Hotel Yannis Corfu

This hotel was an oasis tucked away, within walking distance to the beach, and has stunning views (pictures can not do it justice), and is in a great location for exploring the island. Reception was very friendly and accommodating to our needs, breakfast was delicious, and rooms were clean, bright and modern, and spacious enough for us - not over the top luxury, but great for what you are paying for. Very family-friendly and laid back yet elegant atmosphere.

A special place! The loveliest hosts that made us feel safe and welcomed. Breakfast is 10/10 and the pool and grounds are so relaxing.

They saved our vacation. We were in an AirBnB and faced some horror story with insects and lack of water... called them and they got us a room very last minute, for same day, and even allowed us to use the Hotel prior to the check in time (including the pool). There are many restaurants around and the beach nearby may not be the very best but it is fun and offers water sports and nice views.

Super staff great pool and clean rooms. :)) view from balcony fantastic. 5 min to sea :)) worthy to stay. Just be careful that :)) showers in the room too small :)) at least room 101 :)) if you are big might be hard to fit but still 10/10

Overall it is a really good hotel, it has minor improvement but you won't regret coming here.
But in detail:

Sea view:
A well placed hotel as from the Superior sea view rooms you can see the sunrise and you can watch the ship/boats passing by over the sea. You will have a great view if you come here.

Room:
The room is enough for a couple. It has a small fridge and table. The shower is a tiny bit small so you can move that freely in it. The AC is good as we realized if the card is out and the balcony door is closed it will go in a lower mode so you won't arrive to a hot room. But the AC cools down the place pretty fast.
You will here everything which is going outside in the hotel, for eg a group of bachelor guys were outside a lot and loud over the night so if you wr sensitive be aware!

Service:
It is kind of meh in some parts, when we asked for cleaning they have not replaced the bed sheets as we saw stains on it which we didn't do...
But everyone lose is good and they succeed pretty well.

Pool and bar:
The pool and bar it is good to have if you want to be close to your room and don't want to suffer under the sun. The bar has some snacks, dishes that can solve a lunch or dinner easily. The pizza crust is the best!

Breakfast:
The breakfast varies from vegetables, fruit coldcuts sweets and so much more! The Greek yogurt is amazing! We really liked the breakfasts.

We visited this place in 2013 and it was great! The staff are super friendly, it’s in a great location with lots going on and it’s very scenic!

We are a family of four and spent three nights in this hotel. The kids absolutely loved the pool, we loved the beautiful olive tree garden and bar. The hotel is located a few minutes walk away from Ipsos centre and a bus connection to Korfu town. Greek style breakfast was outstanding. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the free bottle of wine and coffee/tea machine in the room. Would definitely come back

Areas of opportunity
Dirty dishes (e.g. espresso cups, wine glasses) remained in the room despite room service. Sanitary equipment in the bath room (e.g. shower, faucet) needs some attention & investment. Bar could offer more snacks (e.g. salads, sandwiches)
