The people working there are also very nice, the only negative is the bed comfort was not the best, but that's really by chance :D It's worth coming here for the value for money, it's located in the center of Miskolc

The staffs are all very nice and willing to help! The foods in its restaurant are very nice! As an Asian, I didn’t expect the food suits my taste so much! The quality of the meats and the way they cook are so nice!

this unassuming hotel restaurant serves surprisingly good food starting from reasonably priced daily menu to quality cuisine like the tuscany rabbit meal depicted in the photo below. i ate here twice and loved it.

Also it was very easy to communicate in English with the workers there (all of them were very nice and helpful :) ) Breakfast and Dinner were amazing too, you have a huge variety to choose from

The sauna experiences were great. I was surprised by the music choices during these sessions. Not the most relaxing tracks, but very fun. Kids are welcome everywhere in the resort and can be left with animators

Quiet, relaxing music would be more appropriate. But it was great to go to the pool. This hotel is proof that luxury, comfort and excellent service can go hand in hand to guarantee an unforgettable stay

Staff were brilliant and everyone spoke very good English. I'm registered disabled, therefore, the parking garage was free of charge. We were totally relaxed here. We would definitely come back!

We had a great few days in the winter season. We'd love to come back in the summer when everything is fully functional. We missed out on the go-cart for 2 as it was too wet. The impressive outside playground also too wet

Very clean rooms and nice beds. Facilities like the sauna and pool are very modern. Location is pretty good if you enjoy nature or if you're here for the salt baths but it is not near the Miskolc city center

Nice hotel with spacious and clean rooms, however difficult access to internal parking in the backyard. Nice and rich breakfasts, good assistance from the front desk service

Restaurant offer was not that attractive so we chose a different option for a dinner nearby

Aurora deserves the 5th star because of the staff (totally surpassed my expectations, coming after some unfriendly czechs) and this is what made me look away from few obsolete details

It is in a perfect location, the Drót Bisztó&Restaurant next door is also excellent, the staff is first class. The blonde angel at the hotel reception is very nice, friendly and helpful

Rooms are a good size, but depending on where you are in the building, it can get a bit noisy. You will hear the road, your neighbours left right and above you, and a freaking dog. It sounded as if the dog was in my room

Lived in the hotel for 18 months whilst working in Miskolc. Met the love of my life there and actually got married there last week. Fantastic hotel, staff and rooms. Also a first class restaurant within the hotel. Superb

Didn't stay there but we had breakfast there and although the buffet was quite small, it was still good and we were full after so I'd rate it five stars.

Central location nice views of the main street and very busy tram. Good solid breakfast. Clean basic room with and basic bathroom.

Overall, it’s quite good as it’s located at the very central area where shops, restaurants and tram stops are nearby

The only good thing was here is sparkling cleanness. The room was small and very very old stylish. I arrived in the night, and stayed just until morning, but i wouldn't stay there longer

We had our wedding at the conference building. It's really easy to decorate the while room and it's capacity is about 120-140 ppl. The staff is polite and helpful.

It was an okay hotel but clean. I stayed in the different building of the hotel, not in the main hotel building. I like the room as it is very spacious for one person

Nice honey chicken breast ,and so as the pork and beef.There has live music.Very kind stuff .Near by Miskolc cave bath,we took dinner here after a wonderful water bath.

Nice place close to the cave spa. Around five minutes walk through a park. The ellipsum located on the other side of the road. Helpful staff, tasty breakfast with good coffee, and stable WiFi

We have spent around 2 weeks in the hotel and were very happy. The stuff is attentive and helps with any request. Breakfast buffet is excellent - fresh & clean

Getting here was a bit adventurous, but it was worth it! I recommend to everyone! The food is delicious, perfect service! There are many opportunities for excursions and sightseeing in the area.

I have just had a lunch in Kikelet club hotel, and it was delicious. Also the staff was great, they knows everything about how to serve a food.

Rooms big sized designed in late 70's style. Overall alright. The breakfast however appeared quite poor to me. Alright for business trips, but not my first choice for vacation.

Modern, super-clean room, good working air conditioner, 1st class mattresses, uber friendly and helpful landlady.

The breakfast service exceeded all expectations! The tea is divine, thanks to its maker! We can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone!

Narrow corridors, poor soundproofing, Breakfast for us was not enough: the staff is not monitoring the replenishment of products on the table, a Cup of coffee and failed

The table in our room was served for Breakfast and was not cleaned after other guests
