Uno spettacolo si presenta alla vista una volta arrivati , aria fresca le montagne a pochi passi e una vista mozzafiato dal ristorante; i servizi al meglio sia durante il pranzo che durante la cena , personale disponibile e camere super confortevoli ; abbiamo provato la spa e ci siamo rilassati parecchio e la sera siamo stati al casinò , anche lì simpatici e molto disponibili

Le repas du restaurant est bon le vin excellent par contre notre serveur nous avons demander des glaçons en début de repas on ne les as jamais eu . Dans un des plats pas de légumes il as fallu qu on les réclame plusieurs fois on les as eu a la fin du repas. Pour un restaurant de cette classe cela ne devrait pas arriver.

Una Ferrari senza benzina. Struttura bellissima ma camera sporca e servizio al piano scadente. Per ben 5 giorni consecutivi ho richiesto che mi venisse rifornito il frigo bar con bottiglie d acqua...ma poco è servito...sono stare più le volte che ho bevuto dal rubinetto del bagno. Nei suoi due ristoranti all interno molta scena ma porzioni piccole. Ottima la Spa e bravissimi i ragazzi che ci lavorano. Ho chiesto di poter parlare più volte con il direttore per i disservizi incontrati ma alla fine non si è fatto VIVO NESSUNO. Un Hotel a 5 stelle come il Bilia non dovrebbe permettere alla clientela di far colazione la mattina in costume, in ciabatte, in accappatoio e in pigiama. GRANDE DELUSIONE

di passaggio dopo un evento a Torino abbiamo scelto di fermarci in questo hotel consigliato da amici, il posto è davvero bello e ben tenuto, l'hotel è imponente in mezzo al verde con spa e casinò collegato, camere ottime e spaziose, insomma sono stato bene e tornerò.

Ottima la location, personale al cek in poco attento alle esigenze espresse dal cliente (non tutti). Non tutte le stanze posseggono il bollitore o angolo caffe che in un 4* penso sia il minimo. Un ambiente molto confortevole, negli ultimi anni poca attenzione alla ristrutturazione. Ho chiesto un piumino in camera per la notte e mi è stato recapitato un plaid, all'ulteriore richiesta mi è pervenuto un copriletto trapuntato leggero. Costo della Spa esagerato (40 euro/die), non esiste un prezzo differenziato per fascia oraria. Cucina ristorante ottima Colazione molto buona Sale ristorazione molto curate. Location 10 Personale 7 Ristorante 8 Spa 9 Rapporto qualità prezzo 7 Ho pernottato più voltein questo hotel, devo ammettere che le prime volte c'era un'attenzione al cliente ed ai particolari maggiore, queste ultime volte ho trovato del personale (non tutti, maggiormente le donne) particolarmente distratto e acido.

Wir kommen seit Jahren ins Billia. Nicht zuletzt wegen dem schönen Spa. Leider hat die Qualität sehr nachgelassen: die Zimmer abgenutzt, viele renovationsbedürftige Details. Frühstücksbuffet chaotisch. Viel ungelerntes und unfreundliches Personal. Es fehlt an Gastfreundschaft, an einem Gastgeber. Schade für ein usprünglich, schönes Haus!

Had a 4-night stay here in June 2024. The hotel itself & rooms were good, but staff/service not up to 5star level.. in the front desk, commumicating in English seemed a bit problematic from time to time.
We had to leave early on our last day & had only 15min time for a quick breakfast - unfortunately the lady at the restaurant "kicked" everyone out & opened the doors 5min after 7..which normally wouldn't be a problem, but we were short on time that morning. Also even they opened, some things were missing (coffee etc.), which is quite crucial in the morning.. for some reason the breakfast staff seemed almost angry/upset/unwelcoming (apart from one lovely lady, who asked us about coffee etc., which should be the standard level of sercive in a prestigious establishment like this one).

Before you come here, you must know that you are coming *to the neighborhood*.
The area of the hotel is *huge*. I think they should hand out a map to every guest that arrives.
The road to the casino, for example, Labyrinth.... . Large, spacious and clean rooms with a well-equipped shower. After you have learned to control the remote control of the room, everything becomes easy. The breakfast is perfect, but does not change, the staff is charming, efficient and friendly. Dinner at an expensive price in my opinion, was ok, nothing more. The spa services cost money, but the unclear thing is, why getting a hiding place in the shade by the pool costs 25 euros per person? The outdoor pool is nice and heated and there is an excellent jacuzzi. Plenty of parking. Just don't forget to take a map of the site.... We will definitely go back there again.

The hotel is very nice, very elegant, the spa area is really beautiful, but the service is really not good, The stuff is very arrogant, and the weather is fine, but we got no seats for the Sun chair, I just no service on the terrace in front of the hotel, The ladies in the wellness center are great And the massages are the best I ever had
