Great place, great staff. I recommend it wholeheartedly. Delicious food, good wines. All inclusive is worth it, Dallmayr coffee. Great room! Good TV.

Everything meets with 4 star hotel standard. Room design absolutely contemporary, you cant find better hotel on the west also in this class. Im surprised. I hope the food will be on the same level :) i’ll try it later i just arrived. HUGE EXTRA: internet superfast and free UPDATE the restaurant is very good, all-you-can-eat system, large selection of meats, vegetables, cakes, icecream, i can say this place very good i’ll back this winter for sure - if you have an EV you can charge it

We had a very plesant stay at hotel Sosto. Staff were very polite and friendly and accomodated all our request.
Hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. Direct access to both the open air bath and to the Aquarious included in the price so you can access it any time during opening hrs.
Hotel is family oriented with designated play area within the hotel.

Comfortable rooms but I had very mixed service experience - including a fee mischarged for missing the first night due to an airline rebooking me, without anyone at the hotel who would / could discuss the fee and help fix the error when I was checking out.

Very poor in terms of food. For a 4-star hotel and All inclusive, very poor. On the first day when I arrived at noon, they gave me a tomato soup that was just pure broth and a schnitzel with a garnish of pureed or sautéed vegetables, macaroni with cheese and a fish paprikash that could not be eaten.. That's what they called All inclusive. I sat down at the table with my husband and we started to laugh, he didn't eat schnitzel because of his stomach, he didn't have anything to eat. Shame on Hunguest Sosto. We've been to several Hunguest hotels, but here it was the weakest.
