Due to Covid I understand some hotels have different rules to comply with health and safety measures. Very Nice clean hotel and staff are very friendly.

In our opinion we made the right decision to book in this hotel. It depens what you expect from the sea side because there is only a swimming encloser in the sea and a normal swiming pool.

Very beautiful and relaxing place. Infinity pool is breathtaking and very friendly staff. Room key card had to be reset about 7 times in the week I started there though. That was the only fault!

There was a mix up with the reservation... Don't know where the communication breakdown was, travel agent or these guys. The hotel did what it can. To resolve the issue. The pool is great. They don't have a gym or a business center.also, smoking on the patio next to the pool is allowed. I hate breathing in the smoke when outside. The rooms are nice. Two generations of them are available. The new ones...

Nice hotel, good food, room and bed comfortable. Nice swimming pool, with bar adjacent. Excellent view up to Mount Etna from the poolside. Staff pleasant and helpful. Hotel situated on outskirts of town, but this can easily be reached by local bus which stops outside hotel and has a regular service, or a taxi can be ordered.

The place has good potential. There is an unpleasant and very rude woman at the reception, blond and glasses without a name tag. Every problem was solved but she gave us a bad service first thing when we came. It’s sad “ that she does the “welcoming

The excellent service started before we arrived at the hotel during a phone call with Giuseppe who advised me on where to eat and where to go once in Acireale. We arrived a little earlier than the allowed check in time but Giuseppe was so kind to make sure we were in our room within minutes, we also had an unexpected upgrade which is always a bonus. This is a very good hotel right in the heart of Acireale, very clean, very good a.c and staff is very helpful. Breakfast is decent too, I would highly recommend.

Very friendly staff, very helpful also. Rooms are pretty decent, perhaps nit the Eastern European 4 star, somewhere at a 3++ I would say, compared to the Eastern European standards, then again. Underground free parking, but limited places. Location excellent, a short walk away from the heart of this vibrant small city. We used Acireale as HQ for visiting Etna, Taormina, Messina and other iconic places...

Clean hotel that has kept some of the old charm. The location is excellent with restaurants and bars close by.

Good hotel. Breakfast not great UK persons don't eat cake for breakfast. Staff excellent especially the cleaning staff. Reception staff helpful. I would stay again at this hotel.

Everything perfect ... room and bathroom spacious, clean and comfortable ... in the shower there was also a place to put the bubble bath !!! Common room where you can eat take-away. I highly recommend it

Clean, quiet and cozy room with air conditioning and refrigerator. In Sicily, or at least in this structure, they clean every three days, this is good to know. Breakfast with local sweets. The property is close to the historic center and via Romea which takes you to the sea in twenty - thirty minutes.

Ideal location, 4 minutes walk from the center of Acireale. Recently renovated with care and practicality. Impeccable management, extreme kindness and availability. Absolutely recommended

Truly 5-star location, central location, possibility of having a garage for the car, obsessive cleanliness and beautiful rooms. A fantastic gem, there is air conditioning in the bathroom too, I wouldn't say anything else needs to be said. See you next time and thanks to the owner, always available and impeccable.

Beautiful room, right in the center, 2 steps from the Duomo, I highly recommend both for the quiet location but at the same time a few steps from the Duomo. Comfortable rooms, beautiful furnishings and last but not least, the owner is very kind and helpful. It will definitely be my fixed stop when I go to Acireale.

It's our fourth visit and we are eager to return again! We are so pleased that the owners of Palazzo Giovanni. Silvio and Alessandra, have managed to keep their busy B&B meticulously maintained in excellent condition with the same love that they had in 2009, the first time that we were their guests. The Sicilian charm and character has also improved as the car park / citrus tree garden has been embellished...

as such, there is no beach here, the entrance to the sea between the stones, secluded places near the pier, but the views, the purity of the water and romance all compensate. On the shore there is a fishing tavern, open from 20.00

Acireale is a convenient place to discover the region. Apartment consistent, a little old, nice view but a lot of promiscuity with neighbors. Works in the apartment next door that have a little prevented us from enjoying the rental .. In short disappointed with this rental but not Sicily ...

Friendly and extremely helpful owner, tidy and clean house with everything you need available. Private access to the sea, eating on the terrace with the sea at your feet is wonderful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Very nice apartment, excellent hospitality. For the apartment just bring your toothbrush because you will find everything from sheets to towels. You will find the bare minimum to make you a pasta without having to do the shopping as soon as you arrive. The sea is beautiful and in the summer period until the end of October there is a private solarium with a ladder that gives the possibility to swim...
