I don't often stay in hotels, I needed it for a job. The room was not special, the bed was a little harder, which I really liked. Shops, restaurants, fountains and many attractions are nearby. I was very satisfied with the breakfast.

Oh my World! I would give 10 * if I could! Free parking 24 hours reception. Staff absolutely helpful and friendly on above everything! Saunas (more then one!) Jacuzzi with changing colours. Bedroom is nice and cosy (medium sized) with én-suite. Breakfast is buffet system, so all as you can eat. The sitting area interior design is so homely. There are the bar too to have your relaxing drink if you wish...

We spent 2 nights here, preferring to just go to sleep at the hotel. The receptionists are very kind. Breakfast doesn’t have much of a fare, but it’s delicious. There were scrambled eggs, sausages, sausages, cold cuts, cheese. The problem is that the soft drinks were watered. The rooms next to the reception had separate beds and were clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is a standard buffet. The room was nothing extra, although I liked that the one we got was double. In the back, at the parking lot, the pergola is very cozy.

Nice hotel with very cosy and well equipped rooms and spa. There is also good restaurant nearby (around 100m). Very nice for the price. Only thing I could imagine to be improved are better English speaking receptionists.

The hotel itself is beautiful, next to the sea, swimming pools around, amazing food. There are just two things I was not so happy - the programme looks like it is only for Italian customers, in the reception they do not have any information about it. The other thing, the staff expects you to give them money for every little thing.

We visit thermal spa within weekdays and still it was lots of people there, I can tell it is really popular place. It is very well priced, it has several dining places including a small café. Pools seemed recently renovated. All in all it was a great experience.

We visited the spa only. It had lots of pools, we enjoyed watching the stars from the outside thermal pool. Sauna department had two Finnish saunas 95 and 70 degrees, aroma sauna (45) and steam bath. Go in naked or in blankets (provided by staff). The sauna ceremony is kind of suomen saunakulttuurin raiskaus, but interesting, noisy and fun.

A great hotel for families. There are many pools, with different temperatures. The good thing is that there is also an area for adults only, if you just want to relax. The food is very good, but it doesn't vary much from day to day. Our room was a bit small for accommodating 3 beds. I find that the quality of the shampoo/shower gel could be improved a bit, as it doesn't wash off sunscreen very well...

A nice swimming pool, very clean and tidy. But the water glide was closed. Apparently because there where not much swimmers/kids. But it was a big disappointment for our daughter.

Nice place, hidden gem in the hills. There are some parts of the bath you cant enter with kids (thermal and SPA areas), still you have plenty to enjoy

We loved the stay here. The accommodation was super clean and the staff was super helpful. The access to the Thermal Bath is very convenient. Definitely recommended.

The hosts were attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the rooms is immaculate, they even prepared a bottle of wine for us. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and of high quality. We had dinner at the nearby Deák Restaurant, where we also received perfect service and food.

We managed to spend a very pleasant Christmas holiday at the hotel. Maximum and polite care. Very helpful clerks. I can recommend it to everyone!!

We had a great time with four children. Nice and cozy rooms, smart TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, air conditioning, in short, everything you could need. It's great that there is a direct passage to the spa, you can go back to the accommodation at any time. The lady was very nice. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and delicious. A variety of games for children, pin pong, badminton, trampoline, lego room...

Amazing place for vacation. Everything is absolutely perfect, the owners are amazing. We will definitely be back next year. It's a caress to the soul. Excellent breakfast, facilities for children, excellent wine and unforgettable nature.

Nice campsite located on a hill. It is surrounded by greenery. The areas where you can camp are in perfect place, under the trees, which guarantees shade even in the hottest hours. The services are not many but they are well cared for. It feels like being in a small hamlet with a delightful common area where you can have breakfast, have a drink or borrow some boxed games if you want.

Very nice hidden Camping with Trees. It is close to Bad Hediz Thermalbath or Hiking. Very nice and friendly Owner.

An incredible place full of tranquility and calm. Close to the best Hungary has to offer, this camping not only is well located, it also is owned by great people. 11/10 would come here again.

The room and the bathroom were spacious. The available pools were great. The place was not crowded at all which was a huge plus so it felt like we were all alone even though there were a number of people there at the same time. We really enjoyed ourselves and can't wait to go back!

Well equipped accommodation where everything is given to make a family with children have fun. Good location, nearby fishing lake and windy selection of restaurants. Nice host.

Very good hotel in its class, great for a stopover when travelling or for a longer stay if visiting the region. In the towns very centre, close to the castle and everything to see and do. Nice and quiet. Very good traditional restaurant downstairs, great breakfast selected from the menu.

At the beginning of the season I always get a bill including couple of more drinks then I ordered with the menu. After that they remember me for the rest of the summer and I get the right bill. The food is good, and also the lunch menu is reasonable priced and tasty.

I came here with my wife and 3 kids and to just use my daughters words "this hotel is a 5 star for kids". Every year I try to visit 2-3 places around Hungary and within similar standard and this is my new ultimate favorite. I absolutely love the story of the owner, the castle nearby is just top. Had lunch at this hotel. What I liked most was the fact that stuff was speaking English. What a nice surprise in Hungary. Also the food was good. I would like to point out the steak with black pepper sauce. Delicious! And rague, mushrooms were such a great addition. Thank you for the service.

During the day hotel was very nice, especially pool next to the brick wall was amazing. Food was tasty althought there were not too much choice for vegans. Fabulous thermal spa hotel, with delicious food from their own farm. Stunning panoramic views of Sümeg castle. We left feeling ten years younger!

Our room was good & comfortable as you would expect fom a 4star hotel. Breakfast, and the standard dinner were delicious. Ping pong table and set plus an old -little bit worn- pool table are provided, but still fun to play if you are not a professional. There are several pools, but they lack on wellness, and jacuzzy feature, thats why I distract a star from my rating. Everything else is ok

It is extremely well located, road a bit difficult but then you can an amazing view on the castle. Breakfast nicely served all is possible at request and you can admire the great views.

Absolutely stunning views, the room was immaculate, modern tasteful decor, the host speaks excellent English and is friendly and helpful. Supplied extra pillows on request. Will stop here again and recommend this to any one.
