The Hotel was great.  Downside that it has no car park.  One time spent over 1.1/2Hours driving in Circles to find a parking spot.  I was a bit disappointed in some thibgs….The Hotel takes a 100euro off your card as a security.  Why?   I paid cash all the time but wanted to have my evening dinner charged on my room and they refused because the bill was 104 euro.    I never ever encountered such guest...

Great little hotel all around. The staff and serving and front desk are very pleasant and accommodating. The room decor is fresh, bright and modern. It is close to waterfront sites and restaurants. A lovely little hotel to book into for work or pleasure.

We had a wonderful stay here! The rooms were large, clean and comfortable for the whole family. The pool is a great place to cool off and the kids had so much fun there. The location is walkable, the breakfast is amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend!

New and nice hotel just a 2 walking minute to the beach! Internal pool and large breakfast room. Friendly staff and large room. Close to local restaurants and city center. This is the perfect location for those who want to visit both the riviera, Catania, and my Etna. I loved this hotel. The staff are very helpful and speak good English. Room was comfortable with good shower and air con. Amazing views. Nice clean pool. Easy to reach from centre though perhaps not if one was old or infirm and had no car. I shall definitely be going there again.

An excellent location. The friendliness of the reception staff (Gaetano and Maria Chiara) pleasantly impressed us. The rooms have an excellent view towards the sunrise and you can see the sunrise! In the morning, although breakfast was only served from 7:00 a.m. and we had to be at the airport at 7:00 a.m., at 6:00 a.m., the owner/boss of the hotel prepared breakfast for us with the utmost kindness...

I ended up here as my flight had been heavily delayed, therefore a 2.00am arrival was not what I really wanted. Check in was quick and bed comfortable. Very good hotel. Very clean and comfortable. It's a pity that I can only stay in this city for one night. Although it is not a sea view room, you can still see a piece of sea, which is more charming when combined with the garden view. A beautiful hotel set on the cliff just outside Catania - rooms are big, have AC, well serviced, great pool (30m plus x 20), great pool bar, amazing buffet breakfast, access to sea. Lovely for a family holiday.

The location of the property is good. However, the service is terrible. We didn’t feel welcomed. We observed a different level of service being offered to others than us. It might have to do with the fact that we are not Italians and we don’t speak their language. Would recommend to book Four Points by Sheraton which is only a 5 min walk on the same road.

Pleasantly pleased. Ideal location away from Catania overlooking a fishing harbour and a short walk to train station. You can't buy a ticket there and it is worrying as you have to 'validate ' your ticket before you get on the train!. But friendly ticket inspector lets you pay on the train! I travel alone so the welcome i get is very important. This i received along with a smart room.

I stayed at this hotel with a group of students and I am very satisfied. I was surprised to read the reviews of this hotel as it is one of the better hotels in this category. The hotel has recently changed owners and manager, so a lot has changed. The approach to the guests, no problems with anything, delicious food, very clean rooms. I can sincerely recommend this hotel.

Place is perfect, i am 13 and i was here on Erasmus + project, i never was in the better served hotel than that.

Rooms were decent enough, what made it worth it was the good service from hotel staff and the decor/ garden were nice as well.

The best hotel in Catania. The position is great, rigth in front of the sea. Near the hotel you can find everything: bar, restaurant, supermarket, atm, Tabasco’s all in 200 meters from the hotel. I really felt at home here. My room was number 210 and I had the luck to meet signora Serafina, she is fantastic and gave me lots of advices. Comfort and professional approach

I liked the hotel, the windows in the room overlooked the supermarket, so I slept peacefully, there was no noise. Breakfasts were great. The staff was polite and always helped me.

Having traveled the entire island, I can say that among city hotels this is the best with its small beach where herons roam!!! With Turkish requests, it’s better not to come here; they won’t court you, but the opportunity to walk to the center and the fishing port with a cafe and the freshest seafood is worth it!!! The hotel is built in an apartment style and features fairly modern rooms. Secured parking is available in front of the hotel. The hotel serves a good breakfast, and the rooms have TVs and air conditioning. The location is good for quickly reaching Catania's classic sights and the train station.

The hotel is neat, the breakfast is really very extensive and has everything. What is strange is that you have to pay for the bottle of water from the fridge. This is poorly indicated in the hotel only at the reception. Furthermore, fine beds and friendly people.

The surrounding area looks like an industrial factory. There is nothing to see or visit around. It is not in the center. Parking is free and convenient. I don't recommend staying here.

Staff are very friendly, food is good. Breakfast had plenty options. The highlight was the rooftop bar especially at night. The downside was no bottled water in rooms, we had to pay for any water.

Nice but not kind enough as expected from a tourist service

The hotel breakfast is superb! You can see the snow-capped mountains on the top floor. The service is also very good. It is highly recommended and suitable for vacation. It is a little far from the city and requires a taxi.

Got married in this place in October, so my review is based towards this event moreso than a regular stay. In our opinion we made the right decision to book in this hotel. It depens what you expect from the sea side because there is only a swimming encloser in the sea and a normal swiming pool.

It's my 4th time. I've stayed here, love the spacious rooms, great bar and decent restaurant.

The only issue we had was parking as they have alot of the local community using there pool in the day and functions at night and they parked coaches in the car park.

This was part of a package holiday, so it is probably not appropriate to comment on the quality of the food. However, the rooms were very clean, although the pillows and matrasses were quite hard. The biggest complaint was the very poor WiFi. In the reception/restaurant it was adequate but in the bedrooms, it was terrible. When complaining to the duty manager, we were given a disingenuous answer.

As unfortunately happens in my beloved southern Italy, the place is fantastic but....it wouldn't take much. Rooms furnished in the 70s, poor bathroom amenities, breakfast and dinner without fresh local products (which would cost even less). Sin

The structure is clean and is in a strategic point to easily reach different cities to visit in the surrounding area! Nice hotel, good food, room and bed comfortable. Nice swimming pool, with bar adjacent. Excellent view up to Mount Etna from the poolside. Staff pleasant and helpful. Hotel situated on outskirts of town, but this can easily be reached by local bus which stops outside hotel and has a regular service, or a taxi can be ordered.

Really enjoyed our two-night stay at the Art & Jazz Hotel. The room was very large and on two levels and the hotel is boutique cute! Our room included one double bed in the loft and one double bed on the main floor. Breakfast was nice as there was scrambled eggs and bacon, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, a good selection of pastries, sliced cold cuts and cheese, as well as coffee, juices, and milk....

Supercozy hotel, which has an artistic design and is very quite. I felt so comfortable here. There is a terrace outside the main building, where you can have a coffee or tea. Healthy breakfast. Hotel itself is very romantic. Locationwise is 15 min walk from centre, but 7 min away from the railway station Catania Centrale.

Had to book this hotel last minute and it was the best luck! 24 hour concierge, a great continental breakfast, and very nice modern rooms. definitely a wonderful treat in a great location close to the train station.

A very decent 4 star hotel. Very clean, the rooms nicely lit, the shower spacious. The breakfast limited in selection, for example forget the english breakfast buffet style. But still, there was food to consume. Hotel located just 10 minutes on foot from villa bellini and via etnea. Receptionists very customer oriented and professional. A la prossima.
