Beautiful place, surrounded by vineyards with lovely views to the mountains and Arco Castle, very easy access to roads for getting to Garda Lake and other lakes and attractions, very good grocery shopping and Laundromat nearby! Our family occupied 3 apartments which were spacious and clean . The pool and the large garden were great for the children. Federica and her family were very nice hosts....

Close to Arco, but far enoigh out to have come yards all round you. Pleasant host, and plenty of amenities within the accomodation.

We were all impressed. Nothing to complain about. Clean, well organized, with efficient AC and nice pool. Arco is a perfect spot: between crowded and tight Riva and mountainous villages like Dro or Drena, where you would have to climb uphill (by bike) to get home. In Arco you can go to the lake and back using a convenient, flat bikeway along Sarca river, which is full of flowers and excellent views...

The best tourist rental apartments I know in the area. Clean, spacious, well cared for, well equipped kitchen, quiet, surrounded by green crops, parking for guests. Friendly and helpful owner who lets you take the products of the garden or the trees (organic at km0). Slightly expensive but much higher quality than others.

We were absolutelely satisfated,. Being here as a middle aged couple , for 10day stay with bikes,we appreciated lot of things, above all equipement for bikes and covered parking stay . The centre of he city is about 300-500m, but the place is absolutely calm,with garden. The staff is absolutely friendly and helpfull, rooms perfectly clean,well equipped, with balcons. It's a holiday apartment house located near the historic centre of Arco with restaurants, ice cream shops and playground, also within easy walking distance from two supermarkets and many climbing, cycling and hiking trails. Stayed there for a few times already and it's been no doubt to return there as the owners are friendly and rooms, though not so roomy with children, are nice and sufficiently furbished...

Cannot fault this place for location, comfort and staff. It is centrally located in Arco, close to all amenities. It is spotlessly clean, regular towel changes, all kitchen basics supplied. Lovely little pool and sauna to revive after a busy day. The breakfast is lovely and the staff all very helpful, they make us feel welcome each time we visit, nothing is too much bother. Absolutely fantastic stay at Villa Italia in Arco! The place is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. Our apartment at Villa Italia was impeccably clean, had the most confortable bed I have ever slept in a hotel and was overall nicely decorated and practical. Nice breakfast in the beautiful garden, very kind and helpful service and management - our apartment was located near the street and above the restaurant so we experienced traffic noise from the street and music from the restaurant at night...

I enjoyed my stay. The only thing holding me back from a 5-star review was the fact that the air conditioning in the room was locked at 24 degrees.

Amazing campsite!! And lovely hosts who keep everything neat and beautiful. The pool area was perfect for the warm weather we experienced!! Simple accommodation, sufficient breakfast, clean rooms, which lack a refrigerator, which is needed especially on warm summer days. Interesting common room where old book prints are freely available - 1st half of the 19th century, stunning stuff!

The room and bed was comfortable and the neighbourhood quiet despite it being located in the centre. Everything was super clean. Bathrooms and the common area cleaned on a daily basis. The staff was really helpful even when we had some communicaton problems with the locals outside the B&B.

Guests of Arianna and her father for two nights. The B&B is in an excellent position to reach all the places of interest in the area surrounding Lake Garda. Comfortable room, super comfortable and functional bathroom, albeit shared (but totally at our disposal in those days), all new, very tidy and clean. I liked this place and I will come back if I will turn back to Arco. The parking space and the manouver space was big enough which made parking and getting out the car confortable. The appartement had everything for a confortable stay. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary utensils, even kitchen towels and detergent for dishwasher. We stayed here for 12 days as a couple in the deluxe double room. It is a beautiful apartment in a beautiful location close to the Monte Brione, nice and quiet area in a beautiful old-fashioned street. tops: Nice bathroom, neat and clean. Kitchen is nicely furnished with dishwasher, hob and washing machine and small appliances. There are plenty of cleaning products and a good vacuum cleaner available...

Apartment with great attention to detail, well cleaned, all accessories are new and very nice. The only thing the small bathtub is uncomfortable to take a shower, I would recommend taking a shower, much more comfortable.

Refrigerator and pantry full of all the delicacies for breakfast. Full kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher with tablets, kettle and coffee maker. Amazing! Nice place and nice people!

Nice place to be, with breakfast. Not expensive. Only problem was that in the end of April there was no heating. The room was cold. There is a good restaurant at the end of the street. The center of Arco is 5min on foot. The street is were tight that gies to the apparent.

Dream of a house, super authentic I'm a calm area 10 minute drive away from Riva del Garda. Lovely host, unfortunately can't speak English, so conversation only via translator. Rooms were great, very modern with A/C, private bathroom super clean

This is a place l will higly recomand nice rom (no aircon) with a portable fan, and our rom have balkony, nice breakfast, and nice parking for cars and mltorcycle, but no garage, not so far from Garda and nice place for swim and restaurants for a nice evening walk
