and place. The suites with the private pool were stunning. Dionisis and Dimitra are kind and lovely and they welcomed us like friends. We had a problem the first night and they were ready to find a solution. Super recommended! By asia and antonio🥰❤️‍🔥

Amazing place, run by an amazing family. It was spotlessly clean. The room had the best panoramic views with a balcony that wrapped around two sides. Breakfast was excellent, the beds were comfy. Perfect throughout. Would definitely recommend this to anybody visiting Zakynthos.

Great hotel, fair prices breakfast is super and the rooms are clean.
All people are super friendly and i will visit the hotel again for sure!
