Amazing food both at dinner and breakfast with excellent waiters.
Comfortable beds and great bed linen. Very clean and nicely decorated.

Hotel and parking are outside of the ztl zones and the hotel is walking distance from an amazing truffle restaurant.
The only part that bugged me about the hotel was the check in taking a bit longer than I’m used to.

My experience in downtown Alexandria, the capital of the Alexandria province, was quite standard. The front desk service was excellent, with fluent English communication. When I arrived without an Italian power outlet, they readily provided two new ones, saying "Here you are." Room service, cleanliness, and breakfast were all very good. The city was clean and tidy. Parking is usually available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for €1 per hour, which is a great experience.

Oldish hotel with its charme and a super centric location. Rooms are reasonably spacious and quite simple furnishing but with all services. I just missed water in room (there was a mini bar in the fridge but only with other beverages). Breakfast was quite varied and very tasty. Quick service and kind staff in breakfast room and reception.

A very neat hotel right in the city center. For breakfast we were offered a variety of sweet/salty like cakes, eggs etc. The room was clean, silent at night and bed comfortable. The heating can be managed easily via an ac system - as i saw some comments complaining about that.

Very nice to stay in a non corporate hotel. The Hotel was conveniently located for the centre of Alessandria. Excellent shower in the bathroom.

Great little hotel in the historic center of Alessandria. Has its own parking (book in advance, flat) 3 minutes walk away. Didn't take breakfast - nearby is the central square with a bunch of cafes and restaurants. The room is spacious, there is no hose in the shower, only the overhead shower, but by and large for an Italian hotel everything was just fine, the staff is friendly and ready to help, everything is positive. Used as a base for trips to Barolo, Alba, Seravale - very convenient.

Outdated and very worn down hotel. The Elevator seemed like it was going to break down any second and sure enough it did with some people inside. I took the stairs the rest of my stay. Room: carpet from the 70th stained and worn, the door patched and mended a dozen times. Breakfast: mainly just sweet bread and cookies. Won't be staying here again. Below my standards.

Basically, the building is old, but it is well maintained and clean, and the rooms are spacious. The hair dryer was weak, so it was difficult to dry my hair, but the breakfast was really delicious. Be sure to include breakfast at the coffee shop.

Zero photos of any disability-adapted rooms anywhere. When called, they refuse to send even the simplest phone-made photos by email or whatsapp or anything else. There are photos from the bathrooms of all the other rooms, with variations of jacuzzi/bathtub/shower cabin, but they refuse to post or share photos of the adapted bathroom.
