Nice hotel next to the Valence lake with small indoor and outdoor wellness pools, jacuzzi and few saunas. Staff very kindly, room clean and comfortable. Excellent food.

This is not our first time here and we always leave satisfied. Just recently the restaurant staff pleasantly surprised us in such a way that at first we didn't even know what to think

Food was very nice (buffet choice for breakfast and evening meal). Staff were very friendly.

Excellent training venue with an almost flawless selection of food served in the buffet. The staff was attentive, all of them greeted all of us at the restaurant on entering and on leaving too

Everything was super, the room, the wellness, the cleanliness, the service, the staff and the food were some of the best I have ever had in a hotel in Hungary.

The saunas are good, but the 'main' sauna is so small it can only fit a maximum of 12 people, and so if you want to go to the seance/infusion you have to get a ticket in advance hours beforehand

The hotel is heavily understaffed, and everything is very slow. Wellness is not maintained, half of saunas are turned off to save energy cost. They have never heard about customer focus

Out of the Hungarian vacation time, the service was still very good. Each and every area are clean, everything is prepared for the children, even if they were only a few at this time. Food is fine with Hungarian dishes

Wonderful place. Nice room, polite staff. Food is nothing special, but you won't be hungry. The spa itself is ok, but rather dirty. All in all, it is recommendable.

We stayed overnight at the Velence and the hotel room was elegant and comfortable

No english signs, lot of people. Sauna world is great, pools are for families and children

The pool/jakuzzi area is quite nice and since it's indoors you don't need to worry about the cold! We were there on a small conference weekend and the conference room was spacious and came in very handy for those late nights

A cute hotel right on the Velence lake shore. really nice view and generally on a very beautiful spot. It has 2 billiard tables and a mini pingpong which is a pretty nice way to spend your afternoon

The staff is friendly, the rooms clean and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quick getaway!

Check out at 10 was too early. There's no private beach, it's close to the lake. Room 23 had air conditioning which was great. The place looks like it's not being managed, a lot of things look broken for a long time

Overpriced, too expensive and seems quite abandoned. Was the only thing we found and it was not too bad but for that money there were better things, we were told 40 euros the night but it was per person

Cute hotel, but some of the rooms are somewhat oppressive. Food was OK, right beside the beach but has no direct beach access due to vegetation.

The food is superb, for a really affordable price, we were surprised how delicous the meals were. The beach is very close which is also a positive. If you don't have high needs, then this is a good place for you

Very kind staff. Clean and big rooms. The place is well equiped with a lot of facilities like sauna, swimming pools, steam cabin, infrasauna etc. and nevertheless it is a SILENT place.

It's a lovely spa with polite staff and well equiped facilities, including (surprisingly) high quality 5-a-side pitch (adtroturf, rubber crumb) and clay tennis court + squash court (didn't see the squash court though though so can't comment too much on it)

The staff is really friendly and helpful, the rooms are huge and very very clean and the bed is big and comfortable. The breakfast was good (buffet with meat, cheese, milk, tea. ) in particular the coffee was amazing

Spent a night here following a trip around Hungary during the week of National Day (and en route to Lake Balaton) the location is good, a few mins drive from Lake Velence (walkable If you'd like) and very quiet
