Very clean and nice rooms!
Modern and fully equipped. Also more than enough parking space.
The hotel is small and tidy and doesn't overflow. The personell is very considerate and really shows that they are very professional! Special greetings to Tatiana, very great help and talk!

Beautiful boutique hotel. The rooms are lovely, room 205 does not get the WiFi and is also above the breakfast area so you can hear everything when breakfast is ready.

Large room, room and common area furnishings already very worn. Almost no soundproofing between rooms. Strong sewer smell in the bathroom. Breakfast so-so.

Charming Boutique Hotel Tastefully decorated functional rooms Modern Aircon beautiful bathroom and spotlessly clean Knowledgeable helpful staff with excellent English .5 mins walk from Turin attractions city centre Good choice of breakfast Secured parking in Garage to rear if driving would recommend reserving parking makes life so much easier

Nightmarish 4-star hotel... 0 stars... gloomy, dark, dirty room, cobwebs in various parts of the room!!!! BESIDES I can't say we escaped without staying overnight!!! When requesting a refund, the response was via email that the cobwebs were only 15 cm so nothing to worry about and they couldn't proceed with the refund (I'd like to point out that all this was written via email and therefore documented! Due to lack of time I didn't start a procedure through legal advice to consumer services!!! Zero stars zero professionalism! Run away NOT RECOMMENDED
