Food was very nice (buffet choice for breakfast and evening meal). Staff were very friendly.

The hotel staff is great, the food was very good. The wellness section is is quite big compared to the hotel size. The one thing I was not totally satisfied is the temperature of the steam cabin, a bit warmer would be better.

Excellent stuff, especially in restaurant and bar. Food in restaurant for breakfast and dinner is really good. All is freshly cooked and really diverse.

Unfortunately in this so called 4* hotel one cannot feel welcomed as a guest. Staff at the reception is on the border to be rude and offensive. Information are not really available, rooms are nice and clean but pretty small and so not comfortable .
To be fair the staff of the restaurant is very nice and the food is tasty and versatile.
Conclusion: If you are looking for a hotel where you feel welcomed and supported as a guest, this should not be your choice.

We spent a few days here with two small children. The food was varied and delicious. We have already visited many hotels in Hungary, but they can surprise you with really tasty food in few places. He succeeded here. The wellness and outdoor spa area was also quite spacious for us. It is unfortunate that you could not swim on the free beach next to the hotel because it is prohibited by a sign. But it's not the hotel's fault. The swallow problem described above has also been solved: a net has been stretched out on the balconies, and little birds are happily nesting above the entrance below.
The only negative is perhaps the size of the room. It is very scarce for families, and we couldn't put the wet swimsuit or towels anywhere, only on the chairs on the balcony. This, in turn, only works in the summer.
Anyway, I wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation and we will be back someday.
