The advertisement is false, as the parking is not in the hotel but across the road, and still charged a lot. In addition, the parking is very short (less than 2 meters), with no height limit notice, like any other parking.
The hotel response- "it is not our parking and not our responsibility". I asked for a refund and to pay to the parking owner, which they ofcurse refused. So is it your parking and you are going to take responsibility or you are going to refund me??
Breakfast is minimal, not looks fresh, the coffee is disgusting.
There are many other hotels nearby, better to avoid this one.
Even disposable slippers would have been very useful. These are not available in this hotel.
The room was not clean — there were many small hairs scattered around. No kettle or basic amenities like tea/coffee were available. The furniture was very old and worn, and the entire hotel felt dark and scary. Corridor carpets were stained, and the atmosphere reminded us of a place that might have looked okay 15 years ago but hasn’t been maintained since.
The bed was comfortable, and the bath towels were large and fresh, which we appreciated. The staff were polite and kind, and did their best to help — that’s definitely a plus.
Breakfast was disappointing: the sausages tasted cheap, the pastries were stale, and the cold cuts didn’t seem fresh. The only things we enjoyed were the scrambled eggs and some fresh vegetables. The coffee and orange juice were undrinkable, unfortunately.
As for parking – we paid €11 for a small taped-off area next to the hotel. While there was video surveillance, the parking wasn’t covered at all, so it offers no protection from weather. It’s also right by the street, and there’s public parking nearby (we there on Sunday, os it was free), so it felt like poor value.
Overall, this hotel may work for one short night if you really need a place to sleep — but expect the bare minimum. We left with a strong desire to leave this hotel as soon as possible.
The air-conditioning is very loud and makes strange noises every few minutes making it impossible to sleep when it's on.
