We booked a room with breakfast. Throughout the whole nine day stay we wondered where the hotel got its fourth star from. We were told that the private beach with sunbeds is included in the price. Still you had to pay $5 a day because you only got folding deck chairs. Not really a problem with the facilities, more so with the transparency. The pool was big and just promised the service was great. The waiters at the buffet breakfast were exceptionally friendly and kind. The issue was the price-to-performance ratio. The price included services that should be variable or removed, still a lot of it was included and not needed or used. I guess the fault was on our half as well for choosing the hotel in the first place.

Also this year we spent a week with friends at this hotel, where we had a great time. Always friendly staff, ready and efficient Menu with a wide choice and good quality food. Don't underestimate the comfort that is found in the front of the hotel. This is a skillfully run hotel that exudes serenity. Recommended to everyone 👍👍👍

1 Very important medical care for children. 2 Staff are kind, professional and friendly 3 strollers available 4 CLEAN 5 exceptional location by the sea 6 clean well maintained beach 7 restaurants good portions correct specials canerieri staff maitre old school so TOP 8 large but outdated rooms but that's ok so as a hotel built in the 60s and 70s, so one of the first to stay that way. It's all in the past, and I'm 87 years old. I love these old buildings. This is a hotel with its own character. You can put more hangers in the bathroom and at the entrance for towels, clothes and suits. 8 live music in the evening 9 kind, pleasant and professional cosmetologist 10 without a hairdresser, I think the guests will be happy. 11 baby cot foppapedretti not a cot 12 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 13 maybe you expect super luxury from a 4 star hotel but let's remember the hotel was built in the 60's 70's. 14 private parking.

I hate to do this but have to…
I and my family were in the hotel in the summer of 2022 for a whole week. The first 2/3 days were frankly great. The food is delicious, the staff in the restraurant is amazingly kind and helpful, the rooms and hotel as of whole are a little old, but for us it didn’t make a significant difference. Unfortunately it completely changed after those few days.
One day after lunch we returned to our room to get ready for our trip. Once I reached to my cosmetics bag it occured to me that my perfume was gone. For a while I thought that maybe I had put it somewhere in the room, however after checking it thrice my perfume was nowhere there. We reported this situation to the hotel reception who said that such accident had never happened before. Sadly there is no monitoring in the hall therefore we had no proof.
During our check-out we again told them that the whole problem had not been resolved. The hotel manager told us that it is our issue and due to lack of evidence she will give us no compentation at all. What is more, she complained we even went to her with this issue and told us that we must have either left it somewhere during our stay or put it in the luggage. We left the hotel bitter with no compensation whatsoever.
It is pitful, because if this nonsense had never happenedo, I would have honestly given this hotel a 5* raiting.

Just cant beat this view.
Staff is amazing, nice and helpfull.
Breakfast- delicious.

Great place, wonderful people. Total relax. The pool is clean, the Spa is good. The personnel were very welcoming.

Wonderful hotel, great location and staff.Full board is great....my wife and I have been coming here year after year.....what a relaxing, pleasant place to vacation. We travel all over Italy, but always spend some time at this hotel to enjoy true Italy and recharge our batteries!

10 days with my girlfriend in this wonderful hotel ,where we come for the summer holidays.The place is historic and enchanting, the structure of the room,to the kitchen where there is always a large and varied variation of meat ,fish,vegetables,desserts, and the rooms are comfortable and equipped with sea view (on request), well equipped beach and the Spa on the top floor offers relaxation, sauna ,Turkish bath , jacuzzi and many treatments of beauty in addition to a spectacular view of the sea. In my opinion, recommended in every aspect ,also for the great courtesy of the staff,it's a place that I would recommend 360 degrees for every type of person and to pass a period more or less short,of great relaxation ,entertainment, taste,courtesy on the beautiful promenade of San Benedetto del Tronto. On the beautiful seafront of Porto D'ascoli, the hotel is very very nice and well kept but rooms are older, everything, furniture, fixtures, soundproofing missing..
Spa is small but efficient, breakfast plentiful.

Nice place with own beach. Standard breakfast. Old fashion furniture but clean rooms. On reception doesnt speak everybody English.
