Who gives this hotel 5 stars as a review? It's a 2 star hotel disguised as a 5 star hotel. The bathroom side of things needs a lot of work to be done. I've been in many hotels but this bathroom was both lacking things and not clean enough. I was here for 3 nights and didn't get any shower gel or shampoo bottles. The bottles are 25ml too.
The restaurant seems OK, but the steaks we ordered were very poor. We had to send it back 3 times until they cooked it right... Just don't order steaks.
The bar closes the pool area at 10pm, which is strange.
The breakfast is minimal, if you don't go very early, it will be poorly stocked
Currently there is construction work and they start around 7am. Very annoying

We were supposed to get a garden view - we literally had construction view instead (see the photo from our totally dusty balcony). The hotel is building a new part of building right in front of the current building. They were noisy even on Saturday starting 7 am. I find it completely unprofessional not to inform quest beforehand, not offering any discount or anything. We actually wanted to check the hotel for 1 night to see if we should book it for a longer stay, and definitely not, not coming back.

The room was okay..
The pool area was okay but there was no soap and the doors to the cleaning supplies and laundry machines where never rarely closed so no real premium feeling there.
The lobby was really small and the smell of clorine was really bad..
The restaurant food was simply not good.
The breakfast was very limited and yet the quality of it was really poor. For instance the bacon almost boiled rather than fried.
This is not a 4 star hotel in any way. How it received that is beyond my understanding.

It's a fantastic kids-friendly wellness hotel with delightful staff.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped.
The bathroom is excellent, with a bathtub. We had a great dining and breakfast experience. Lovely food. The restaurant has a built-in soft play area for children and pool tables/ darts for adults.
There is a significant wellness wing with a sauna steam room, light therapy showers, swimming pool, hot tube and a 50cm 1 1/2 feet deep kids pool with toys. Staff will issue you bathrobes in adult and kids sizes, which was included in the room rate.
Free on-site parking.

Overall good, we had a good time there. The room we had was a little outdated, didn't look like the photos, the furniture seemed older but in good shape and clean. The hair dryer was not working, but we called the reception, and they provided one. The bathroom walls are made of glass, so there is no privacy in the bathroom.
The restaurant and the food were good. There is a small playroom near the restaurant perfect for kids to use while parents eat. There is another outdoor playground, which is very nice and well equipped for small children.
The spa area was nice and clean. There is a small pool for kids, a bigger one for adults, a jacuzzi, and a sauna. The spa area is small, but it was not crowded at all (we were there on workdays).

The food in the restaurant was great (both breakfast and dinner). The rooms are cosy, the indoor pool was small but kids loved it. Horses around the property kind of surround you with tranquility; we got scared by one but it ended up just fine. Overall, a very nice atmosphere!

Not bad hotel. I had problems with wifi connection and each week there is a weeding or other party very close to hotel and it's very laud during the night. Brekfast is ok but scrambled eggs is very poor quality. SPA is small but ok. Gym is very very small and don't have a lot of equipment.
Next to the hotel is a horse stud so if you leave window open when you come back to the room it's smells like horse was living in your room :).

A great wellness hotel we loved very much together with our family. It is a good place to relax in the wellness area with sauna and fitness. They have outdoor sports ground and horses too. As I saw, they have a horse club who earned a bunch of trophies. It is also a very good place for children. It has an outdoor playground, the wellness area has pool for children and in the restaurant there is a playroom very well thought for kids to all ages, so parents can enjoy (finish :-) ) their meal while the kids go to play after a dinner. The restaurant also features a relaxing room not only for the children. By the way, the food also was great, and the hotel is situated by a few shopping centers. We were there two times, and the next visit is already booked!
