Good breakfast and very good location - we were looking for a place not far from the Jazz Festival and near Lake Balaton - so this was a great choice! A very beautiful and well-maintained beach adjacent to the hotel

Very basic, but it's not for the hotel (a little bit of retro) experience it's for the location by the lake. Swimming pool, basic outdoor gym, tennis, table tennis, garden chess, pool table, bike rental all available. If you can, book the premium wing.

The place is very retro (happy ’70s). Aside from the fact that nothing was invested in the exterior of the hotel, the rooms are neat, clean and whitewashed. The staff is young, most of them speak English and are always at your service. The food is great. A little advice, you should install a playground for children. Totally som weak 4 for service 😊

Don't expect more than you can get for your money and you won't be disappointed. All in all it's a cheap place to rest with simple rooms in retro/outdated style.

A two star hotel, and it really is, when talking about hotels and stars. I give it three stars here because the staff is nice, the bedrooms are clean and modern and the location and the building are alrite. Extremely cheap apartment compared to Lake Balaton prices. Csopak seems like a quiet, nice place. The accommodation was very welcoming, the rooms were clean and nice shower. No extras, but everything is fine.

Well-located accommodation with a clean, comfortable room. The host was very flexible and kind! We booked a room at the last moment, then we extended it by one more night, and the host lady was extremely helpful.

We had a chill weekend here, relaxing in the pools and saunas, and eating way too much delicious food.

Excelente hotel. Very confortável rooms. The are heated swining pools inside and a big outdoor pool (this one is not heated) . The food at the restaurant is also good. Very good price/value

We stayed here two nights.everything was fantastic .Clean and specious room,professional foods and specially friendly and helpful stuff but the negative point is that they don't tell you about the drinks you order in the resturant at dinner time that are not included in halfboard and you have to pay service even for the water!

This was a lovely modern hotel, and vey clean. The wessness aspect is nice but on the small side. Restaurant and Bar was amazing, Service was tops. Very nice host. Clean comfortable room. A small negative is that the window in the bathroom could be covered with foil so that the neighbors can't see in.

Tried for one night. It was clean and quiet. But a very small room with the smallest shower I have ever experienced in my life, I felt a bit like I was in a submarine. There were many shortcomings and I don't want to list everything again. Thank you for your service anyway. PS; The air conditioning had no control, therefore unusable.. 6/10

This accommodation is super, comfortable and the owners are friendly and kind ❤️ they also welcomed my dog. The accommodation is well equipped and clean. This is not the first time we are here and I hope we will come again.

We had a good time here, the kids loved it. Friendly staff, rooms were very decent and the AC kept us cool. The pool outside, the sauna etc are all excellent and clean. Parking is plenty available. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes walking, the beach about 10 minutes.

The location of the hotel is great - just at the end of the Tagore walkway. It will be good idea to ask for room with view of the lake and may be on the first floor as the hotel does not have a lift. However, the room is just okay, you should not have very high expectations from it. Breakfast price is included in the room price and HUF 450/per person/night is the govt. tourist tax. My mother and I had a wonderful time here (autumn 2017), so I wholeheartedly recommend the place. What makes it stand out from other accommodations is that the owners here, as genuine and very cordial hosts, do everything to ensure that their guests have a pleasant and comfortable vacation.

Homely, family accommodation close to everything you need. Nice decoration, accurate and fast room transfer. However, the sounds of the corridor filtered into the room, which made it difficult for me to sleep all night. Unfortunately, the weakness of many accommodations is that they have noisy guests.

My husband was here business and I accompanied him.  The hotel was in an excellent location and I rented a bike on 2 occasions to see the sites:  Tihany Abbey and Church, pleasure boat trip on Lake Balaton and a tour of the city.  The food was good and I was able to select a healthy variety at breakfast and dinner.  The desserts were excellent!  I had a great massage and used the swimming pool regularly...

This hotel is going through a renovation floor by floor. If you get a new floor (floors 2 or 3) then you will be very happy. If you get an old floor then it ranges from adequate to very dated. I was at the hotel in a renovated room,it was quiet the beds were comfy the food was good and there was a lot of it,the interior pool was good but the exterior pool was dirty there was a cigar in the exterior pool,there were partyes and the arcades were good,the staff was nice,but it was a challenge to find the private beach,it is worth the price.I Recommand!!!!

Unbeatable location but an extremely tired and out of date product. We got there early and checked in but our room wasn't yet ready. We wanted to use the hotel's private beach but the receptionist (a middle-aged, rather grumpy lady) refused to provide access, so we ended up going to the beach next door and paid the HUF 8,800 entry fee. Exactly what you would expect, the staff were open to solve our difficulties regarding booking on the spot.

Stayed here in Summer 2019 and it was glorious. The mini houses were fun and well air-conditioned. 10 minute walk from the beach. Tennis courts which were good for my husband and kids to practise on. The only problem was the owner accused my children first about a leak in the paddling pool instead of the young girls near by, when my boys were completely innocent. Kids want to come back.

Ok room with some problems such as broken shower door and bad WiFi, okay breakfast, the waiter doesn’t know English, too much shower gel and now shampoo.

Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, sehr freundliches Personal. Zum Kisfaludi-Strand sind wir jeden Tag gefahren, da wir Badesachen, Kühlbox und Wasserspielzeug nicht tragen wollten. Ansonsten ist es auch mit Kindern (5 und 8 Jahre) alles Fussläufig erreichbar. Wir sind jeden Abend an die Promenade gelaufen und morgens zum Bäcker und es war vollkommen problemfrei. Es ist eine ruhige Lage und trotzdem Zentrumsnah

The rooms are nice and the small pool is nice, but there is no kitchen or dining area. You can't even make a clinking coffee. The common dining room was closed due to covid. It's not comfortable if the apartments don't have at least a kitchenette. For those who do not need this, the place is 5 stars in terms of value for money.

Esküvőre érkeztünk a városba, mindössze 1 éjszakát töltöttünk az apartmanban. Tiszta, rendezett és tágas, a leírásnak, képeknek megfelel. Hosszabb tartózkodásra is ajánlom.

Jó helyen van a sétány könnyű sétával elérhető. Könnyen megközelíthető autóval, rendelkezik parkolóval. Szoba hőmérséklete tisztasága megfelelő volt.

The place is right on the main road and close to the lake Balaton. The room was simple, but clean. The caretaker couple was absolutely wonderful, they made our stay so much more enjoyable.

The positive: the staff is very nice. But... parking is a drama. There is a narrow space in the yard, you can hardly turn around the stalls. Driving in and out of Route 71 is particularly dangerous due to the unpredictable right turn. There is no HUF soap holder in the bathroom (this is the case with most domestic accommodations as well...). There is a wifi code, but there is no available network....

My husband and I spent a weekend here, they welcomed us kindly, everything was orderly and clean. The room is simply furnished, but comfortable. We will stay here again next time we come to Balatonfüred.

We had a very good stay. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. The hotel is really 5 star quality, the food fantastic, the spa very good, the rooms are comfortable and the personnel is very helpful. And in the same time you can feel the history behind the walls. It is a place where must go.

The hotel sits at the centre of all the action in town yet remains tranquil and calm. It is an elegant and sophisticated establishment which it wears lightly. Anna Grand Hotel is a well-known beautiful hotel. The location is superb. Unfortunately, the attitude of the staff was not at a very high level upon my visit. The facilities were very nice and also the food was OK.

Everything was awesome, the staff was kind, the food was really cool, not to mention the spa. It is also possible to rent a bike. The classic rooms felt like a bit old (furniture, design), but this was the lowest category so it would be a same to give 4 because of this. 🙂
