Very nice hotel and great location. When you look from the room you just see great blue see and Split on right hand side. They have a beach just in front of a hotel and they have a restaurant at the beach

Room is very clean, airco, little safe for your valuable things. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food that I had eaten is not great though. Beach contains a lot of little stones so it's difficult to walk barefoot

The view of the beach is very nice. Make sure you are on the beach at sunset time. Hotel room and food is alright.

We stayed in the Classic double annex room beautiful view of the sea. Room was lovely very clean and bathroom spotless. Staff here are very friendly and helpful and the restaurant service and food was brilliant.

The breakfast buffet is great (especially the fresh croissants), there's a bar but they don't serve cocktails which is a shame! Restaurants and a big supermarket are a 2 minute walk as well

for the price it was a very nice room with jacuzie room 403 nice view over the water. beds bathroom were nice and clean. clear explanation of activities no hidden costs that come later

Great hotel! We stayed for three nights and wished we could have stayed even longer. The staff was very friendly and the room was spotless. The location was also superb with access to nice beach fronts.

As the access to the rocky beach is very steep. Nice restaurants within walking distance t in both directions along the beach. Take care when using and crossing the main road as it's busy

People working there are super friendly and helpful. Everything is nicely decorated and squeaky clean. Food in the restaurant was super delicious. Small gym with enough equipment for an adequate gym session

The place was amazing just located on the shore of the beach. We left two days earlier than the breakfast time. The staffs made sure that they prepared some breakfast when we left too early as well

if you're lucky and there is room available take an apartment with the sea view. Breakfast is ok, I would appreciate if you could choose more quality meat product, not just low budget salami

The hotel was in the off-season and there were not many guests, so although I had booked a double room, I was upgraded free of charge and stayed in a suite. The ocean view room had a great view from the balcony

It is a little far from the city center (about 3km) and a little inconvenient for sightseeing, but the hotel itself was clean and the hotel staff were nice. The breakfast was also luxurious and satisfying

I can't comment on the food or the room service seeing as I'm local and only came here for a spa day. 150 Kn per person and you get a towel and a chair

Best hotel in the city for sure. The have absolutely everything, the view, nice food, great service, spa, spacious rooms, all. They area bit expensive but you'll not regret a single dime.

The neighborhood is not so pretty but you can go to so many places nearby that it is not a problem. The beach in front is small but clean. We visited in June and it was great because there were not so many tourists

The property is very nice, the building is 50 meters from the beach. It has a swimming pool in front and there is a restaurant between the pool and the beach

We had an amazing week in Hotel Split. The hotel staff ist very professional and kind. If you're looking for a hotel in Split this is the adress. The breakfast was delicious. The view from the balcony is amazing.

The staff here were amazing and friendly, they will do their best to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. My friends had the massage and said it was one of the best they've had.

The hotel is located outside of Split but there is a bus service that runs approximately every fifteen minutes

There is a pool but it’s very small with only a handful of sun beds but we hardly saw anyone in there. The beach is so close that you don’t need the pool

They also take over a large part of the nearest beach with their sun beds. Other reviews suggest you can use the Meridian’s facilities. That’s true but as of 2025 it costs €45 per person per day

A 15 minute walk up the sea front gets you to a busier beach by the Hotel Split and a little further on we found Avere Tourism: a great place to book trips and hire transport

The cleaners came in most days and changed towels ( maybe more than was necessary tbh) and the bedding was changed mid stay

There is a restaurant below the hotel, Porto Spalato, which is fabulous but isn’t part of the hotel. The food was fantastic but it was never very full, perhaps because it’s quite hidden

That’s quite a lot if you just want a dubbed. For a less costly bed and brolly walk 10 mins down the front and you’ll find some reasonable places where you can hire beds for the day
