We stayed in the Classic double annex room beautiful view of the sea. Room was lovely very clean and bathroom spotless. Staff here are very friendly and helpful and the restaurant service and food was brilliant.

for the price it was a very nice room with jacuzie room 403 nice view over the water. beds bathroom were nice and clean. clear explanation of activities no hidden costs that come later

Great hotel! We stayed for three nights and wished we could have stayed even longer. The staff was very friendly and the room was spotless. The location was also superb with access to nice beach fronts.

As the access to the rocky beach is very steep. Nice restaurants within walking distance t in both directions along the beach. Take care when using and crossing the main road as it's busy

People working there are super friendly and helpful. Everything is nicely decorated and squeaky clean. Food in the restaurant was super delicious. Small gym with enough equipment for an adequate gym session

Hotel is located near the beach and all rooms have partial sea view. Lovely room with good bed and pillow. Half board option comes with a buffet style dinner. Don't expect much but for 12 EURO it's OK

I was first in a Superior Room on the 2nd floor and due a problem with hot water I had to move room. Maintenance guy is a big liar which is why I had to go twice to reception and push for a proper solution

They tell you to go to a different beach. Fine except all the chairs there are also taken and by the people who haven't paid a penny at the hotel

Best hotel in the city for sure. The have absolutely everything, the view, nice food, great service, spa, spacious rooms, all. They area bit expensive but you'll not regret a single dime.

The hotel was also connected to a beach which has outdoor dining and lots of seating. Parking is available for those who are coming in their own car, however, daily parking charge is kind of high, at €15 per day

Fantastic hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was fabulous, but we were less than keen on the buffet dinner. Hotel is a little isolated so its a bit of a walk to restaurants in the off season.

The spa had two sections, one for everyone which included two jacuzzis and a swimming pool, and another for adults only which included two saunas, a stream room, a small warm pool, a small cold plunge pool and a relaxation area where you can lay down and just relax while listening to relaxing music in the background

The neighborhood is not so pretty but you can go to so many places nearby that it is not a problem. The beach in front is small but clean. We visited in June and it was great because there were not so many tourists

There is a pool but it’s very small with only a handful of sun beds but we hardly saw anyone in there. The beach is so close that you don’t need the pool

They also take over a large part of the nearest beach with their sun beds. Other reviews suggest you can use the Meridian’s facilities. That’s true but as of 2025 it costs €45 per person per day

A 15 minute walk up the sea front gets you to a busier beach by the Hotel Split and a little further on we found Avere Tourism: a great place to book trips and hire transport

The cleaners came in most days and changed towels ( maybe more than was necessary tbh) and the bedding was changed mid stay

There is a restaurant below the hotel, Porto Spalato, which is fabulous but isn’t part of the hotel. The food was fantastic but it was never very full, perhaps because it’s quite hidden

That’s quite a lot if you just want a dubbed. For a less costly bed and brolly walk 10 mins down the front and you’ll find some reasonable places where you can hire beds for the day

Again normally with hotels its the opposite ! Bar and restaurant has a huge range of drinks and cocktails! Very fresh food, and the portions are huge! The breakfast is fantastic, they will cook you omelettes, bacon etc on request, which personally I prefer as its fresh

We arrived early so they did make effort to arrange are room, which was nice and are credit card had a issue with paying, so the lady spent 30 minutes talking to our bank and there’s, in tern it was a problem with there merchant bank

Most receptions would not go to this length to help with a payment. So all in all the management is exceptional! Its the perfect location for relaxing and if you like a smaller more family run vibe

Beach is only few minutes away, so is the bus station and grocery store. City of Split is only 20 minutes away by bus or 10 minutes by car. It is very easy to get to Split for shopping, sightseeing or evening out

Since this is not a centre, it's a great place to have a complete rest. We preferred to spend all day relaxing on the quiet and clean beach with several coffee shops and restaurants at hand

It's all for the money! The rental of bath towels is charged at 3 euros / day and per person (to be brought back the same evening in order to collect as much as possible

), the restaurant / bar of the hotel charges excessive prices (4 euros for a 25ml coke, 22 euros for a plate of 5 slices of ham and cheese, 5 euros for a small plate of frozen fries, 8 euros for a cocktail with alcohol during happy hour and 7 euros without alcohol 🥳😓 etc

The room: The sea view from the balcony (at an angle) was a little spoiled by the presence of a kind of very noisy generator right next to the balcony. This can be problematic for falling asleep

) So of course there is no rush at the bar. There is no place to go out nearby, you have to take transport and nothing is offered to liven up the evenings

We were staying in Split but left the accommodation (despite paid for the whole time of our holiday) as it was too hot basement accommodation with not enough fresh air and I got ill from air condition which was directly over the bed

Very close to swimming beaches, a few rooms have ocean views we had a slightly obstructed sea view. Our car had ocean views parked outside. Everything you need is walking distance

Luckily my husband found this hotel. We had room No 4 with balcony and view to the sea. In the room was small fridge and air condition, large wardrobe for storage and kettle for making tea with mugs and glasses
