Generally, nice, clean, quite, cosy and good price.
Polite and friendly service as well as centre location makes it excellent choice in hearth of the city.
Nevertheless, sometimes student might make niosy and disturbing.

OK, BUT WITH A HUGE PROBLEM: a neighbouring venue played techno music extremely loudly until 2.30 a.m. both nights (Fri. & Sat.), followed by a loud clean-up. If this was a one-off, fair enough; if it's regular, you may want to try somewhere else. We hardly slept at all. Worse, reception was totally uninterested and suggested we call the police if the matter bothered us. 🤔
OTHERWISE: This is an old-style, yet presentable, hotel which has been renovated in parts (the bathroom, for instance, whilst the furnishings remain untouched). It needs a bit of TLC. Service is very much old school, with smiles and efficiency not always forthcoming. The rooms are clean and spacious, if a little spartan though - e.g. no shower curtain or soap in the bath/shower. They were well-equipped with electric sockets and WiFi speed was generally 35 Mbps or better. The breakfast offer is reasonable without being sensational - it is also bacon-free and fruit-free.
The hotel is perfectly located near the centre of town in a quiet street with plenty of paid parking nearby. Access by car can be a bit tricky, so you would do well to pre-plan how you get there.

Helpful receptionist, nice breakfast, good rooms and the building itself is beautiful.
Very close (100m) to the hotel there is a great restaurant (see picture below) called Monster DownTown #monsterdowntown where you can get a great food and beverages.

Very nice old building. Rooms quite basic, clean. Great location in the center. No problem with parking place (paid zone). Breakfast ok. Good value for money

Very nice hotel. The room is old, but renew and clear. The bathroom small and clear too.
The breakfast is good and enough, but there are no vegetables just pickles. I love pickles for scrambled eggs. The price is not too cheap, but the juice made from sirup.
