Tower Genova Airport - Hotel & Conference Center

Place needs a major overhaul. Bed has seen a lot, not comfortable and the pillows were hard.

Some of the floors smelled like booze or cigarettes. Carpeting in the halls holding onto a lot of smells.

Signing up for internet was odd and confusing.

There’s nothing near by would be good for vending machines to be installed.

The room itself seemed pretty clean, except water did not drain well in tub or sink. I also had two things buzz near my ears at night. I don’t think you can escape mosquitoes anywhere however. Location is good for being closed to airport. Water bottles are free.

Wifi is awful and you can't access it in the room. They have stairs but no ramp so hope you packed light. The elevators are slow and even though there are 3 bays only 1 works.

Location perfect for the airport. But everything else shocking.... the restaurant food no flavour. I had spaghetti and it was horrible. The rooms are nice. But toilet won't flush. There are 3 channels with something to watch out of 999 wow ! The icing on the cake was the fact when booking they don't tell you about additional fees. The mini bar. Do not touch. Its just water that's free. Its costing €16 for the car over night. Also €4 each person per night.

The hotel is of considerable age and exhibits considerable signs of wear and tear. The furnishings are similarly antiquated. The elevator is a source of considerable embarrassment. The breakfast is of a poor quality and offers a limited selection. The scrambled eggs were found to be cold and hard. The jam, which is provided in a small plastic box, is of a poor quality. The rooms are spacious, yet the floor and walls are visibly soiled. The coffee is prepared using a low-quality machine and a poor-quality powdered coffee blend, resulting in a beverage that lacks flavor. The towels are made of a cloth similar to that used in kitchens. The hotel does not meet the standards of a four-star establishment, but it is arguably only a two-star hotel.
