Zero photos of any disability-adapted rooms anywhere. When called, they refuse to send even the simplest phone-made photos by email or whatsapp or anything else. There are photos from the bathrooms of all the other rooms, with variations of jacuzzi/bathtub/shower cabin, but they refuse to post or share photos of the adapted bathroom.

The breakfast offered was satisfactory, though it lacked variety in hot meals, predominantly offering eggs. A broader selection would enhance the morning dining experience.
A notable inconvenience was the hotel's garage. It is **separate from the hotel**, requiring guests to collect keys from the reception and manually unlock the garage doors, which is quite cumbersome, especially in inclement weather.
However, the most significant drawback of this establishment is the **lack of adequate heating** in the rooms. The temperature hovered around a chilly **15 degrees Celsius**, necessitating sleeping in clothes for additional warmth. The only respite from the cold was the hot water in the shower. For a reservation spanning **three weeks**, the discomfort caused by the room's frigid temperature made the stay rather unpleasant, offering **zero comfort** for the price of **120€ per night**.
In conclusion, while the hotel excels in customer service and cleanliness, it falls short in providing basic comfort and convenience, which are essential for a satisfactory stay. I would recommend this place to anyone without any regrets. The hotel rooms are elegant, beautiful and clean. They are really big and there is also a wardrobe, which is a huge advantage. Bathroom looks quite luxurious. This place is really climatic, because it’s not as big as huge hotels it’s just a place where you feel really cosy and all amenities are provided. Furthermore the staff was nice and helpful and food was delicious

Perfect location, this is our second time back here while visiting family in the area. We had a problem with our room and we were promptly moved to another one without any hassle. Plenty of choice for breakfast and the staff in reception & breakfast are just so lovely. Easy location - walking distance to everything in the city.

I slept here only one night so I can't grade everything,but the whole hotel had a very luxurious look. The huge range of cosmetics was available for guests use,you could call the reception anytime and even order food to your room(I can't say more about these possibilities because I didn't have time to test them out).The only bad thing about the room was that the air conditioning wasn't working and there was hair on the wall in the shower.
The food was very tasty and the dining room looked very luxurious.All of the hotel staff was helpful and friendly.I highly recommended this hotel for all of those who love the luxury.

We didn't use the service so I could not grade it. The location is very restricted into a one way street and the parking garage is a bit further. There is no free parking available there. Besides that the rooms are very cozy. But the major problem is that the hotel is near a actively used church so you will wake up from the noise it is making, besides that the shower was cold, and it would take a very long while to wait until it was warm. All-in-All, the rooms are very decent looking, cozy, but the location. Ugh, I would not recommend it for a second staying but for one night it should be alright, such as transit.

Was staying in this hotel for a business trip. Perfect central location, very good decor, rooms are very spacious and bed comfortable.

The rooms are not the same like on the photos. A lot of NOISE. Service of the reception is good. Don’t really recommend. 4 stars ?! Come on! There’s two maximum.

I had in this hotel group of 55 people, one night. Very good communiction before the trip. Nice clean hotel. Older, but nice. Close to center. While breakfast it was bad. Very very veryslow servis, missing everything, knifes, plates, cofee cups also food. For 4 star hotel in Italy poor breakfast. I would expact better breakfast and faster service. I will choose different hotel for my groups next year probably.
