Great hotel, great facilities, friendly and polite staff, our room has a really good marina view. We stayed here to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and they gave him complimentary birthday cake.

The location is a bit far, it takes 20 minutes by taxi to the city center

We stayed at the hotel for the New Year holidays. From December 30 to January 02, 2025. Apparently because of this the room was really poorly cleaned, the photo shows stains on the floor, on the table from coffee, garbage in the drawers. In general, the hotel is very "tired", something was obviously broken, barely alive faucets. In general, it does not pull on 5 stars. But! Breakfast on January 01...

Not bad. We stayed in the Select Sea View room. It should be a new room type. It's quite cozy. But the smell of new decoration is a bit strong.

The room is large, comfortable and clean. But the hotel's surroundings are too bad. There is an unfinished building nearby, and the view from the balcony affects the mood.

Hotel with a perfect sunset view, directly on the beach with a swimming pool. Personal is very kind and helpful in anytime of day/night. Great breakfast, great food. The property is very nice, the building is 50 meters from the beach. It has a swimming pool in front and there is a restaurant between the pool and the beach. Nice modern hotel and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Not really in Split, but for us that was nice, not so busy and a fairly short taxi ride into the city. Right at the beach, some restaurants near by. Would go again.

Room is very clean, airco, little safe for your valuable things. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food that I had eaten is not great though except for pizza, that is excellent. Very nice hotel and great location. When you look from the room you just see great blue see and Split on right hand side. They have a beach just in front of a hotel and they have a restaurant at the beach. Will come again.

We stayed here for 10 days in a single bed apartment. The apartment was great. It had everything we needed. We were on the top floor and had a partial view of the sea from our balcony. The cleaners came in most days and changed towels ( maybe more than was necessary tbh) and the bedding was changed mid stay. The room was nice and comfortable. However, it was over a restaurant that was very loud. Every morning at 6am they were blasting music. Also, the hallways were dark and smelled like gas. The property was nice, close to the beach and lots of restaurants.

Near Beach too far from City. The hotel is average, it is situated not to far from beach. The cleaners was terrible, they didn’t clean the 1st day… they just dropped off towels & toilet paper, when asked they said tomorrow, the next was same they exchanged towels & replaced toilet paper. for the price it was a very nice room with jacuzie room 403 nice view over the water. beds bathroom were nice and clean. clear explanation of activities no hidden costs that come later. resturant luxury food and not too expensive . only thing missing is a kettle with coffee or tea

What a great stay at we had at Hotel Eden! The room we had that had a sea view and balcony was perfect for trip. The bed was very comfortable and room was spacious. Breakfast is great! Great hotel! We stayed for three nights and wished we could have stayed even longer. The staff was very friendly and the room was spotless. The location was also superb with access to nice beach fronts.

Great and nice hotel. People working there are super friendly and helpful. Everything is nicely decorated and squeaky clean. Food in the restaurant was super delicious. Small gym with enough equipment for an adequate gym session. The pool almost didn't allow us to visit the nearby town of Split 😁. Would repeat the experience.
