We were very pleasantly surprised by the hotel, rooms, great breakfast, clean. Everything was positive until we left something valuable in the room and were just told that the cleaning staff didn’t find it.
My husband, and both daughters recall exactly where the hair straightener was left and it should be clear who cleaned our room when we checked out but when I got in touch thé moment we realized we were just told nothing was found. Very disappointed and won’t return because of it which is a shame because we wanted to stay there during an upcoming ski trip.

We had a room facing the car park. Room was clean functional and comfortable. Kettle in room also. Local restaurants available /recommended by staff.
Reception was very helpful and we enjoyed discussions and knowledge sharing on Italy and our travels plans.
Restful stay and had a good morning exploring the wonderful and historic town of Aosta the next morning after a good variety of classic and Italian breakfast foods. Aosta is a little gem to visit.
Would happily stay again and explore more. Great location.

Stayed here many times, great hotel, clean, great breakfast. There is a restaurant downstairs but not part of the hotel, not the best unfortunately. Highly recommended 9

We've had a 4 night stay at the express hotel, with breakfast included (which we liked).
Hotel was nice, clean, not so far from thecity center (10min by car) and just near the airport.
The staff was great to us (special thanks to Giovanni), and helped us with the informations we needed for our stay along with some local recommendations, and also helped us with the parking options for our motorcycle.
One thing was a little bit bothersome was a bad smell coming from some nearby facility, it was mostly present at night, and if you close the windows it is okay (but that is not the hotel's fault anyway)
Other than that, we actually loved it.

I walked in at 8 at night with no reservation. Was given a lovely double room and access to the garage to store my motorbike for 90 euros total. Had a great steak dinner in the restaurant, maybe a tiny bit overpriced, but very good and left happy the next morning.

Stayed at the Hotel Express Aosta during a ski holiday at the end of the 2025 season. The rooms were excellent for the price and serviced daily. All staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel manager (Giovanni) was an excellent host who was very keen to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Location is good with a large Carrefour and sports shop two minutes walk away. Also a shout out to the nearby gym (not part of the hotel chain) who were very welcoming to a visitor paying for a couple of sessions. The Sarni restaurant was also excellent, with a varied menu and courteous staff. Overall - highly recommended!

Great place to stay on. Close to main motorway with massive car park and just a few minutes away from Pila Ski Resort. Rooms are big and clean but not very well equipped. If you expecting to find in your room selection of teas, coffee and biscuits, you will be disappointed. There is a small fridge that can be stocked with some drinks and a electric kettle with couple of mugs. Bathroom has a tiny bottle of shampoo and couple of wee soap bars. Towels are provided. Rooms are serviced daily. 👍🏻 View from the room is insane and looking over the mountains. There is a small shopping mall across from the hotel with market on it. Breakfast was good and dinners were great. Generally I did enjoy that stay and would be back there 100%. Keep up good work guys. 👌🏻

Excellent structure with bright, very clean, spacious 4-star rooms. Optimal location a stone's throw from the highway, in front of a shopping center and a fuel station that also supplies methane and LPG. Courteous and helpful staff. Excellent quality / price ratio.
