Hotels in Acireale

In our opinion we made the right decision to book in this hotel. It depens what you expect from the sea side because there is only a swimming encloser in the sea and a normal swiming pool.

Very beautiful and relaxing place. Infinity pool is breathtaking and very friendly staff. Room key card had to be reset about 7 times in the week I started there though. That was the only fault!

There was a mix up with the reservation... Don't know where the communication breakdown was, travel agent or these guys. The hotel did what it can. To resolve the issue. The pool is great. They don't have a gym or a business center.also, smoking on the patio next to the pool is allowed. I hate breathing in the smoke when outside. The rooms are nice. Two generations of them are available. The new ones...

Excellent structure, located a little outside Acireale. Comfortable rooms with beds equipped with new mattresses. Beauty kit in the bathroom. Beautiful swimming pool and very well-kept garden. The cuisine is excellent with a varied breakfast with sweet and savory things. I'll be back.

This was part of a package holiday, so it is probably not appropriate to comment on the quality of the food. However, the rooms were very clean, although the pillows and matrasses were quite hard. The biggest complaint was the very poor WiFi. In the reception/restaurant it was adequate but in the bedrooms, it was terrible. When complaining to the duty manager, we were given a disingenuous answer.

As unfortunately happens in my beloved southern Italy, the place is fantastic but....it wouldn't take much. Rooms furnished in the 70s, poor bathroom amenities, breakfast and dinner without fresh local products (which would cost even less). Sin

The structure is clean and is in a strategic point to easily reach different cities to visit in the surrounding area! Reception and restaurant staff always polite and friendly and ready to satisfy every request with a smile! The pool is always clean and welcoming for guests to enjoy a bit of relaxation. Nice hotel, good food, room and bed comfortable. Nice swimming pool, with bar adjacent. Excellent view up to Mount Etna from the poolside. Staff pleasant and helpful. Hotel situated on outskirts of town, but this can easily be reached by local bus which stops outside hotel and has a regular service, or a taxi can be ordered.

The excellent service started before we arrived at the hotel during a phone call with Giuseppe who advised me on where to eat and where to go once in Acireale. The best place to stay whiles you are in sicilia. BETTER THAN THE REST

I ended up here as my flight had been heavily delayed, therefore a 2.00am arrival was not what I really wanted. Check in was quick and bed comfortable. I loved this hotel. The staff are very helpful and speak good English. Room was comfortable with good shower and air con. Amazing views. Nice clean pool. Easy to reach from centre though perhaps not if one was old or infirm and had no car. I shall definitely be going there again.

New and nice hotel just a 2 walking minute to the beach! Internal pool and large breakfast room. Friendly staff and large room. Close to local restaurants and city center. This is the perfect location for those who want to visit both the riviera, Catania, and my Etna. The Hotel was great.  Downside that it has no car park.  One time spent over 1.1/2Hours driving in Circles to find a parking spot.  I was a bit disappointed in some thibgs….The Hotel takes a 100euro off your card as a security.  Why?   I paid cash all the time but wanted to have my evening dinner charged on my room and they refused because the bill was 104 euro.    I never ever encountered such guest...

Hotel located in a beautiful place, right by the sea. Very nice service, very clean hotel. Delicious breakfasts and food in general, prices for a hotel very affordable. It's my 4th time. I've stayed here, love the spacious rooms, great bar and decent restaurant.

The only issue we had was parking as they have alot of the local community using there pool in the day and functions at night and they parked coaches in the car park.

Got married in this place in October, so my review is based towards this event moreso than a regular stay. Very good hotel. Very clean and comfortable. It's a pity that I can only stay in this city for one night. Although it is not a sea view room, you can still see a piece of sea, which is more charming when combined with the garden view. The hotel is very large, and the restaurant has a 180-degree view of the sea.

The location of the property is good. However, the service is terrible. We didn’t feel welcomed. We observed a different level of service being offered to others than us. It might have to do with the fact that we are not Italians and we don’t speak their language. Would recommend to book Four Points by Sheraton which is only a 5 min walk on the same road.

I stayed at this hotel with a group of students and I am very satisfied. I was surprised to read the reviews of this hotel as it is one of the better hotels in this category. The hotel has recently changed owners and manager, so a lot has changed. The approach to the guests, no problems with anything, delicious food, very clean rooms. I can sincerely recommend this hotel.

Place is perfect, i am 13 and i was here on Erasmus + project, i never was in the better served hotel than that.

Rooms were decent enough, what made it worth it was the good service from hotel staff and the decor/ garden were nice as well.

