I was looking forward to this trip but unfortunately the hotel did not meet the expectations. The rooms were nice but the swimming pools were really dirty and full of dead skin. Everyday it smelled like urine around the bathrooms and there was a lot of water on the floor. Absolutely disgusting. The food was good but there was not much diversity. Once the fruits put out were done, there was no replacing them. No food for the young children, everything had salt and extra sugar. The play room was sooooo smaaaallll and just opened at 9 am... The kids wake up much earlier than that. This was the worst hunguest hotel, it s the 4th hunguest hotel that I've been to. The best one is in Gyula, really recommend that one. Extra, people did not speak English and it was a language barrier. It was much more expensive than other hunguest hotels for nothing. I ve been there with my family and had 3 rooms. Will not come back ever!

I was there for a business trip and forgot my iPad in the room after I checked out. They delivered it to the office. That’s 5 star service!

The hotel and the rooms are nicely renovated. The location is good. The elevators are unbelievably slow, but more importantly, the food is very average, definitely not 4* standard. Not strictly hotel issue, but we were expecting better spa facilities as well.

Great place, great staff. I recommend it wholeheartedly. Delicious food, good wines. All inclusive is worth it, Dallmayr coffee. Great room! Good TV.

Everything meets with 4 star hotel standard. Room design absolutely contemporary, you cant find better hotel on the west also in this class. Im surprised. I hope the food will be on the same level :) i’ll try it later i just arrived. HUGE EXTRA: internet superfast and free UPDATE the restaurant is very good, all-you-can-eat system, large selection of meats, vegetables, cakes, icecream, i can say this place very good i’ll back this winter for sure - if you have an EV you can charge it
