I don't often stay in hotels, I needed it for a job. The room was not special, the bed was a little harder, which I really liked. Shops, restaurants, fountains and many attractions are nearby. I was very satisfied with the breakfast.

Oh my World! I would give 10 * if I could! Free parking 24 hours reception. Staff absolutely helpful and friendly on above everything! Saunas (more then one!) Jacuzzi with changing colours. We spent 2 nights here, preferring to just go to sleep at the hotel. The receptionists are very kind. Breakfast doesn’t have much of a fare, but it’s delicious. The staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is a standard buffet. The room was nothing extra, although I liked that the one we got was double. In the back, at the parking lot, the pergola is very cozy.

Very good value for money if you are looking for a thermal hotel. Decent, tasty food, clean rooms and thermal bad, and a very good sauna world. The sauna programme is included. One of the best choices in Hungary for this price range. The service in the restaurant lags a bit behind the usual expectations, but it is only a minor flaw that can be corrected with a little assertivity.

The hotel itself is beautiful, next to the sea, swimming pools around, amazing food. There are just two things I was not so happy - the programme looks like it is only for Italian customers, in the reception they do not have any information about it. The other thing, the staff expects you to give them money for every little thing.

We visit thermal spa within weekdays and still it was lots of people there, I can tell it is really popular place. It is very well priced, it has several dining places including a small café. Pools seemed recently renovated. All in all it was a great experience.

We visited the spa only. It had lots of pools, we enjoyed watching the stars from the outside thermal pool. Sauna department had two Finnish saunas 95 and 70 degrees, aroma sauna (45) and steam bath. Go in naked or in blankets (provided by staff). The sauna ceremony is kind of suomen saunakulttuurin raiskaus, but interesting, noisy and fun.

Always a great stay to relax. Best thermal bath. We come here at least twice a year.

Amazing place for vacation. Everything is absolutely perfect, the owners are amazing. We will definitely be back next year. It's a caress to the soul. Excellent breakfast, facilities for children, excellent wine and unforgettable nature.

The room and the bathroom were spacious. The available pools were great. The place was not crowded at all which was a huge plus so it felt like we were all alone even though there were a number of people there at the same time. We really enjoyed ourselves and can't wait to go back!

Very good hotel in its class, great for a stopover when travelling or for a longer stay if visiting the region. In the towns very centre, close to the castle and everything to see and do. Nice and quiet. Very good traditional restaurant downstairs, great breakfast selected from the menu.

At the beginning of the season I always get a bill including couple of more drinks then I ordered with the menu. After that they remember me for the rest of the summer and I get the right bill. The food is good, and also the lunch menu is reasonable priced and tasty.

Stayed at Alenso guesthouse for 2 weeks and had a amazing time. Everything was perfect, clean rooms, great location, and the staff was very helpful with everything i needed. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect to relax. I will be staying there again in December...... Highly recommended to all.

A really wonderful accommodation for a very good price. We were in the apartment on the ground floor. Big enough for 4 adults. Own front door, terrace and 2 toilets. Kitchen is fine for the holidays and the owners are very sweet and helpful. We only had some problems with the hot water in the shower. Furthermore, highly recommended.

Lovely apartment house, big spacious rooms, great breakfast, and free to use saunas. It's a bit far from the lake but there are no distances in Hévíz.

We made reservations through booking, we had a delux suite. Everything as described, spacious comfortable apartment with air conditioning. You can walk for dinner to the nearby vineyards. Recommended. Nice service, speaks English.

Apartments very large with balconies, large air-conditioning in the living room (included), spacious kitchen and bathroom. One star is removed for lack of cleanliness (rooms are cleaned maybe once every six months). Location very good, only the backyard could have been bigger.

In general, we enjoyed our stay, we had a room for 2 persons with a small kitchenette and a big terrace. Our kid really appreciated garden toys provided by a host. The place was quiet and private, we actually didn't see any other quests there, but maybe it's because of corona crisis. The host Krisztina is very friendly and welcoming.

Very good accommodation, with few hosts. It has a beautiful large garden, and everything in Hévíz can be reached with a relatively short walk. Let's say the settlement is not that big. The accommodation is on the route of the National Blue Tour. We got a fairly well-equipped room, and the cleanliness was absolutely fine.
