Hotel Principe

Just stayed in this hotel and the only thing that was saved was (some) meals alternating between lunch and dinner. Poor quality of food and very poor staff especially that of the room zero professionalism novice people always angry, grim faces and little kindness .. tiredness and all is understandable but here you can see just the listlessness on the part of everyone. Then not to mention the maid of the first floor rooms bad presumptuous person when she was told that the bathroom was dirty her answer was that she had cleaned and the shower was not dirty but marked when it was very obvious that it had not been done the bathroom plus for 2 days in a row, plus one morning my partner and I found ourselves dirty face towels from the day before; when she was told the answer was that the supplier had not arrived but what are you doing leave the dirty ones? I had to tell her to give us the shower towel for lack of anything else. At reception zero welcome as soon as we arrived we had to ask questions about questions to know meal times and other things. Dirty room with 80's furniture hard beds and uncomfortable tiny shower that you could barely get in. In the dining room there was not even air conditioning and there was not even in the lobby of the hotel here you had to eat all piled up without even 1 meter of safety distance. We had to equip ourselves with a mini fan to survive the heat. At the time of payment we were not even asked how the stay had gone. The surly gentleman of the reception took the money and pocketed it and then paid us quickly. Never again do I really prefer to spend 200 euros more but to be treated like a queen, it was a mistake in the path in the absence of anything else. Never again
