very welcoming, food good, staff prepared, friendly and helpful. The room we were given was very spacious and comfortable. Recommended for a family holiday near the historical center.

Beautiful hotel, close to the center of Aosta. With beautiful outdoor and indoor pools. Great bar and restaurant inside. Excellent rooms, very modern and clean. I would love to bring this place back!!

Very helpful staff. Overall only a short walk to the main area where there were ample restaurants etc. The bedroom was spacious. Parking the car was straightforward.

Pros: Good price, exceptional parking, easy to access, walking distance to centre, almost decadent big premium room, nespresso coffee machine
Cons: view depends on which side you are facing. Ours was fantastic if you like looking at petrol stations and road networks. Reception is in the basement good for novelty, dogs roaming free inside and out, soundproofing non-existent luckily our neighbours had short conversations & short showers, shower head smallest-ever & shower screen base super mouldy. Don’t park in the underground parking, it’s spooky to say the least, we came back out.
For an extra star: receptionist could have given us a choice of a room with a view. Recommend? Yes. Would we come back? No.

Unfriendly staff. The person at the reception was impolite because we were playing the piano with the children....

Wat too expensive for the amenities, hygiene and room. Bathroom is old with faucet that leaks each time used so floor is always wet, glass partition of bath also leaks. Bedding was dirty, du ets put on without any covering, just as is, I can only hope they are washed each time vut I doubt it. Each time neighbours flushed the toilet the whole room is awake. Windows do not keep out street noise. Breakfast staff was not very friendly. Pool was also rather dirty. When checking out I was not even asked if everything was ok and I did not receive an invoice, just flat out received the terminal to pay… for 212 Euro a night, I excpect a whole lot more. Very disappointed unfortunately..

The service is best i have seen in years. Staff went out of their way to cater to all my family needs. Big thank you to the gentleman that made sure we are happy with all services provided.

Very nice renovated room. Quiet and comfortable. A pity the bathroom was not renovated... slippery floor, slippery bathtub, and fixed showerhead making it difficult to shower properly for those taller than 1.80m...
