Listening to sound of waves while sleeping and having a glass of wine on your balcony right next to the waterfront offered an exceptional experience and the much needed peace and rest that we needed so much

Hotel was clean and had everything we could possibly need for a great holiday. They had good measures in place to make us feel safe. Staff is professional, very kind and helpful

The hotel is super comfortable and the service is amazing. We stayed in the newly refurbished room that projected standard much higher than just 3 stars

Had my nails done, they have a wonderful girl working there that knows her job well. I recommend everyone to visit and try their services!

The view of the beach is very nice. Make sure you are on the beach at sunset time. Hotel room and food is alright.

We stayed in the Classic double annex room beautiful view of the sea. Room was lovely very clean and bathroom spotless. Staff here are very friendly and helpful and the restaurant service and food was brilliant.

Staff is great, owner is great, friendly and not intrusive. They have fresh water shower, parasols and deck chairs at the beach

The place was amazing just located on the shore of the beach. We left two days earlier than the breakfast time. The staffs made sure that they prepared some breakfast when we left too early as well

if you're lucky and there is room available take an apartment with the sea view. Breakfast is ok, I would appreciate if you could choose more quality meat product, not just low budget salami

Beautiful hotel and an amazing staff. Made our stay feel special. The food was amazing and the Italian restaurant is out of this world. I highly recommend this place! We definitely will stay again.

It’s not an original idea but it’s well executed so it’s a pleasure to sit and sip. The bartender is very educated and gives great suggestions. It lacks liveliness but that is already hotel policy

Super stylish and breakfast was great. Rooms are tiny and not spacious, we had not the cheapest room with a sea view but anyway it felt tiny

Great hotel with Spa complex is consistent with the 5-star level. The centre of split to go 10 minutes.

I only visited the coffee bar and it may not be to my taste but it is nicely decorated

Highly recommend this place. We are here at the moment and loving how close it is to restaurants, beach, supermarket, bus station to split. Staff were amazing and quickly cleaned a room for our last minute check in.

Management were incredibly helpful throughout our whole stay. The rooms were impeccably clean and tidy. Close to the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Highly recommend.

Very close to swimming beaches, a few rooms have ocean views we had a slightly obstructed sea view. Our car had ocean views parked outside. Everything you need is walking distance

We've stayed there couple of times, and for the great host (Iveska), scenic views, cleanliness, tranquility of the place, proximity to the sea and the city, parking right next to the entrance we decided to go again this year, and can't wait to travel

Helpful and friendly staff. Our apartment was nice with a private terasse with a wunderfull weiw over the sea , islands, and all the way to Split.

5 star hotel, staff and cleanliness excellent, sea view, beach is 30 seconds from the hotel, I recommend.

The neighborhood is not so pretty but you can go to so many places nearby that it is not a problem. The beach in front is small but clean. We visited in June and it was great because there were not so many tourists

Swimming pool and sauna also in the hotel next door. Nice view there! Just a pity that the swimming pool is open until 20:00. You don't go swimming there during the day. Only if you don't want to be in the sun

Very positive! Inside it looks good and clean. Room gets thorough cleaning every day. Spacious room with private terrace. Tight parking space and not always space in my opinion

This is the definition of hospitality, simply the best ! the owner Tony is awesome and very accommodating. Location wise you can't get closer to the beach, you walk out the bottom floor and its literally RIGHT THERE

they recently open the place when we had the pleasure to spend 5 days with them, they where very helpful and loving with my daughter, they made us feel at home and always served with a smile, very clean and organized

The food in the restaurant is some of the best we have had in Croatia and super inexpensive. There is parking, a supermarket across the street and the less than 10 min drive from downtown split

Beach is only few minutes away, so is the bus station and grocery store. City of Split is only 20 minutes away by bus or 10 minutes by car. It is very easy to get to Split for shopping, sightseeing or evening out

Since this is not a centre, it's a great place to have a complete rest. We preferred to spend all day relaxing on the quiet and clean beach with several coffee shops and restaurants at hand

We had a great summer vacation with the whole family at Apartments Leon and I would highly recommend it to everyone looking for cozy beach time near the bustling city of Split

Great place for a family vacation. Great location: you go down the stairs and immediately find yourself on the beach. Sun beds and umbrellas are free of charge

Lovely breakfast on the magnificent terrace overlooking the sea. Very friendly and polite hostesses of these apartments. There is a parking place for cars
