We had a wonderful week at Tisia Hotel in June. The room was spacious and perfect for our needs, especially since we have a child with a physical disability. While we needed to hire a hoist to lift her, the room had plenty of space to keep it beside the bed. The hoist was easy to use, and the bed was super comfortable for her. Plus, the restaurant was a real highlight, offering delicious breakfast and dinner options. The staff were so kind and made our daughter feel like a little princess—it meant the world to us. We visit Tisia Hotel every year and highly recommend it to everyone, especially those in wheelchairs."

Nice hotel with a nice spa area connected. Good room, decent size with a normal bed. Many different pools with different temperatures, was not crowded and was ok. Buffet dinner which was quite good. Normal breakfast. Parking just by hotel.

Superb hote! The staff was very nice. Each night there was different food, all of it was delicios. I highly recommend!

The service is really poor for a hotel this caliber. Not well trained and couldn't care less. We mostly just got the responses to say "I don't know" for questions or concerns.
The food is not consistent from one day to the next and they seem to serve dry and old dessert on a daily basis. The breakfast selection is not great.
The rooms are generally OK and clean, but don't go expecting to have even instant coffee in your room, unless you get a "deluxe" room. Once again, ridiculous for a 4* hotel.
Lastly, only stay over the weekend if you enjoy super loud obnoxious live music every evening, audible at all the social areas of the hotel.
On a positive note the thermal pools are nice, and so are the wellness facilities. Then again, you can visit the pool without staying at the hotel.
Overall, I can't recommend staying at this hotel at all.

Modern hotel with great food and ambiente
It exceeded my expectations as I'm used to 4-star trash hotels. This hotel is by far the best for value. Special thanks to the lady at the reception for all the support during the stay.

We were in the hotel as a group of friends - 2+2.
Everything was fantastic.
The staff very friendly and courteous. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and nothing was missing. The products were of very good quality.
The choice on the menu was wide. The staff were smiling and engaged.
All facilities and amenities were in working order.
The hotel organised a free barman course for all guests - we were excited about this.
The thermal pools met our expectations and we were able to relax successfully.
I think we will come back here again for a longer stay.

Off-season there are thermal pools only, no swimming pools, no pools for kids (except baby pool). Hotel to spa connection is poor, you cannot buy food in spa with hotels' chip card. Restaurant food was average, no allergen info was provided in the buffet. This hotel is probably great for older folks, for families maybe on summer. This review is based on off-season stay with young kids.
