Such a warm welcome on arrival and an absolutely gorgeous suite with huge bath. Very impressed with home style cooked breakfast eggs to order. Dora the hotel manager extremely knowledgable about where to go and what to do. Highly recommend for an authentic experience.

The room was very comfortable, reasonably spacious and clean. The furniture was in good shape.

Didn't stay there but we had breakfast there and although the buffet was quite small, it was still good and we were full after so I'd rate it five stars.

Nice honey chicken breast ,and so as the pork and beef.There has live music.Very kind stuff .Near by Miskolc cave bath,we took dinner here after a wonderful water bath.

I only tried the restaurant, it didn't have the atmosphere, but it's fine if you're looking for food nearby.

It is beyond expectations. It's not really only 3 stars, I've seen 4 star locations in the same city that were far below this location. Very kind and friendly staff. Attention to detail, impeccable cleanliness. I recommend.

Nice place close to the cave spa. Around five minutes walk through a park. The ellipsum located on the other side of the road. Helpful staff, tasty breakfast with good coffee, and stable WiFi. The room was clean, the bead was comfortable.

Rooms big sized designed in late 70's style. Overall alright. The breakfast however appeared quite poor to me. Alright for business trips, but not my first choice for vacation.

I had a short stay here, needed a place to sleep at. I liked the hotel, the apartment was okay, clean and tidy, with a separate little kitchen and a neat bathroom. I also had dinner at their restaurant, the food was good at a friendly price. The staff was kind and professional. It was a good experience.

Very nice owner. Unfortunately, the quality is at a low level. A lot gives the owners' enthusiasm and empathy. Cool place despite the low quality of the rooms.

The reception was very kind and cordial. The rooms are clean and suitable for relaxation for visitors. The breakfast service exceeded all expectations! The tea is divine, thanks to its maker! We can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone!

Liked the Jacuzzi, pool and sauna. Overall the hotel is good. There are a couple of drawbacks. Narrow corridors, poor soundproofing, Breakfast for us was not enough: the staff is not monitoring the replenishment of products on the table, a Cup of coffee and failed. The table in our room was served for Breakfast and was not cleaned after other guests.

Clean, comfortable, good location, fairly inexpensive. 2 nice restaurants in walking distance. The creek runs buy it. Whoever they didn't upgrade their design for 20+ years.

The hotel is fine and very quiet. The restaurant closes early, so if you plan to eat something, don't wait until it's too late... the nearest restaurant is approximately 1km away, and also closes early! They have a sauna and a "salt room". The latter isn't used often but it's quite interesting, they say it clears your lungs helps you breathe.

Spacious, well equipped rooms, super friendly and accommodating staff and a great location with main attractions being in walking distance. The creek flows right next to the hotel with a beautiful waterfall by the gardens.

Dear, flexible accommodation provider, the price-value accommodation is perfect, the sights are within walking distance. It’s worth noting that there are no shops nearby and the restaurants ’kitchens close quite early, but that too can be easily eliminated.

The food was great, and the terrace has a great view to the lake, and it's shady even in a hot summer day. Beware, there are an awful lot of stairs in the place, but it's no surprise as the whole area is located between hills.

A classic hotel with fully updated rooms, very comfortable beds and a great restaurant. We loved the walk around the lake and the gardens and falls.

A group of us stayed for three nights. The staff was super friendly and attentive to all our needs. Loved the rooms as each was decorated beautifully and in a different style. The restaurant served a wonderful variety of delicious food so we decided to eat all our meals there. This place is well worth a visit for a few relaxing days to unwind and enjoy nature. I would rate it at all about 4.4 because we had to wait more than a hour. If I only rate the food only then it is 4.8. The cause of the 0.2 deduction is that the portions weren't that big(or maybe just mine, because others were ok with the size). The service was perfect. Prices start at 4400 HUF. A nice hotel with a good location. Very close to the city centre. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room we stayed in was very comfortable. Very little noise from the street/other guests. Breakfast was okay with a couple of different options. The sauna was nice too, although the floor was a bit dirty. Be aware that the sauna is not only for hotel guests, though. We chose the hotel for its location, 2 minutes from the bath cave, and we did not regret the decision.
