The hotel is located in the perfect location for anyone looking to explore Villány and enjoy the wine. The rooms, restaurant and spa are first rate, with staff that went above and beyond to make our stay with them all the better. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

I had the immense pleasure of visiting Crocus Gere Wine Hotel this autumn. As a solo traveller, I was a bit worried that I would be out of place, but that was quickly put to rest. My partner and I took a road trip through Hungary. And we took the opportunity to do a wine tasting in Villány visiting the A. Gere winery and staying at the Crocus hotel. We had a superb trip to Hungary and in this hotel. The hotel is very clean, nice rooms and the service was amazing. We enjoyed the friendly staff, the outstanding food and wines. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone and we will definitely come back. Thanks for hosting us

Calm wine and spa hotel with delicious wine, good dining, and calming massage services in a beautiful region of vineyards. Try their wine bath in spa 🛁🍷 Try their tasting dinner experience. The wines are delicious, our favorites were pinot noir and villany franc. Some recommendations are their hungarian omlette for breakfast, lavender lemonade and fried cheese and meat platter for lunch and wiener...

Professional service food and staff. We stay guest house close to hotel but it was clean comfortable and spacefull. And off course very good red wine.

The Bock Hotel and the Bock Winery is a fantastic attraction, especially for tourists who do not know that Hungary produces great wines! Its a lovely small hotel with a very good restaurant. The Winery is truly amazing and the visit is really interesting.

My better half and I had a wonderful meal here. Food was excellent and, of course, one has to enjoy at least a couple of wines from the winery. Friendly staff and good service. Warning: bring mosquito repellent if you wish to enjoy your meal on the terrace (or do what we did and sit inside).

This is a very friendly hotel, perfect for a long weekend. We stayed in their guest house down the road, because they ran out of hotel rooms by the time I made the booking. But it was equally perfect and we had the whole house for just the family. Naturally, the main attraction in the hotel is the wine. You can book a wine tasting in the restaurant (highly recommended) and you can visit the cellars...

Absolute fantastic of the aura within the hotel, my favourite is the garden. Really relaxing to stay near to the pool with a glass of tasty wine.

Rooms are simple but clean. Bath equipment (eg towel rail) is slightly scratched. On the terrace is the Mo topography of the paving stones, several times we almost went through it. But: the staff is very kind, polite, helpful, breakfast delicious, plentiful. So the overall impression is absolutely positive.

Nice place, it was quite noisy, but it could be because of certain clientele...We liked it, might return.

Good place to stay at Villány, but breakfast is not the best. Be aware that at Saturdays they often have wedding parties, but they call you to ask if it is a problem.

Éva was our kind and helpful host. The guesthouse is well maintained and clean. Covered terrace, sauna and jacuzzi in the yard. We will stay here again next time.

Clean spacious room, couch 90cm wide - I finally fit it. Homemakers looked down and, to the maximum extent - with a pure heart, fulfilled all my wishes and needs.

Super accommodation in Villány. It was an experience even in winter. Breakfast was very delicious and our hosts were very nice. We'll be here next time! 🙂

Good location, center of village. Menu not long but good food. Service good, staff polite. You can understand staff in hungarian, german and english. Vines? Good…. Not crowded durong week. For weekend you need reservation.

Went for dinner, service was very professional, the restaurant looks very nice. Beef soup was a bit tasteless (felt like the ingredients were just put in the bowl piece by piece, without consistency), pork knuckle was excellent.

We booked the room for one night. The room was nice though the bed was a little bit uncomfortable. We went at dinner at their restaurant. The staff can't talk english very well. They brough us Suop instead of Stew because the waiter didn't understand what we wanted. They do understand German. The portions are big, tasting good. The wine we had was not really good. I tried some cabernet franc and merlot...

Large rooms, rural experience, good service, good wine. You will enjoy it if you like heavy read wine a matching good quality hotel.
