The evaluation of this type of accommodation, which was built as a corporate resort in the socialist era and is currently operating as a retro hotel, should be treated with caution, I think it is important to take realistic expectations and actual services and quality into account, otherwise our written opinion will be subjective and thus lead to misunderstandings

Thanks to this and the design of the full glass balcony from the socialist era, the heat is already raging in some of the rooms early in the morning, and in the rooms on the other side, this condition only starts to become unbearable in the afternoon

A great example of this is the painting of the enameled shower tray, which, when wet, sticks to the unsuspecting shower guest's feet:) in the bathroom, there are cracks in the tiles, gaps in the grout, the toilet is running, the tap is dripping, etc

I went twice to this hotel, both of the times I had good memories. The place it is not new, it is mostly for those people who wants to remember mostly how was during comunist period. There is place to park the car

Breakfast it is not the very best and if you eat lunch in there I do remember waiters asking for tips. The view it is nice, you can see the sunset by the Balaton lake and the other side of the lake

it has private beach at balaton and its near public beach where is food and all. rooms are pretty big with bar fridger, comfy beds, nice bathroom and pretty view. breakfast was good, you can choose your own food

The private beach is big enough but the public beach is only 5 minutes away. There you can find a good skatepark, waterpark, trampolines and nice staff. The hotel is pet friendly and the staff is really kind

This little hotel is perfectly situated. It's near the city center and the beaches too. It has 3 small apartments and a big garden with a private beach

Very nice owners, clean rooms, super location. Nearby shop, restaurant, Lake Balaton is 5 minutes. For children playground, trampoline, pool, jacuzzi. Very good value for money. I can only recommend it to everyone :)

We spent the night, very friendly people. They didn't book, they just stopped by, it's good that there were free rooms. Everyone has their own way to the room from the yard

It really is a kid's paradise. You absolutely need to go here, amazing host, awesome property and facilities. We've already been twice, and we'll be booking a third soon!

Very super, child-friendly accommodation, ideal for a holiday on Lake Balaton! The hosts are flexible, fair service, we fulfilled all our requests, even though we were with a team of 20 people for 4 nights so that we received non-refreshing dinners and party guests on several evenings

The lady owner welcomed us willingly, even though I made a reservation for one night by phone at 6 p. We slept with 2 children in the 80s family room. The staff is very kind and helpful, the breakfast satisfies all needs

The room laundry was clean and very nice. The pool is clean and pleasantly warm. The care is kind and lunch was prepared on request. Many innkeepers could master the preparation of fried meat. Thank You.

Lovely place, close to the lake (2 min by walk) bar and restaurants, homemade and genuine food for breakfast( lot of choice ),clean rooms with comfortable beds and very helpfull and kind management

For the evening baking and cooking, we borrowed all the necessary utensils that were available in the oven next to the furnished so-called outdoor kitchen

It is in a beautiful location, the accommodation was adequate, we stayed in the Garden section. Breakfast and dinner were also plentiful, varied and very delicious. The staff was helpful and kind

All I can say is good! Breakfast and dinner are always delicious and varied. The waterside sauna is unique! The view of Lake Balaton is magnificent! They won't regret choosing this hotel!

For a half-board meal, you had to walk (2 minutes) to the yacht harbor restaurant, the staff was kind and polite. The quantity and quality of food and drinks was great

We spent 3 days at the Garden in mid-May. The room is clean, fragrant, comfortable bed, just right for the purpose

Negative: non-smokers should be more careful, the smoke from the neighbor is disturbing

There is air conditioning, which is very good on hot nights. Private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. Shallow lake, very safe for children to swim. Breakfast is delicious, everything is fresh

The bar is open until 20:00, you can buy a drink to refresh yourself on the beach. The staff is very polite and always willing to help with any question. A great place for a vacation with children

Beach (grass) was 900HUF for 3 adults and 2 children. There where just few people, water depth about 100cm and more. There is also playground for children

Garden with swing, table tennis and fireplace. The room is cosy and clean with great bathroom and huge porch. There is also a common area well equipped. It is affordable, and the lady (Olga) is very nice

Small, family place. The renovation of the bathrooms is in progress. It is very ideal for groups of friends because of the large communal space (dining room). Olga is a very nice host.

The house is clean and tidy, the owner is nice and cute. Many possibilities in the garden. Balaton beach is not close.

I came here with my son and wife to spend a weekend away from the city. I couldn't expect more from a 3 star hotel. (Summer price is a little bit higher than winter. Service and cattering - lovely

There is a perfect hotel, the sauna is good, there is a separate sauna seance, they cook gently and the surroundings are beautiful.

It's a nice place, but nothing special. The prices are okay, it's cheap. The food relatively okay, the rooms are more or less clean. The water smells for a minute, I don't know why

I uploaded my review as a picture. Check in between 2 to 7 pm, but the wellness center is open between 8:30 18:30. So we needed to go to hotel earlier.

The location is perfect, just immediately at the lake, there are rooms which have magnificent views. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
