The wellness area's staff is very professional and the area itself deserves more than 4 stars! They're cleaning out everything every 15 mins. My biggest concern is usually the slippery floor

The breakfast and the dinner were just fantastic! The selection of food and the desert assortment is super yummy! For me personally, the size of the tea mug meant the world! Usually, at the hotels, the size of the mugs for tea is miserably small, but not here! The temperature of the served courses was just fine and always filled

Right from our arrival, we were greeted at the reception with a warm and friendly welcome, which had a positive impact on our long weekend! We stayed in a two-room family suite on the 2nd floor, which was fantastic – spacious and beautifully furnished

We had half-board with buffet meals, which offered a variety of delicious dishes! We really appreciated that we didn’t have to look for a table, as each table was assigned based on room number

This is a fantastic place, a resort in the beautiful Szilvásvárad. You can stay in houses with kitchenette, two bedrooms, living room. It has a fireplace and free wifi

Slept very well, shower was good rooms were clean and breakfast was delicious.

Not bad if you don't mind a rustic place to stay. The temperature outside was very cold for September and the room was very cold. Rooms were small but everything we needed since we were out exploring all day

Reception was open late, so exploring into the evening was fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. To Eger by car and nice hills to hike and explore right behind the hotel

Shower had nice hot water (after we asked). Hair dryer provided at front desk. Breakfast included was a full selection and tea and coffee were available all day

For 12800 ft per night, comparing with other places in Hungary and in Miskolc which looks much better, quality is not good

Looks good outside but the room is regular quality, the bed should be changed for new one, smell like an old building

A game center, a place where you can work peacefully too, sometimes small markets in the lounge, your car parks free, the staff is super friendly, I always get a front row chair in the bar while - i mean every evening there is live music - i enjoy it and drink :D They only ask if they can bring the next round

Very accommodating staff providing safe and top service after the lockdown. All staff wears a mask, everything is regular cleaned, tours of the hanging gardens and delicious food.

It was built in the 1830s, as I recall. Beautiful stained glass windows. An interesting walking path or two. We had a large balcony that was very nice

This is a very cosy and friendly hotel in Noszvaj. It is perfect for tourists or couples longing for romance. There is so much to enjoy in Noszvaj and the vineyards and hills are great

This hotel has everything you need with children. It is quiet place. Rooms are small but comfortable. Kind and smiling personal. Super restaurant with good kitchen. Everything was fine.

The big press machine is just a decoration. The sticky little plastic bin is not a clean spot on the breakfast table either. :( for this price I can also get a colorful and fragrant room in the Park

The room and the bathroom were full of long black hair and rolled up portigris on the carpet. At least the bed is comfortable. Breakfast? It should be enough that all the "clean" cutlery is stuck

Somewhere in the nineties, it got a bit of glamour. The crystal chandelier in the restaurant is very impressive, and it exudes sparkle. Expensive accommodation compared to social real services

Unfortunately, the off-white towels were stained. There was no remote control for the 28 cm camping TV, the buttons of which also worked back and forth

Would be 4.5 stars. Great view nice food, reasonably close to the city centre. The rooms are a bit small but tidy and neat. Overall recommended if you don't look for pure luxury.

For people looking for quiet stay

We had a very good experience. Family hotel and it really feels they care about their guests. They were very helpful with information. The place itself is clean, well decorated and cozy. Breakfast was good.

-Their breakfast is basic but very bice at the same time. -I recommend using the SPA the jacuzzi was good with a view over the garden. - It has free WiFi -Sparko, one of the cuttest dogs live in there 🐕❤️

Really nice people doing their best and knowing their task well. Small business run by enthusiasts - not so common nowadays; thus, much appreciated. Will definitely come back.

Very nice and cozy hotel only a few minutes walk from beautiful Eger in a quite part far from any traffic noise. Rooms are nice, clean and comfy. Had a nice massage and swim in their wellness section

This was our first weekend spent together in a hotel, and overall we were satisfied. To start with the cons: the walls are extremely thin and you can literally hear everything from the next room

Also the place needs a redesign or a renewal since some items look a bit old, used. Otherwise everything was nice. The food was delicious except the chicken meals which were too dry

The best hotel in the Eger. The tunnels are very specialy and the tunnels connect the hotels with the reception and the pool

To sum up, there are some issues with the place, so picky people with higher exceptions should avoid it

TV in the room has few Hungarian, but several German and Slavic language channels. Downtown is max 10 mins walk, really refreshing. Overall stay was exceptional, thank you very much for the great time!

Perfect retro experience. Medium size wellnes, some sauna, big outside park with outdoor pools. At every evening at dinner there is a man playing on electric piano. This place's stuck in the 70s.

Nice hotel near the university, and the city center. The bathrooms are not very modern, but the rooms are nice and clean, the staff is super helpful, and the wellness part of the hotel is also great.

Lobby bar has friendly staff and authentic cocktails. Bathrobes for rent are available for cheap price. However free of charge to rent, bring a hairdryer as they are not installed in the bathrooms

NOISE - on the first night we could not rest because of a constant noise produced by the air passing through a pipe in front of the balcony of room 212 - at the reception we were told that we could only change our room the next day because there were no others available; regarding the noise - any movement in the hallway or in the neighboring rooms could be heard quite loudly and was disturbing; in...

We chose this hotel to enjoy a weekend in Hungary. Unfortunately, it was the first time we traveled to the neighboring country and our expectations were disappointed (we have been traveling abroad since 1996)

PARKING - because on Friday evening there was a private event in the hotel and those guests came there with their cars, those of us who were accommodated and arrived later in the afternoon apparently did not get any more places; at the suggestion of the receptionist we finally parked on the property, but in a place where the car was not safe; 2

I have not encountered any of the negatives ever described here. Accommodation clean laundry and environment. All the staff were kind and attentive

The restaurant is ok, only a few dishes available, but you can have a good meal here. There is a gym, sauna and solarium in the basement, for which you have to take reservations at the reception

Be careful when choosing your room, because there are only a few standard rooms that are equipped with air conditioner as a "free feature". Only the "suites" has air conditioner included in the price

The staff is nice, the rooms are clean and equipped with electric kettle and flat screen TV. Located near the big chemical factory, so a lot of guests are there for business or work

Hot summer days can be really hot as most of its room are without A/C. The staff is very friendly and helpful though

Nice honey chicken breast ,and so as the pork and beef.There has live music.Very kind stuff .Near by Miskolc cave bath,we took dinner here after a wonderful water bath.

Great rooms, great pools, great food, great service!!!!! Cannot give enough praise! We loved every second there and wish we could have stayed longer. Reachable by bus or taxis for those without a car

The spa/wellness facilities were very good with different levels of heat/minerals in the pools

It was described as having 17 pools, but in reality it less but larger pools are sectioned, but this of course is not an issue. There were buffet menus for breakfast and dinner (2 sittings I believe last one at7pm)

Inside the spa, the facilities were noticeably run-down. The outdoor area was poorly maintained and far from the relaxing atmosphere I had imagined. What bothered me the most, however, was the state of the thermal pools

The only problem that we’ve had was the temperature in the room, was a little cold for the kid, on thermostat we could set 23 degrees but the air was cold
