I was just visiting but I got a goid impression. Service was good. The room I saw was spacious. Everything looked clean anx well taken care of. So, first impression was good.

Recently stayed here for a couple of weeks with family and found the apartment and block to be clean and tidy. The pool was very good although it could do with a few more sun loungers and umbrellas for when it gets busy. The residence is in a great location, just steps from the beach. Our apartment was newly furnished, clean, and had a wonderful sea view! The very kind owners made sure we had everything we needed for our newborn baby and dog.

We returned to the Tritone hotel confident of a special stay having taken the room on the top floor with a terrace. The first inconvenience was the air conditioning, very dated and the temperature could not be adjusted. Friendly and helpful staff, good service at breakfast. Newly renovated and clean but awful toilet placement as you had to have one leg in the shower to fit. A train runs on the other side of the road and you can hear it. 20 euro private parking but there are some free ones by the road.

Were there since last Friday. We felt comfortable from minute one, a very nice family that runs the hotel. The food was good, the room had a wonderful view of the sea, was always clean and very comfortable. I was at Villa Ida at the end of June 1 week with my mother. Excellent! Cleaning, food, courtesy ÷ 10! Exceptional cooks, even for me, celiac! Thank you! I will probably go against the tide, but I was not really happy with this hotel. Maybe because I had a Smartbox, for two, and wanting to bring my mother, I asked to add a bed for the "modest" sum of 120 euros. Our 3rd visit to this hotel and we had another fabulous stay. Our seafront room with balcony was fantastic. There was a bottle of ice cold fizz waiting for us which we enjoyed sitting on the balcony taking in the view. As ever all the staff were amazing and very friendly. We loved this place. The service, the decor and the settings were beautiful, and shout to Ebrahim who could not have been more helpful! A little disappointed by the noise within the hotel from room 108 - fire door shaking the room when used meant we woke up as soon as the first guest took the stairs from the first floor.

We stayed here for 5 days and really enjoyed everything. The room was very spacious (junior suite) and with nice furniture. The hotel is directly at the beach and you have a great view over it from the balcony, from which you can watch the sunrise. Bed v comfortable. Furnishings very high standard, however a lot of noise from corridor. Breakfast average. Beach club nice. Beach in shade from 4 pm onwards. In my opinion, this hotel is not worth 500€ per night for bed and breakfast (standard room with balcony). Parking costs 25€ extra per day.

No frills B&B hotel. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, furniture all functional. A good indicator for hotels is the condition of the bathrooms. In the case of this hotel, everything works, the shower enclosure is new (water pressure a little underwhelming), all very clean. The general public areas are dated, not worn out, just out of fashion (late 70's early 80's) nothing wrong with it...

We went there a few years ago for a wedding. We only stayed two days but we had a good time. The apartment we were assigned was clean and tidy. All appliances working. Surrounded by greenery and very quiet. Not to mention the restaurant ... Great !!!!

We got the premium romm Wich is the most large room in the residence. For 2 guest is very nice and comfy, beautiful bathroom with large shower.

I spent a week in July 2021 and gladly returned in July 2022. Residence with clean rooms and everything you need to spend a quiet holiday. Near sea and area that has all the services !!!

We stayed in July. Clean, sanitized apartment. The property provides bed linen, towels and everything needed for the kitchen. Great quiet and shady location. There is a very nice swimming pool, a playground for children and the possibility of using bicycles. Mrs. Patrizia who manages the residence is really kind and helpful. I highly recommend this residence.

I have been with my family in the hotel for almost 5 days. We just had an excellent time with all the hospitality. The service from the reception desk to the room and restaurant is excellent. The peace, and meal, and the staff kindness is excellent. I recommend for family and personal stay.

Good for a brief stay. The place is comfortable, but rooms are a bit cramped and some of the furniture is quite old. Service is great, they are much "gentler" than in any of the surrounding hotels, which also charge more for less. I was arrived so tired after midnight and receptionist Davide was so helpful and nice offering help to park my big Van, some fruit or drinks, ice blocks for my portable fridge.

Rooms are clean if a little small, there are no tea and coffee facilities in rooms. Breakfast is typical continental no hot food evening meals are also repetitive if you like pasta and pork you will be fine otherwise you may choose to dine out. This is definitely a budget hotel you get what you pay for.

Nice place to stay in Alassio Nice old 4 star hotel with quite central location. Practically on the beach - and with spa. As for most of the hotels in central Alassio, parking might be a challenge in the high season. ÷ on comfort since airco is date driven - not temperature. Good breakfast.

Katia at the front desk was great! My minimal use of Italian was fine because she spoke excellent English to explain check-in and the hotel's services. The room was well appointed and balcony overlooking the beach perfect! Hotel seemed to cater to older folks and repeat guests which was fine because we wanted a quiet spot and this was the place. I have been staying here for the last 10 plus years. All the staff are new this year. They are trying their best at reception but they don’t really know what they are doing yet. I love this hotel. Sad to see all the old staff have gone especially the GM. Breakfast is good. The menu in the restaurant has gone up to €40 which l find outrageously expensive for what you get. The rooms are lovely. The hotel is directly on the sea with private beach which belongs to the hotel. The rooms are quite ok in size, the bathroom even bigger. The breakfast is simple but very tasty. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I felt very comfortable. I can recommend it to others. Gladly again
