I should give 3 stars because room furniture is not pretty fine but people are very friendly and kind so it deserve 4. The place is lovely with a view to the Tenno lake.

Pros: Awesome location, incredible view, private parking included (this is a huge one!); Furthermore the personnel was really kind and ready to help us. Cons: my bed was a bit too much unconfortable. The breakfast was not included in the room price and the room was a bit pricy as well. This may be due to the fact that we rent a room in high season.

The hotel is located in a beautiful little village near a castle, which offers fantastic scenery and views. However, it's right on the busiest road that leads between Riva and Tenno There's a lot of noise from the cars and the nearby church whose bells will wake you up if nothing else does. Even if you keep the door or shutters closed, the walls are rather thin and you can hear pretty much everything...

Our friends, who live just up the road from Antica Croce, took us here for lunch! Probably one of the best meals that I had in over 3 weeks around Italy. Great view, wonderful location and service. Can't wait to return.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights for a wedding and loved it! Beautiful view, wonderful, attentive staff, huge bed - but the best part must have been the food. Our dinners were lovely and breakfast was the best we've had during our travel to Italy. The Pool is small, but this didn't bother us. Highly recommend and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The food is absolutely amazing, the view is also stunning. But we had to wait for a hour to get a drink. It was the day with fireworks going on, so the restaurant was understaffed, but still we were not completely happy with the speed of service.

Great place. Very good quality pool for swimming and for kids. A lot of eqipment as table tennis, tennis court and bikes. Plus clean and convenient apartments. Very friendly owner and the whole crew. We come here again if possible.

I booked the spa to use the hot tub, as I don't use the sauna or Turkish bath. When we got there, the tub was having problems; it just wouldn't work. Visited this place on May 2015. It's very overcrowded, however the atmosphere is nice and the service is great. They also give while you wait for you order a glass of local sparkling wine on the house. The food is fine and prices are reasonable.

I stay in many hotels/private hotels and I have to say, I have never had a more comfortable and relaxing stay than with these people. We got the same room for the second year in a row. Overall, everything is fine. However, a few remarks: when going to the shower, there are puddles around because it’s not sealed properly. It would also be nice to have at least a kettle in the room with some cups and complimentary water.

Nice rooms with stunning views over Lago Del Garda. An old historic building refitted to be the hotel. It's not cheap, and it is full of old tourists, but the top rooms with balconies make it worth it, if you're dead set on going to Riva Del Garda. TIP: Do not bother driving up to the hotel. You have to drive through the pedestrian mall and you look like a fool.

Great value for money compared to other hotels on the lakes edge. Close to some great bars, restaurants and shopping. Rooms basic but clean and tidy, lake view rooms only a small surcharge more.
