Just returned from a weeks stay at the Luise with my family to celebrate my 70th. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and only too willing to help. We had a room with a large balcony overlooking the garden and pool both were kept immaculately. Its perfect hotel ever! We loved it! They have the best breakfast ever and their hospitality is amazing💙 you can rent bike as free, if you want to swim in the pool, they give you nice towels in a nice beach bag. This hotel deserves more than 5 stars💐

This hotel was a dream - great location, close to the lake beach but with two lovely swimming pools. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and it feels like you are in another world. It truly feels like a resort. The staff was courteous and professional. Highly recommend this hotel.

The amenities are espectacular. Sadly the rooms have the bare minimum its like a school dorm and the service was poorly. The rooms have a comunal temperature and you cant control the one in your room and upon arriving there is no help with luggage or directions.

We just arrived and HIGHLY disappointed for a 4 star resort. The rooms are a 1-2 star really old & run down. They could at least have the decency to fix them up a bit. The single bed mattress is so thin you feel the springs out child couldn’t sleep on it. The The facilities, grounds and location are 5 star but the room a 1-2 star. The staff are a rude, 2x I had to get new cards b/c ours didn’t work...

We arrived late. The location was perfect. Room was quite moderate and you heard all the noise from the corridor. Good enough for one night stay.

Economy room, very hot inside (air conditioning only heating, no cooking until May) and room mini-bar fridge not working. I Can recomend this place very much, close to the lake and nice Shops arrondissement. Little walk and you can reach caffes and Restaurants with ease.

Small room with a balcony, all that's needed. Comfy beds. Soo close to the lake (50 m walk). The pool has a stunning view and is quite large for the size of the hotel (~15 m length). Nice roof terrace with lake and mountain view. Very friendly staff.

Wonderfully helpful staff. Super breakfast, including food cooked on the spot. Nice swimming pools, indoors and out. Only a short drive into town to visit the lake. Highly recommended.

You can spend a time with kids near the pool or inside of the water. If you don’t like the beach on the lake, but want to have a place with civilisation, then go here.

Great location and a perfect place to start expolring Riva and all it’s surroundings. The rooms are nice and clean and the breakfast is great. The staff is nice too. There is a full size gym in the basement which also include a squash court! The perfect place to stay for an active vacation.

The staff are really good and the location is very convenient for the shops and restaurants. The food isn't as good as it was on a previous visit. It's now a more overtly Austrian style and uses more frozen ingredients (veg, fish). Bar facilities are limited so better to head out to the harbour for your cocktails.

Loved staying here for a week. It's a great location and every evening after dinner we enjoyed our stroll through the town, the many bars and free entertainment in the town square. I found the food OK but nothing special. Our room was very clean and a perfect size. All the staff are helpful and polite.

Good worth for the money. We stayed 2 nights and paid 52€/night inclusive breakfast and spa. Breakfast has 7 different menus (see picture) to choose from, plus you can also have extra food such as yogurts, bread and drinks. Freshly and quickly made breakfast, good service. A lovely little restaurant with great food, delicious wines and friendly service. But especially the way they cater to vegan guests is a pleasant surprise. They have a daily vegan dish, and offer to slightly change non vegan dishes to make them vegan, if at all possible. Can highly recommend.

Stayed at Antiche Mura for 3 days and really enjoyed it! The hotel is centrally located but slightly off the beaten path meaning it's quiet and way from the crowds. The room was incredibly neat and clean and the bed was comfortable! What make this place stand out are the staff, their patio, and the food! Very clean hotel, in the center, zero steps from every comfort. Excellent breakfast, there is really everything. The only drawback is the reception closes early in the evening, but you have the possibility to enter and exit at any time without problem and in safety.

We had a wonderful stay. Modern appartment, great view from the rooftop and an underground parking. If you want to use the balcony a lot I would advice not to go for the lake side as traffic (motorbikes) are crazy noisy over here. The rooftop is very quiet though, so wasn't a problem for us. Good price for a long stay too, so highly recommended.

Very nice pool, stuff, dinner and children playing room. Rooms are very small, breakfast quality medium and the decor very old fashioned.

We enjoyed our stay so much last July..that we returned the following month.. in August for another family trip!! The location is excellent..just a few streets over and you will find various restaurants..shops and gorgeous La Garda❤️❤️Then Old Town is only about a 20 min walk...and its such a lovely place to visit!! Fantastic hotel, superb food, beautiful gardens within walking distance to the edge of the lake. So much to see and do within the hotel, child friendly with play areas, food and kids club. Lots of choice with meals and additional salad buffet also. We all loved it so much we really did want to stay another week. Would seriously consider going back.
