Overall good, we had a good time there. The room we had was a little outdated, didn't look like the photos, the furniture seemed older but in good shape and clean. The hair dryer was not working, but we called the reception, and they provided one. The bathroom walls are made of glass, so there is no privacy in the bathroom. The restaurant and the food were good. There is a small playroom near the restaurant...

The food in the restaurant was great (both breakfast and dinner). The rooms are cosy, the indoor pool was small but kids loved it. Horses around the property kind of surround you with tranquility; we got scared by one but it ended up just fine. Overall, a very nice atmosphere!

Very nice hotel with several activities available, including horse riding, swimming pool, sauna, tennis court, soccer and basketball fields. Also bikes are available. Very good breakfast with many options. We also had dinner at the restaurant and we had a traditional Hungarian dish that was very good!

Clean and nice rooms, close to the centre by car... Polite service, however, food could be a bit better.

Beautiful, high quality hotel with a huge and beautiful garden, opportunity of horse ride, weddings, conferences. Self parking place. Delicious foods, nice rooms. Children have seperated playing room.

We had a very plesant stay at hotel Sosto. Staff were very polite and friendly and accomodated all our request. Hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. Direct access to both the open air bath and to the Aquarious included in the price so you can access it any time during opening hrs. Hotel is family oriented with designated play area within the hotel. Absolutely recommend this place!

Comfortable rooms but I had very mixed service experience - including a fee mischarged for missing the first night due to an airline rebooking me, without anyone at the hotel who would / could discuss the fee and help fix the error when I was checking out.

Very poor in terms of food. For a 4-star hotel and All inclusive, very poor. On the first day when I arrived at noon, they gave me a tomato soup that was just pure broth and a schnitzel with a garnish of pureed or sautéed vegetables, macaroni with cheese and a fish paprikash that could not be eaten.. The hotel is situated across the entrance of the old part of the city center, near the mall. This position is close to many downtown attractions. Nice rooms, we had the appartment, everything was in order but no open pool and the restaurant was disappointing, ordered from the menu, expensive food that didn't taste much. The hotel deserves its 4 stars but not the restaurant.

Amazing place to stay. Service and representation are on top. Only to see the art collection of the hotel is worth to visit. Enjoying the local kitchen and get to know the area also best from here.

Well cooked meals in the Restaurant, polite and helpfull staff. Parking lot behind the Hotel, a few minutes to walk in the City. Perfect! The Pool ist big enough for a hotel. Whirlpool and Sauna are good for relaxing. The rooms are a little bit small, if you want to stay more time in the room. Was there quite often anderen like to come back again and again

We had some beef stew, chicken breast with cheddar and chicken breast with bacon and cheese inside. Everything was delicious. Beef stew was the best I have ever eaten!

Very good value for money. The hotel is very clean, some parts are recently renovated. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is slightly below the hotel’s level. The portion sizes are okay but the side dish vs. meat/cheese ratio is off sometimes. The salad parts were a bit already on the B side. The waiter was nice but as soon as there were more than two tables got a bit flustered...

It is very difficult to please me as I have been in the catering business for 37 years. The quality of everything from A to Z. From arriving, location, cleanliness, food and wine including pairings is better than a one Star Michelin. However, I think the estate should not worry about reaching this status. As it will have a negative impact on them. They will loose the home feeling and relaxed atmosphere...

Calm environment, perfect for a weekend retreat. The kitchen is great, wine tour and tasting was enjoyable. Overall a great experience and I'd recommend. The castle also has a wine shop at the reception with around 10-12 types fo wines produced at the estate.

In the heart of Mád, sits this recently built, modern designed hotel. It has just a few rooms, but enlargement is coming. Helpful and friendly staff. Ideal mostly for couples and friends, but kids will also find a big playground in the basement. No warm meals are available (breakfast only) as guest are advised to visit local restaurants. Very modern, clean, spa hotel in the heart of Mad, Not a lot of regional character in the hotel, it feels a bit sterile. But the staff was really nice, and the breakfast offering was generous and good quality. Spa facilities are very comfortable and clean. Rooms are a bit dark.