Apartment composed of 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 1 kitchenette (oven, hotplates, fridge and sink). Comfortable no more. Approximate finishes but nothing disturbing (paintings on the walls and ceilings that are falling apart). In 4 nights no cleaning and no towels changed. Pleasant swimming pool (cap required).

The hotel is clean and normal but there is no logic. First of all, I am sorry for the workers in the bar and restaurant. We stayed for 2 nights, and the same staff worked all the time, in the morning and in the evening also. Thats hard! The structure and the spa are excellent

What is not to love? They have a nice pool next to the great restaurant! The massage service and spa is amazingly relaxing! The decontracting massage and facial massage... To die for!

The excursions and activities were great. Making pasta, wine tasting and cocktail making was fantastic. Much more informative than others ee have done. Trip to Etna was very good and again very informative. Breakfast was amazingly good with plenty of fresh produce...more than anywhere else we stayed. Overall the place is very rustic...using natural elements to make stairs, pathways, etc.

Coming for a small break with a relative, we arrived to a wonderful scenery which the beautiful main property is located in. Driving through the gates into the vineyard, which the acres of beautiful varietty of grapes and fruit trees surrounding you, you cannot fault your first welcome. Pleasantly pleased. Ideal location away from Catania overlooking a fishing harbour and a short walk to train station. You can't buy a ticket there and it is worrying as you have to 'validate ' your ticket before you get on the train!. But friendly ticket inspector lets you pay on the train! I travel alone so the welcome i get is very important. This i received along with a smart room.

Well this is my first time traveling abroad and I didn't know what to expect for a first-time time traveler. But we checked into this establishment, one of the bigger hotels that they have in the area. The rooms are little small, they are outdated but all in all it was a good stay. Breakfast was great!

The hotel is built in an apartment style and features fairly modern rooms. Secured parking is available in front of the hotel. The hotel serves a good breakfast, and the rooms have TVs and air conditioning. The location is good for quickly reaching Catania's classic sights and the train station.

The hotel is neat, the breakfast is really very extensive and has everything. What is strange is that you have to pay for the bottle of water from the fridge. This is poorly indicated in the hotel only at the reception. Furthermore, fine beds and friendly people.

The surrounding area looks like an industrial factory. There is nothing to see or visit around. It is not in the center. Parking is free and convenient. I don't recommend staying here.

Great location good value for the price

The best hotel in Catania. The position is great, rigth in front of the sea. Near the hotel you can find everything: bar, restaurant, supermarket, atm, Tabasco’s all in 200 meters from the hotel. I really felt at home here. My room was number 210 and I had the luck to meet signora Serafina, she is fantastic and gave me lots of advices. Comfort and professional approach

I liked the hotel, the windows in the room overlooked the supermarket, so I slept peacefully, there was no noise. Breakfasts were great. The staff was polite and always helped me.

Having traveled the entire island, I can say that among city hotels this is the best with its small beach where herons roam!!! With Turkish requests, it’s better not to come here; they won’t court you, but the opportunity to walk to the center and the fishing port with a cafe and the freshest seafood is worth it!!! Staff are very friendly, food is good. Breakfast had plenty options. The highlight was the rooftop bar especially at night. The downside was no bottled water in rooms, we had to pay for any water.

Nice but not kind enough as expected from a tourist service

The hotel breakfast is superb! You can see the snow-capped mountains on the top floor. The service is also very good. It is highly recommended and suitable for vacation. It is a little far from the city and requires a taxi.

Emmaus Hotel is a good stop if you plan to visit Etna. The rooms are clean and cosy. Beds firm and confortable, just how I like 🙂 And there is even z complementary bottle of cold water waiting in the fridge. Just what you will need after a sunny day. Staff is always ready to help and doing their best to let you enjoy your stay. And the views... You have to see them yourself.

Hotel Emmaus is a great place to stay as part of a round trip. Generally it's quite clean and the food is tasty. Hotel staff are smiling and helpful. There is no any attractions like playground or swimming pool. Only bed, bath and restaurant, no more.

Etna's hilltop hotel counterpart, this hideaway has comfort, great service, good prices, wonderful walking trails, and the meeting and worship spaces to make any conference or gathering a success. Great views are also included; five minute car ride to center of town.

Hotel is out of the centre, meaning its quiet and no car fumes. Its not far from via etnea, which takes you to the centre.we walked. Behind the hotel and up the small hill, towards the hospital are really nice local shops.and a lidl and macdonalds. We prefered via italia over catania centre. Metro is a 5 minute walk, Borgo.to get to train station.toamina and syracuse worth a visit.Back to hotel, clean...

Great service from all members of staff. Good room cleanliness.
