nice hotel! the food is tasty and diverse. located in a quiet area, within walking distance of points of interest. the staff is friendly and willing to help. the spa area is well maintained but quite small, it gets crowded quickly. many facilities for children, some of them for a fee. however during the stay most of the tourists were elderly.

From the moment we were trying to find a place for a week end gateway, everything went well and we arrived to find a very nice hotel with swimming pools very clean, good and plenty food, maybe a little more expensive than expected, but all worthwhile!

Relaxing holiday, the hotel has all it needs but it needs better and newer appliances. TV is not Smart, furniture is quite old and the mixed area has even older things. The food was ok but not really diverse and you have to pay for whatever drink you want (even water, except breakfast). The Spa area is nice but quite small. The prices are really good and the overall experience was ok.

We had a very pleasant stay there. The wellness area was smaller than we expected but the services and especially the staff is really friendly and helpful. It is a good base for exploring Gyula with family.

We went for all inclusive and we got great value for the money and very polite staff. Also food is great and various. Hotel has their own pool, massage center, sauna, kids room for palying and baby sitting for kids from 3 years old. Fitness room is very basic and small, but it will do the job. Recommend for families.

Fantastic hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. We've spend 4 nights in after our wedding as a pre-honeymoon, and we had a really good time. Loved the pool area, food was amazing, the bar had good cocktails and staffs were friendly and helpful. Recommended!

Services and food are for 5* Wellness area is too small , and teabags from gòz are small for that chamber... Aroma therapy should be chosen by people .

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. The bathrooms are well equipped and spacious. The wellness spa was 10/10. The buffet breakfast was really nice, and id you choose the half-board catering you will be very satisfied!! Everything was delicious and they had a nice variety. Friendly, courteous staff. Pool requires a bit of work. Prices are very nice. Tasty breakfast selection. Room was comfy, well kept (does require a bit of repairs, but nothing major).

Definitely not the worst, but far from satisfactory. The rooms and the buildings could be cleaner and far more modern. The pools, especially the swimming pool, are too small and crowded. The cleaning lady came into our room at 7:45 and apologized waaay too loudly and tactlessly, obviously wanted us to get up and leave early. I would recommend it to families with small kids and elderly couples/groups

The hotel is more like a place to sleep in than a suite to spend a lot of time in, it was not clean at all (spiderwebs + spider in the toilet, leaves left from autumn under our beds, etc) and the furniture brings you back to the late eighties, but the outside thermal pool, tennis, table tennis and other activities are well worth the low price. The hotel itself is not bad. It worth the price but not more. If you need a cheap hotel than it is good however there might be better than this. The apartment is functional but it was not clean. At the reception desk people were not on top of the service. Feeling of the communist era.

They do NOT clean rooms daily. You MUST request a cleaning. These are all adult rooms. For couples, this may be great. A working man, not so much. I'm in a adult dungeon!

The backyard with the parking lot is small and expensive (4 euro) but you could park in front of the hotel for free. Anything else was ok except the gas alarm in tha room that got a light that flickers.

We just have breakfast there, but it was very varied, and fulfilling. The instant coffee we did not liked very much, the rest of it was ok. The breakfast area was very spacious, the waiters a bit young,and has no experience,but it was ok.

Overall nice but not perfect. GOOD: helping, friendly, kind staff; clean, warm room; good location; tasty food. BAD: Bugs in the room; uncomfortable shower; food not warm; not enough food, plates and glasses at breakfast/dinner (not replaced efficuently).

The hotel is clean, in a good location, the price is right. Breakfast is poor. Dinner is delicious but lasts a short time. They are inflexible. The 3 days are not even 24 hours. 🙃. Buffet is only available for breakfast and dinner (eg coffee).

The accommodation itself was good. The room was tidy and nice. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful! I can make so many mistakes that there was no wifi in our room. So we could only see any surface with our own net. We also took a laptop to watch a movie online. Therefore, the four stars.

Good value for money! We were in a family room with TV and air conditioning in both rooms. There is also a lift and a fridge. The rooms are clean big enough too! Kind service. The center is close, yet quiet. What we miss is the bar during the day, but it’s also just for the coffee. It could be solved with a coffee machine😉 Oh and there’s a roof terrace at 3, it was just a star fall yesterday.

Nice hotel, located central Gyula. Close to restaurants and shops and 10 minutes walk to baths and castle. Very comfortable room, good bed and pillows,clean and great staff. Rooms small/compact, no bottled water. Safe instructions were for the wrong safe & we had to go down to get a key, no phone in the room. Breakfast was nice, fresh bread & some pastries.

Clean rooms, great breackfast with plenty of options. Very good location close to the casle and the Gyulafurdo. Our room was on ground floor and at night it was really noisy..doors are not soundproof and I could not sleep because of the noise. If you choose this accomodation, ask for a quiet room if you want to sleep at night.

Lovely central location near the spa and river. Excellent breakfast (didn’t try the dinner but I’m sure it would have been great too).

We were only in the restaurant side. The service was not very welcoming. The garden is decorative however the food had a cheap feeling, and it was not enough. During our visit there was an annoying music of low DJ category. At least it was not expensive.

Apartment is nice, clean, tidy. Beds are comfortable, the castle and the spa can be reached on foot. There is also a very good restaurant nearby. However, there is a complete road renovation in the street, which starts at 8:30 in the morning (we woke up to a blizzard), and driving by car is also a bit difficult because of this.

The amenities of the apartment, the helpfulness of the staff, and the cleanliness of the rooms were adequate in all respects. We had fun! We also found the price appropriate. We welcome you back!

We spent 3 nights at Amfora Panzio, everything was perfect for our rest. Cleanliness, order and calm greeted us. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and separate kitchen. The cleanliness of the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi testifies to unparalleled care. We met extremely kind and professional receptionists. They were ready to help in everything. There were no complaints about the cleanliness of the room either. We arrived in Gyula for 4 days. We rented the private jacuzzi apartment of Amfóra Panzió. Separated from the other guests, we could enjoy the undisturbed tranquility of the quiet environment. The room is clean, the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. All attractions are nearby, a few minutes' walk away. They welcomed us kindly at the reception and were helpful throughout our stay...
