Small rooms but enough for a couple,clean,good location and very convenient if you stay there for spa facilities,good food.

Hotel has their own pool, massage center, sauna, kids room for palying and baby sitting for kids from 3 years old. Fitness room is very basic and small, but it will do the job

From the moment we were trying to find a place for a week end gateway, everything went well and we arrived to find a very nice hotel with swimming pools very clean, good and plenty food, maybe a little more expensive than expected, but all worthwhile!

We had a very pleasant stay there. The wellness area was smaller than we expected but the services and especially the staff is really friendly and helpful. It is a good base for exploring Gyula with family.

Fantastic hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. We've spend 4 nights in after our wedding as a pre-honeymoon, and we had a really good time

Friendly, courteous staff. Pool requires a bit of work. Prices are very nice. Tasty breakfast selection. Room was comfy, well kept (does require a bit of repairs, but nothing major).

The buffet breakfast was really nice, and id you choose the half-board catering you will be very satisfied!! Everything was delicious and they had a nice variety

They also have parking spots available, a gym area and a bar. The prices are correct as well and the view is nice too

Services and food are for 5* Wellness area is too small , and teabags from gòz are small for that chamber... Aroma therapy should be chosen by people .

It is in the city centre near to the fortress and castle. Big room with good equipements and nice service. Breakfast and dinner was fine, hungarian taste

Kind staff, good vibes. If you want to find a parking spot for your car you should get there right before check-in time.

They do NOT clean rooms daily. You MUST request a cleaning. These are all adult rooms. For couples, this may be great. A working man, not so much. I'm in a adult dungeon!

BAD: Bugs in the room; uncomfortable shower; food not warm; not enough food, plates and glasses at breakfast/dinner (not replaced efficuently)

We just have breakfast there, but it was very varied, and fulfilling. The instant coffee we did not liked very much, the rest of it was ok

The breakfast area was very spacious, the waiters a bit young,and has no experience,but it was ok

Nice hotel with a cheapest but quite good meals in town (you get 20% off). Situated right in the center of this small charming town and 20 min walk from the famous baths. Private parking is just behind the hotel

I went for lunch and dinner Quite large menu for dinner (lunch also) and very fast formula for lunch Efficient service (fast for lunch, it take more time for dinner) Good food and nice atmosphere

Good location, helpful staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. The rooms are small but ok for a short stay. Flat screen tv with netflix account. It's a pity that parking is extra charged

Very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The hotel has a very modern and pretty wellness zone.

The backyard with the parking lot is small and expensive (4 euro) but you could park in front of the hotel for free. Anything else was ok except the gas alarm in tha room that got a light that flickers.

Truly romantic when you are alone in the place :) Loved the common spaces too, returning to socialize more with other guests! Perfect bed and bathroom.

Good parts: - very nice decorations - good location, close to city center and the baths - ok continental breakfast - the dinner is served at Aqua Hotel at 700m away, but the menu is ok --- Not so good aspects: - dirty pillows (smelling of sweat) - the payment is requested upfront, at arrival - it's the only place where I saw something like this (usually the payment is requested when the guest leaves...

Location was great, the room was very nice, light and spacy. Breakfast room/cellar was very nice, all decorated in the romantique mood. Outside space at the wellness is also very nice to relax.

Clean rooms, great breackfast with plenty of options. Very good location close to the casle and the Gyulafurdo. Our room was on ground floor and at night it was really noisy

doors are not soundproof and I could not sleep because of the noise. If you choose this accomodation, ask for a quiet room if you want to sleep at night

Das Haus ist riesen groß und wunderschön. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es ist alles da was man benötigt, es war alles sehr sauber. Der Pool lädt zum entspannen ein
