We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Santa Tecla Palace. The facilities were excellent - beautiful infinity pool overlooking the sea, just like the photos. Plenty of sunbeds to relax in. Easy access to swim in the sea from the hotel, with lifeguards on duty. Delicious food at all the restaurants. There isn't much to do in the immediate surrounding area - we walked into the nearest town one...

We had two weeks at the Wave hotel this August and had a brilliant time. All of the staff were very friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a lovely breakfast every day and there was a good selection of different foods. We ate a the restaurant in the evening and it was very good. A very good, modern and original hotel, excellent amenities. It caters for people who are travelling by car or motorbike and who want a quiet and central resting base. Hotel has ample free parking. I ended up here as my flight had been heavily delayed, therefore a 2.00am arrival was not what I really wanted. Check in was quick and bed comfortable. Excellent structure, located a little outside Acireale. Comfortable rooms with beds equipped with new mattresses. Beauty kit in the bathroom. Beautiful swimming pool and very well-kept garden. The cuisine is excellent with a varied breakfast with sweet and savory things. I'll be back.

This was part of a package holiday, so it is probably not appropriate to comment on the quality of the food. However, the rooms were very clean, although the pillows and matrasses were quite hard. The biggest complaint was the very poor WiFi. In the reception/restaurant it was adequate but in the bedrooms, it was terrible. When complaining to the duty manager, we were given a disingenuous answer.

As unfortunately happens in my beloved southern Italy, the place is fantastic but....it wouldn't take much. Rooms furnished in the 70s, poor bathroom amenities, breakfast and dinner without fresh local products (which would cost even less). Sin

The structure is clean and is in a strategic point to easily reach different cities to visit in the surrounding area! Reception and restaurant staff always polite and friendly and ready to satisfy every request with a smile! The pool is always clean and welcoming for guests to enjoy a bit of relaxation. Being the days of August we also had an entertainment service available that cheered up the evenings...

Nice hotel, good food, room and bed comfortable. Nice swimming pool, with bar adjacent. Excellent view up to Mount Etna from the poolside. Staff pleasant and helpful. Hotel situated on outskirts of town, but this can easily be reached by local bus which stops outside hotel and has a regular service, or a taxi can be ordered.

This hotel was exactly what I needed. Lovely and comfortable inside, beautiful park across the street, private parking which I badly wanted, and such a friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast too.

My comments are for the 3rd floor suite. Other guests told us other rooms were small. 3rd floor suite was large with large and very usable bathroom. Also includes private outside dining area on the roof. If you are trying to decide whether to splurge for the suite, I would say it is worth it. This hotel is welcoming and easy to access. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel has lots of attraction nearby, restaurants , bars and beautiful square. You won’t got wrong with a visit. A good place to stay if you want to get the Mount Etna

We were. On vacation visiting family The amenities were excellent and the staff could not have more than accommodating. The hotel was exceptionally clean. I highly recommend it!! Mario the bartender/waiter was very friendly and pleasant and accommodating. We throughly enjoyed or stay. We ended our stay with a conversation with Antonella who could not more pleasant and engaging!

Centrally located in Acireale, just steps from the Duomo and the Church of San Sebastiano. The owner, Deborah, was always available and ready to answer any questions. Spacious rooms with air conditioning. Good breakfast. Indoor parking available (for three cars). Equipped with a lift for luggage transport.

A 3-night stay was nothing short of excellent. Nothing did stand out for good, or bad. Definitely wouldn't recommend it as a stay for the location, makes no sense, it's far from everything, unless you're visiting Acireale, then of course. But still, was absolutely average, not worth the value, unless again you want to explore Acireale.

This a wonderful boutique property walking distance from town and quiet neighborhoods. The people are extraordinary nice, accommodating and helpful. The restaurant is also excellent. My only issue is it's on the highway and the highway noise is noticeable.

Nice hotel but away from everything with a small outdoor swimming pool always full of tree leaves or plant residues as it is located in a garden. Nice and clean room but external terrace full of dust and dirty tables and chairs

Booked our apartment here through HomeAway and were looked after beautifully by Carla and Elvira. About 10 apartments altogether of varying sizes with a lovely pool and gardens securely gated to stop kids wandering out to the parked cars or the street at the end of the drive. Air con in the bedrooms was really appreciated but we also got a lovely breeze as the apartment faced the sea in one direction...

Spent a week here, lovely apartment,clean and tidy and great pool for the kids. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is that it didn't have a pull out bed for the kids as they don't share a bed well! Central location on the coast for all of the sites. Amazing views of Etna as well.

Truly 5-star location, central location, possibility of having a garage for the car, obsessive cleanliness and beautiful rooms. Beautiful room, right in the center, 2 steps from the Duomo, I highly recommend both for the quiet location but at the same time a few steps from the Duomo. Comfortable rooms, beautiful furnishings and last but not least, the owner is very kind and helpful. It will definitely be my fixed stop when I go to Acireale.

This place was peaceful and beautiful, a great place for family visiting Sicily slightly off the beaten path. Our friends and us were 9 together (5 kids altogether) and we rented 2 dwellings both have a great relaxing outdoor space for aperitivo. Fabrizio and his staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating for our arrival and departure. I made the mistake of forgetting our passports and laptop...

We have been there with our 3 kids and it was amazing. The location is fantastic- right between the Etna and the see in the middle of lemon trees. Our kids loved it as they were allowed to discover the lemon garden (4 ha) with its secrets. The views to the etna and the see are unique. We ate outside as often as possible and enjoyed the nature. Normally I don't write reviews but this is a very nice and relaxing place to stay. The owner is super friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and well equipped. Having a car is recommended but not required, since the next train station is 15 minutes away by foot and it is a nice walk through citrus farms / trees.

We were warmly welcomed by Fabrizio who gave us good tips. The place is quiet, clean and beautifull, we highly recommend this accommodation.

If your destination is eastern Sicily you must consider Il Limoneto as your base for touring the region. We discovered it in 2005 and love it so much that we have been back six time. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful and there are many places near enough for day trips. We have ventured up Mt. Etna on the funicular, eaten chocolate in Modica, walked the pedestrian zone in Noto and climbed...

I highly recommend to stay at Limonetto to everyone who wants to discover the est of Sicily. The place is incredibly beautiful, nice, peaceful, clean and Fabrizio is such a great person. He will always advise you with the best move and activities to do.
