The service is terrible. The hotel is heavily understaffed, and everything is very slow. Wellness is not maintained, half of saunas are turned off to save energy cost. They have never heard about customer focus. Sauna seance was great. I recommend it to everyone.

A couple of friends recommended Hotel Spa Resort as a great choice for my birthday. The hotel itself is well equipped, very large and with enough infrastructure for families with children. Overpriced, too expensive and seems quite abandoned. A cute hotel right on the Velence lake shore..really nice view and generally on a very beautiful spot. It has 2 billiard tables and a mini pingpong which is a pretty nice way to spend your afternoon. Cute hotel, but some of the rooms are somewhat oppressive. Food was OK, right beside the beach but has no direct beach access due to vegetation.

Nice place to stay for a cheap price, you get what you expect, perfectly suitable for students. For adults, i would prefer better conditions. The food is superb, for a really affordable price, we were surprised how delicous the meals were. The beach is very close which is also a positive. Nice modern hotel with beautiful interior and exterior in the historical centre of the city. Also, just in a few metres you can see a big mall and a suburban bus station. Only one disappointing moment is that you have to book in advance a parking place, if you are traveling by car, but this info is missing on the website of the hotel. Nevertheless I do recommend this hotel.

Nice place right in the middle of town. Check in was quick. The room is of good size. Our room had 2 beds pushed together, not sure about others. The bathroom is clean and has great pressure in the shower. Breakfast is included with good choices available. You have parking included however they are quite short on spaces so you may wish to call ahead and reserve a space. Would stay again.

The food and the portions are wonderful, plentiful, staff is helpful kind. The rooms are nice, clean. The only reason i given 4 stars is becouse 30% of the facilities are not working or have some problems whit it. But overall if you are looking for a good place to relax i recommend it.

How can you say this hotel three star hotel?? I think they need to hire very good managers or need some renovations. I have been to so many three stars hotels and this one did not define the meaning of three star. If you say one star or motel then it’s Oké but please don’t do fake advertisements. Owner need to see this and try something before there downfall.

It needs a slap of paint here and there, but overall impression was OK. Neighborhood is really calm and quiet, so there's nothing disturbing your sleep at night. but at the same time the public transport connection to the city center is so good, that it takes you max. 45 minutes to get to the opposite part of Budapest (whole way form hotel to Circus took as like 40 minutes).
