Room was clean and in an OK state, I liked the mini kitchen with fridge, oven and microwave. Bathroom is above average but I hate curtains in the shower, a door would raise the quality tremendously. I liked the bed. A table and a chair are missing very much from the room. The AC worked.

We paid 75 euro for four people , one night. We got nice and tidy room with two huge beds and kitchen + bathroom. Breakfast was included.

We have checked in after midnight, and meet no problem with it. The quality of bathroom is poor, different technical issues with faucet, sink was clogged. Nevertheless the bad linen is clean and fresh.

If you know what to expect it's a decent place. There is only one person at reception that speaks some English which makes communication difficult, but otherwise the room is good and the breakfast not bad. The main disadvantage of the place is that is closes at 10 and there is no key to the front door. If you come back later you have to wake up someone to come and let you in. They should add a key...

Recently visited the nearby racing circuit with work & stayed at this hotel. Friendly staff & a tidy hotel in a primarily residential area. Unfortunately I stayed in another place but reading feedbacks is pure joy. Feeling pity for those people who had to go through it. So much pain and despair in their words. Would be nice to stay there, prepared.

These few days left fond memories. The room was comfortable, the staff was nice and flexible, the food was delicious and last but not least close to the cute downtown. I would book a room here next time.

Not bad for one night, surprisingly good breakfast and coffee

I did not expect much so I am not disappointed. Quality in proportion to the price. Yes, the place needs some modernization, it might be a bit fresher there. But they liked my dogs and my dogs liked them as well. I would come again.

It also has a room suitable for gatherings of up to 40-50 people in a well-arranged area. There is also a partially equipped kitchen. It is not a mass accommodation and it is about 10 minutes by car from Nyíregyháza.

Regarding the accommodation we booked upon arrival, it was too small for the two families, and after the subsequent search and phone calls, we found the Pihenj Meg guest house. We were very satisfied, it's a beautiful place, the huge communal space is pleasant, all the rooms are nice and clean. We have everything we needed, kitchen, fridge, wifi. I can only recommend.

I spent one night in this establishment and I would like to thank the staff for the quality of the reception, the listening to best satisfy the host. The charming young lady, whose first name I forgot to ask, does her best to speak French. I really recommend this establishment.

Small rooms, but comfortable. No screen on qindows or patio door. The hotel is on the edge of the town, you can get in the city center in 5 minutes by driving. It is a quiet place. The patio had no lights and had lots of tree debris and dead bugs on it. Overall the hotel could be cleaner.

Overall good, we had a good time there. The room we had was a little outdated, didn't look like the photos, the furniture seemed older but in good shape and clean. The hair dryer was not working, but we called the reception, and they provided one. The bathroom walls are made of glass, so there is no privacy in the bathroom. Awesome, friendly staff, good prices.

The food in the restaurant was great (both breakfast and dinner). The rooms are cosy, the indoor pool was small but kids loved it. Horses around the property kind of surround you with tranquility; we got scared by one but it ended up just fine. Overall, a very nice atmosphere!

Well, the place looks nice. Resembles authentic old architecture. Rooms are nicr, bathroom is great. Caution for tourists: Revolut cards do not work, I have no idea why.

Old casino/castle transformed into a hotel, affordable prices, good breakfast and free bicycles to rent throughout all the day. In the very city center near the cathedral, and the parking lot is accesible from the back of the building. 400m to the mall, and the street is full of restaurants with good prices also.

Nice hotel near Hungary-Ukraine border. Appartment was big and well-furnished. Restaurant is across the road. Barmen speaks Russian and Ukrainian and very helpful. Prices was moderate.

Wonderful, tasty, and authentic Hungarian food. Attentive service and reasonable prices. We particularly liked the cabbage rolls (töltött kapuszta) and the hungarian crepes (palacsinta). Air conditioning was good, in a city that doesn't have it everywhere.

This hotel belongs to the same organization as the local zoo. They offer free entrance when you stay here. The hotel is very basic and a bit old but very well maintained. The room had a lot of space and was spotlessly clean. The hotel is in a forest which is great for a walk or run. The breakfast was also basic but correct and the service was super, we had a nice stay here!

We got a bit small room (3+1) , but nice.

Really nice hotel and staff. It's also great that they have tickets to the zoo and spa so you don't need to bother to queue for those on the spot. The hotel has direct access to the spa. The room was spacious, modern and in general better than in the pictures on Booking. 😊

I believe this's the best hotel in this area, near the zoo, has a big tree in the middle, view to the lake so cool.

The hotel is WoW, briliant idea on how the interior is arranged. It is near a central park where a lot of interesting things may be done for all members of the family!

The rooms are indeed beautiful. The hotel's interior is amazing. The restaurant is spacious. The garden terrace which is meant to be both relaxing and kids friendly is indeed fabulous. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Pangea. Beautiful room, friendly staff, dinner and breakfast were great and offered good variety. Wifi was decent enough to even catch up on my Netflix. The fee includes access to the zoo. And most of all very child friendly facilities from playroom to outdoor playground, child menus and even provide a crib if needed. Look forward to voting again.
