I have stayed at this hotel several times and it has always been a pleasure to go there.
I put the rating of one star out of 5 for a problem of communication and refund that I find intolerable and really not correct.
I wanted to book a night from April 1 to 2, 2023 for two people via Booking but I had to cancel my night on March 24 with free cancellation.
I noticed a few days later on my bank account that the hotel had charged me the price of the night.
I therefore tried to contact the hotel so that they refund me but no news from them…
After several emails and messages via Booking, I never received an answer.
So I had to enter Booking directly to get a refund - that's what they did today, April 24, 2023.
I find this unacceptable and I wanted to tell it to the Direction …

Im here at hotel until the end of week. Can you fix breakfast? I wish to have some hot food - Scramble eggs, omlet and something good quality. if You change I woul change my opoinion. deal?

Very nice place, not exactly 4 stars, but quaint. The breakfast it ok. Really quiet area.

nice hotel, very good and helpful staff. I was there with 2 pitbull and 2 bulldogs and it was no problem 👍

Ottimo hotel, personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile, buona anche la spa, molto bella esteticamente anche se un po' piccola
