Hotel Campus Sanpaolo

It's a good residence but their is very bad service. I am here for 6 days and I have reported that I haven't internet connection and my ethernet socket is broken. Then nothing happens even I had went every days to take news. I think they are not aware about the importance of internet because I have to follow my online lessons ! And without internet I can't follow my lessons!

1— At 4 am when I was freezing cold I found out heating system had not been working at all and the the fuse contactor in the fuse box (which I should not normally touch) was off since I was in room. I turned it on and suddenly realized that some interior lights and refrigerator also began to work.(I did not use the refrigerator) 2- The shower water was cold in the morning so just forget about taking shower in the morning before you check out. 3- Since it was too cold during the night, my first solution (before checking the fuse box) was moving the bed not to be near the windows. I just surprised to see the color difference between the ceramics under the bed and rest of the room. The floor was so dirty and apparently changed color. 4- Shower box had leakage, so I needed to dry the wet floor by towel after a cold shower.
