Such a warm welcome on arrival and an absolutely gorgeous suite with huge bath. Very impressed with home style cooked breakfast eggs to order. Dora the hotel manager extremely knowledgable about where to go and what to do. Highly recommend for an authentic experience.

Central location nice views of the main street and very busy tram. Good solid breakfast. Clean basic room with and basic bathroom.

The room was very comfortable, reasonably spacious and clean. The furniture was in good shape.

Didn't stay there but we had breakfast there and although the buffet was quite small, it was still good and we were full after so I'd rate it five stars.

I only tried the restaurant, it didn't have the atmosphere, but it's fine if you're looking for food nearby.

I just spent two nights at Fortuna Hotel. My room was small but clean and I had everything that I needed. The staff was so nice. They assisted me in every way..bringing me my laundry..bringing me the most delicious meals. I sad to have to leave!

Fine for a 3 star hotel, breakfast was good

It is beyond expectations. It's not really only 3 stars, I've seen 4 star locations in the same city that were far below this location. Very kind and friendly staff. Attention to detail, impeccable cleanliness. I recommend.

We have spent around 2 weeks in the hotel and were very happy. The stuff is attentive and helps with any request. Breakfast buffet is excellent - fresh & clean. The lady at the reception was very nice and helpful! Quiet place, small & cozy hotel - very good deal.

Overall nice experience in cousy hotel. The small hotel is basic and nice for a short stay. Pros: Great breakfast and nice wellness area. Cons: No elevator, so we had to drag our heavy language to the upper floor by stairs.

The food was great, and the terrace has a great view to the lake, and it's shady even in a hot summer day. Beware, there are an awful lot of stairs in the place, but it's no surprise as the whole area is located between hills.

A classic hotel with fully updated rooms, very comfortable beds and a great restaurant. We loved the walk around the lake and the gardens and falls.

The staff was absolutely lovely and accommodating. They made the stay easy with our year old son. The view is incredible from the cafe! Highly recommend!

A group of us stayed for three nights. The staff was super friendly and attentive to all our needs. Loved the rooms as each was decorated beautifully and in a different style. The restaurant served a wonderful variety of delicious food so we decided to eat all our meals there. This place is well worth a visit for a few relaxing days to unwind and enjoy nature. After riding the Lillafured train we stopped here for lunch. The view of the lake was fantastic. The quality of the food and service was what you would expect from an establishment such as this…excellent! Strongly recommend eating here!

I would rate it at all about 4.4 because we had to wait more than a hour. If I only rate the food only then it is 4.8. The cause of the 0.2 deduction is that the portions weren't that big(or maybe just mine, because others were ok with the size). The service was perfect. Prices start at 4400 HUF. Everyone decides if that's much or not. But how the foods looked was gorgeous, as you can see on the pictures

A nice hotel with a good location. Very close to the city centre. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room we stayed in was very comfortable. Very little noise from the street/other guests. Breakfast was okay with a couple of different options. The sauna was nice too, although the floor was a bit dirty. Be aware that the sauna is not only for hotel guests, though. Nice hotel with spacious and clean rooms, however difficult access to internal parking in the backyard. Nice and rich breakfasts, good assistance from the front desk service. Restaurant offer was not that attractive so we chose a different option for a dinner nearby

We spent 3 nights in this modern 4stars wellness hotel. Our room was on the second floor but there’s lift. Everything was all right, clean and comfortable. The staff was polite and friendly, the buffet breakfast and dinner was delicious and we had a great choice. We spent hours in the wellness section, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and the sauna. It was a nice, very comfortable hotel with a good breakfast. It is just a short walk into the town square or a hike up to the mast for a great view of the area. It was during the heatwave, but the hotel was a good temperature. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice place to stay. Clean rooms and kind staff. They have a great indoor wellness so you can try it even if the weather is cold outside. The thermal spa is a short walk from the hotel. We like the room but I missed my balcony. But let it be the biggest problem I recommend to stay here.

We had a great Family stay in this hotel. Location is fantastic, room furniture is bit older but clean. Wellness part needs some improvement but still we enjoyed it. The best here is the stuff which is always very nice and helpful and also tasty meel they serve for breakfast and dinner.

We chose the hotel for its location, 2 minutes from the bath cave, and we did not regret the decision. The staff was very friendly, the room was large and clean, the small June and the dinner were very varied. We did not manage to enjoy the hotel spa, given the fact that we only stayed one day, but we will definitely return.
