I went twice to this hotel, both of the times I had good memories. The place it is not new, it is mostly for those people who wants to remember mostly how was during comunist period. There is place to park the car. Breakfast it is not the very best and if you eat lunch in there I do remember waiters asking for tips. The view it is nice, you can see the sunset by the Balaton lake and the other side...

This little hotel is perfectly situated. It's near the city center and the beaches too. It has 3 small apartments and a big garden with a private beach. The private beach is big enough but the public beach is only 5 minutes away. There you can find a good skatepark, waterpark, trampolines and nice staff. The hotel is pet friendly and the staff is really kind.

it has private beach at balaton and its near public beach where is food and all. rooms are pretty big with bar fridger, comfy beds, nice bathroom and pretty view. breakfast was good, you can choose your own food. maybe its a little too expensive but has good servise.

I'm biased because I grew up here. The upstairs part has been renovated, since then it has become even more beautiful and finally has air conditioning!

We spent the night, very friendly people. They didn't book, they just stopped by, it's good that there were free rooms. Paradise for children ... Everyone has their own way to the room from the yard .. There is a large shared kitchen, where there is everything you need. Be sure to stop by as soon as it's on the road. Very nice owners, clean rooms, super location. Nearby shop, restaurant, Lake Balaton is 5 minutes. For children playground, trampoline, pool, jacuzzi. Very good value for money. I can only recommend it to everyone :)

It really is a kid's paradise. You absolutely need to go here, amazing host, awesome property and facilities. We've already been twice, and we'll be booking a third soon!

Great little place for the price! Furniture left over from old times, the buildings have not been modernized or renovated either, but they are nice and clean, the staff is attentive, kind, and polite. Retro accommodation at a relatively reasonable price with breakfast. The breakfast was delicious, but the coffee is already paid for, the staff is nice. Unfortunately, neither the room nor the corridor is clean, there are a lot of spiders, porcupines, they give you 1 small towel each. You can rent a SUP and the beach is close.

The lady owner welcomed us willingly, even though I made a reservation for one night by phone at 6 p.m. We slept with 2 children in the 80s family room. The staff is very kind and helpful, the breakfast satisfies all needs. Lake Balaton is a 3-minute walk away. I strongly recommend the place, even for those arriving with small children! 😉

Lovely place, close to the lake (2 min by walk) bar and restaurants, homemade and genuine food for breakfast( lot of choice ),clean rooms with comfortable beds and very helpfull and kind management. Definitely the best choice in the area.

The boarding house was the venue for a class meeting (40 years old). Everything went very well.

We stayed for one night only and it was nice. They have private parking and a nice garden area. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly. The room would need an upgrade, as the furniture seemed old and the fridge noisy.

More a restaurant with apartments than a regular hotel. Apartments are nice but could need an update. Enough space for families. Restaurant for half-board is nothing special but pretty good, for external guests the variety is really good. Service is fine, people are really friendly. Very close to the Balaton, position is excellent. Nice beach bar with sunbeds for guests. Overall a good choice.

We always eat at this restaurant when coming home to visit with my sister and the food is always excellent... so was the service, friendly staff

We were not guest at the hotel but we dined at the restaurant our last evening in balatonlelle. The food is great! The pasta was really good and one of the best wine we had in our trip. In the centrum and a BIG plus was that there was a big closed playground for the kids to play😊 We will be back

We arrived with 34 young footballers. The goal was a little debriefing at the end of the championship... Very good location, a few steps to the beach. Although the accommodation could have been occupied from 3 pm, the receptionist arrived after 4 pm. Breakfast is excellent and amazing. Full hungarian style, not a lot of options, but what is out is amazing. But that is all the good things to say about the place.. It said it has a swimming pool, nope. Very hot rooms, but has air conditioning,but the batteries where dead and they where not changed for ages. There where a LOT of spiders in the room (even falling on us...) the bed was creaking all night...

It was quite okay. The room was clean, but not all the rooms have air conditioners. We have, so it was quite nice at summer. The food was good, but we missed the juices at breakfast. They have menu for lunch, those lunches were delicious for that price.

Everything was just amazing. We really enjoyed our stay at BL and we are looking forward to come back again soon :) 10/10

We spent 3 days at the Garden in mid-May. The room is clean, fragrant, comfortable bed, just right for the purpose. For a half-board meal, you had to walk (2 minutes) to the yacht harbor restaurant, the staff was kind and polite. The quantity and quality of food and drinks was great. Negative: non-smokers should be more careful, the smoke from the neighbor is disturbing. Overall we had a great time...

All I can say is good! Breakfast and dinner are always delicious and varied. The staff is direct and kind. The room is clean. The waterside sauna is unique! The view of Lake Balaton is magnificent! They won't regret choosing this hotel!

We tried the apartment restaurant at Klári and Moreno's cozy accommodation. We received real, tasty Italian food with attentive service, accompanied by Italian and local wines. He even used the energy of the family for a pleasant conversation. Thank you for the experience.

The accommodation is quiet and in a good location. The staff is extremely friendly. We got a nice, equipped apartment, we felt very homely. I feel the pricing is strong, similar accommodations are approx. They tend to go 25 percent cheaper.

Maybe they were a bit crowded, they wanted to make too many rooms, so if the house was full, the place could be a bit noisy, but we were so tired that we fell asleep secpec. The bathroom is clean, the room is simple, clean. We had a good time, we don’t have high expectations anyway. We knew we weren't going to a grand hotel.

Prefekt place for Holydays. Very, very kind People, beautiful house and good atmosphere. You can also rent a bike in good price to make a cool trip around, buy local wine and just enjoy the landscape. We really enjoyed our time here :)

It can be easily reached by car, bicycle, on foot, by motorbike, by boat, by train - just about anything. Its location is ideal for singles and larger groups of friends! Everything is close by, water, mountain, shop, pier, boat, train, beach 1-2 minutes walk! I have been here a lot with my company and family, my favorite place is on Lake Balaton!

We are returning guests at the Kayser Apartment, often with my husband, but we have occasionally spent wonderful days with our grandchildren. We love to spend time there. Silence, intimate tranquility, the maximum attitude of the housemates, cleanliness, a well-maintained house and yard are what grabbed us. We felt like we could relax in a family atmosphere! The owners, kind, do not disturb the guests...

We have been several times with small and large groups, and I can only recommend the Kayser Apartment to everyone. The location of the house is ideal, close to the coast, the beach, the pier and entertainment venues, the house's garden and huge roof terrace are very cozy, and the hosts are also nice. Wanted to love it but too many basics missing. A very warm welcome and welcome drink. Nice location, opposite the lake. Building full of character and looks amazing. However, the room is not so functional. No real toiletries supplied, other than liquid soap. The thinnest pillow I ever found in a hotel left me with a stiff neck. Very nice hotel, in the middle of grapes fields, very quiet, very clean, very friendly people. The room and the bath were very clean, although a bit minimalistic, the bed is comfortable. No air conditioning and missing a fan. The breakfast is good and the coffee is great. We enjoyed being there.

I was looking for accommodation for one night and I am very glad I chose this. Real family hospitality, laundry cleanliness, you can park your car in the yard. Breakfast can also be requested.
