Great food, always tasty and yummy. They have hungarian and street food! I recommend It!!!

Opinion about a restaurant olny: nice decoration, friendly staff, very good drinks and fantastic, really hot (not cold) food - a goose soup, hungarian medallions and Gundel pancakes. [edit] A year after we had also a very good meal there: beef red wine goulash and - again - hungarian style pork medallions :-) Still very good (finom)!

Value for money is fine. On the positive side, it has two bathrooms, no need to share it like many other guesthouses. Cleanliness and normal beds. The rooms have chairs and tables and a well-equipped kitchen. It is outstanding that it is not equipped with a pocket TV and has not reduced the supply of channels.

Really nice, modern looking amd comfortable place. Owner (Viktor) speaks English very well and he's very helpful. It's roughly 5 minutes walking from the spa. You can pay in euros.

Two nights we had,everything was perfect!Very nice hospitality,clean and comfortable room waiting for us.

The place is very nice and neat. The owners are helpful in literary everything. The only downside was that the bed was horrible for my back and all the furniture (chairs, bed, sofa) was squeaky.

Very good location. The thermal cave pools can be reached on foot in less than 15 minutes. There is a small restaurant in the neighborhood with very good food and real musicians.

Fantastic place, rooms clean, comfortable beds, good energy, the owner is helpful, speaks English, advises where to eat, what to do, total privacy, peace and comfort. Relaxation that is hard to find in expensive hotels. Close to all city attractions. Thank you very much for a wonderful weekend, we'll be back in a larger group soon ❤

We stayed at Eden II Guest House. The hosts are very nice. The Guest House was perfect, cozy, clean, tidy, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Fajnie wyposażona kuchnia, dosyć duży pokój i balkon. Słuchawka prysznicowa się oderwała i szybko zostało to naprawione. Fajnie, że mogliśmy skorzystać z grila i posiedzieć przy stole na zewnątrz, tuż przy domu.

Tökéletesen megfelelt az elvárásaimnak, kényelmes, tiszta, jól felszerelt szoba, saját fürdőszoba. A szállásadó hölgy nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt.

Friendly welcome, clean accommodation, coffee offered every morning by the landlord, value for money perfect. It is also close to the cave bath and the beach. What you need to pay attention to is that google maps doesn’t take you to the exact location, the location is a little closer.

Beautifully renovated place, in the city center - close to everything. Despite the short distance to the tram, you can hardly hear it. Well equipped kitchen, air conditioning and external blinds plus beautiful decor, you don't need anything else. I recommend to everyone. A little difficult contact due to the language barrier but nevertheless kindly and nice.

The owner is super kind. The rooms are big enough. It's quite spacious and clean. I like its style. It's not that expensive.

Really nice room, owner accepted me at the last minute, very clean. Access to kitchen. Parking spaces available in front of the property. Also there is balkony in your room if you get upstairs.

Great place for a bigger family or larger groups

Perfect value for money. The owner is not staying there, but everything happened based on what was agreed. The rooms are clean, quiet and well separated. We could park in a large, closed yard. In the summer, a separate cooking area can be very good. Comfortable. the room is nice.

It's a bit retro, but it was very cozy for me. It is in a nice environment, in a good neighborhood. We parked on the street, but that was no problem either. They readily accommodated our last-minute check-in, as we came from quite a distance and were only looking for accommodation for one night, with children. The equipment of the rooms is adequate, but there were quite disturbing smells in the bathroom...

Everything was fine. There is a kitchen and a fridge. Bathroom belonging to the room, balcony. TV, although it's a Vodafone service provider and I couldn't watch the Tour de Franco because Es didn't work, but if you're on vacation you shouldn't watch TV. There is wifi. Air conditioning, but extra. The host is very nice. If someone plans to take a bico and ride it around the area, do a lot of hill training...

Nice and friendly owner ... rooms slightly from the previous era ... large parking lot and a terrace where you can feast ... grill..kitchen ... everything you need on the spot.

Maximálisan elégedettek voltunk a szálláshellyel. Ajánljuk másoknak is, ha legközelebb Miskolc környékén járjuk, tervezünk még itt megszállni.

All was as expected (but the washing machine was in other bathroom than assigned to our room). Please keep in mind that we did not use an oven, a microwave, nor any of the coffee machines, so we don't know how they work.

This guesthouse is located on a hill with a really nice outlook on the surrounding outer part of the city. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and helpful. Barbecue area and outdoor kitchen with utensils and cutlery is available.
