After 7 years we returned to this hotel with zero expectations and we’re really surprised how everything improved here. The rooms were refurnished and modernized, everything was new, great beds and facilities. The stuff was very nice and helpful, especially in the beach bar and the food was great. There was nothing to complain about. We had a great time and I’m sure we’ll be back next year.

have had a 3 days getaway with my family, overall was a good experience especially the food court. The main chief was very polite and did well the job there were a wide range of tasty foods, although the rooms could have been more modern just because the furnitures looked like middle of 20th century and it's involved to the bathroom either.

Nice hotel. Divided into older and new part. Rooms are nice and clean. The staff does not speak English very well but we managed. Hotel has private beach which is nice and safe. Also plenty of indoor and outdoor pools and slides, water twister, jacuzzis etc. It's a pity the pools and the beach close at like 8am in summer. Food was good as well.

We had a very good stay. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. The hotel is really 5 star quality, the food fantastic, the spa very good, the rooms are comfortable and the personnel is very helpful. And in the same time you can feel the history behind the walls. It is a place where must go.

Anna Grand Hotel is a well-known beautiful hotel. The location is superb. Unfortunately, the attitude of the staff was not at a very high level upon my visit. The facilities were very nice and also the food was OK.

We had a great time, you can feel yourself at home in this very friendly hotel. The Finn sauna is as hot as it should be, the whole spa is very nice. Breakfast and dinner were exceptionally good. All I can say is we'll go back!

Hotel is about 12 min walk from the bus station. Few minutes walk to the lake Balaton and to the nearby shops. Rooms are good for the price. You have to come to the reception for anything you need. There is no elevator. Breakfast was very basic.

We spent a few days here with our grown-up son. It's a very nice place. Everything about the hotel, the garden, and the Balaton beach are wonderful. Very kind service. Modern, clean, bright. I came because of a running competition, the starting center of which was next door, so it is in a very good location. Diagonally Aldi, next to Tesco. The harbor is approx. It is 2 km away, which can be easily reached on foot on the pedestrian street.

My husband was here business and I accompanied him.  The hotel was in an excellent location and I rented a bike on 2 occasions to see the sites:  Tihany Abbey and Church, pleasure boat trip on Lake Balaton and a tour of the city.  The food was good and I was able to select a healthy variety at breakfast and dinner.  The desserts were excellent!  I had a great massage and used the swimming pool regularly...

This hotel is going through a renovation floor by floor. If you get a new floor (floors 2 or 3) then you will be very happy. If you get an old floor then it ranges from adequate to very dated. I was at the hotel in a renovated room,it was quiet the beds were comfy the food was good and there was a lot of it,the interior pool was good but the exterior pool was dirty there was a cigar in the exterior pool,there were partyes and the arcades were good,the staff was nice,but it was a challenge to find the private beach,it is worth the price.I Recommand!!!!

Very helpful staff, sumptuous breakfast, peaceful atmosphere. We are in Füred because of a running competition, so we asked for an early breakfast, which was fulfilled without batting an eye. Unfortunately, we forgot a plush toy, which was sent by post the next day We recommend it to everyone!

Very good location. Close to the beach and the ice skating ring. The stuff was super nice and we got a free upgraden up on arrival. The breakfast was easily at a 5 star level. I/we only stayed here for one night. The hotel is roomy, clean and minimalistic. It's design is actually quite cool in some respects. The room is spacious with plenty of room for two, with the added bonus of a balcony. There's plenty of parking around the side and it's in a reasonably good location. If everything is so good, then why the slightly average score.... Even though the hotel is pleasant...

Friendly staff and clean rooms. The only negative area is the food. We spent there 4 days but the breakfast was the same every morning. The dinner was decent. This is why I gave only 4 stars instead of 5.

A very nice hotel to go with the family. Have an hour from Epleny ski resort, it's a great place to sleep after a ski day. You get a free entrance to the swimming pools and spa, that are really nice. Dinner and breakfast are ok and the hotel is comfortable

It’s a gem, totally family run with the most care…spacious rooms, very clean, free safe gated parking, fresh decent selection of breakfasts. Owner is courteous and supportive. They have a small vineyard near by. Excellent value…highly recommended!

It's a cosy place with nice apartments. They offer special rooms for different constellations which is great. The huge balcony around the house and the terasse are big advantages. It's very close to the beach and the promenade. The stuff was always kind and helpful.

Pleasant room, bathroom, good breakfast. What an average person needs. I would highlight the quality of the mattress! I missed one thing: the daily cleaning of the garden furniture, since construction was going on nearby. The staff is very kind and attentive. I recommend.

The best accommodation in Balatonfüred. For years we only have a concept with them. The street is quiet in a very good place, the Tagore promenade and the shore of Lake Balaton are close. The rooms are absolutely fine, the breakfast is excellent. The staff is also kind, attentive, I can only recommend it to everyone.

We spent a week in the guest house this summer. Very sophisticated and nicely furnished, well-equipped, clean apartment. The textiles were soft and fragrant. (I'm not sure about that. 😄) The owner was very nice, one morning we received freshly made peach jam in a small bowl with a nice message. It was memorable, we are very glad we were there. We'll be back! 🙂

Nicely designed apartment. extremely kind and flexible and helpful welcome. 1-1 minimal accessories that are missing... For example: shower rose holder, toilet holder in the shower, air conditioning, the yard could be more child-friendly. All in all it did it for 2 nights, if only to sleep I would go back

Very nice host. Clean comfortable room. A small negative is that the window in the bathroom could be covered with foil so that the neighbors can't see in.

Tried for one night. It was clean and quiet. But a very small room with the smallest shower I have ever experienced in my life, I felt a bit like I was in a submarine. There were many shortcomings and I don't want to list everything again. Thank you for your service anyway. PS; The air conditioning had no control, therefore unusable.. 6/10
