I can't wright a good review about this hotel because I made the booking from the beggining of October for 2 nights and when I arrived at the hotel in the evening of 7 of December, they told me their hotel is not listed on Trip.com so, my reservation is not available. They were full booked and here we are, not having where to stay night in December...awfull from their side.

Hotel personeel zeer vriendelijk professioneel en bekwaam. De kamers zijn mooi en schoon. De kamers zijn ook niet gehorig. Badkamer netjes en schoon. De omgeving van het zwembad wordt zeer goed schoongehouden als ook het terras. Een klein puntje van kritiek is het wegrijden van de interne parkeerplaats naar de openbare weg. Direct na de roldeur voetgangers en fietspad. Hier mogen ze wel een spiegel ophangen. Voor de rest zeer tevreden.

Rooms: Spacious and clean. Furniture on the balcony. Little touches like chocolate on the bed, coffee pods, and free body wash and hand wash.
Breakfast: A wide range of options. Either hot or cold. Plus champagne.
Pool: Great with Jacuzzi. We did not use on this stay.
Staff: Friendly and so helpful.
Location: In the centre of Szeged and close to all the bars and restaurants.
Highly recommend and we will be back in the near future.

We arrived from Budapest for a two night stay. The staff and the were extremely helpful and offered help with the next leg of our journey to Serbia. A welcoming cool drink was appreciated. We were assigned a great room, with a jazucci (we didn’t use it)outside on our patio on the fourth floor. A free bottle of Hungarian sparkling wine was also appreciated. Overall a great experience. It was the seasonally hot in Hungary this August and air-con could have been a few degrees cooler.

It's a clean well furnished new hotel with a small but functional garden area + pool, very appreciated parking area at a great location.
They do not have a proper restaurant on site however nearby are a great selection of restaurants and even if you choose to order in that's an option which fits the many tables they have in the lobby area and rooms if you so choose.
The lobby bar/cafe/reception has on offer some drinks which is a welcome convenience.

Nice location, very helpful staff and large quiet room even with tram running 24/7. A couple of blocks from Dom Square. Disliked · The toilet area was only 21 inches wide so a tight fit for anyone not small. Odd that the room had dozens of lights on the ceiling.

Excellent option in Szeged, location just few steps away from the walking streets, personnel super gentle and professional.

A faboulos hotel. You arrive by car, park behind the hotel in a locked and safe parking. Entering inside hotel, everything is clean and really in good order. Receptionist serviceminded and proffesional, knowing her job, and with the little extra touch. Room fantastic for us, a little kitchen, fridge and a small balcony. The beds comfortable. It was not any restaurant at site for the moment, but theyre working at something in the backyard, so maybe later.. But we ordered food through WOLT, from a nearby restaurant, greek food. Easy, good, and price ok. We used the roomservice for ordering beer. Quickly brought to us by the receptionist and friendly. Perfect!. Well deserved 4 Star hotel. We for sure will come back.

Great hotel!
All the staff is super nice and friendly. Rooms are clean and hotel is very close to center and parking is also available.
Breakfast is really good and has a lot of different foods to choose from.
I would recommend it to anyone staying in Szeged.

We spent two nights at Hotel Auris. We booked a doble room in advance and the room was ready for us when we arrived. Check in was easy and quick, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were offrered a welcome drink. We chose white wine which was excellent. Our room was a modern and clean with a street view, spacious for two. The wardrobe and drawers were sufficient to store our coats and other stuff. Breakfast was the usual continental one, breads, cereals, cold meats, scrambled and fried eggs, sausage and bacon. Adequate breakfast without any extras just everything good and fresh. The location of the hotel is excellent, between the railway station and the city centre both within 10 minutes walking distance. The street was noisy especially when the trams were running, but the windows were sound-proof when closed. In summary we really had a pleasant stay and enjoyed it.
