Comfortable and charming! Great location! Staff was amazing especially—Maha! She was a great help when one of our travelers had some issues and she is kind and welcoming. The food at the restaurant was delicious—the best lasagna I have ever had! The view from the restaurant and the terrace is a perfect spot for a glass of wine ! Highly recommend Posta Panoramica!!!

Price-quality relationship was good. Hotel in the center of Assisi. Tiny room, but very clean and a great view. Good breakfast buffer and friendly snd helpful service.

Not the stay I was looking for.
On booking it says 4stars but in reality it’s a 3stars.
They upgraded us to a better room when we arrived but in reality it look like a downgrade, the room was next to the restaurant and since the isolation of the door is none we could here everything.
The shower miss half of the door, and the floor is not straight in the bathroom so it’s easy to make a pool party in the room.
The terrace have a beautiful view but can be cleaner.
We choose this one because they have a restaurant but at the end it was closed.
If you come by car you can park in the front of the hotel to unload and than park your car in one of the paid parking.

I felt at home the second I got through the door and practiced my Italian with the kind receptionist. But what is more important is I got a room with a stellar view of the valley, and the breakfast was wonderful, too. So what can I complain about now? Absolutely nothing. I recommend this small, personable hotel to everybody who likes a tiny bit of an exercise because when a hotel has a great view it’s usually because it’s in the upper part of the hill town!

Unfortunately,the booking information requires a major update. No information was provided on hotel confirmation on how to park for checkin nor assistance in how to get up the 15 minute walk on 45 degree incline with luggage.

the hotel is well located, a few meters from the center of assisi.
i was in room 27 which is not in the hotel per se but at the restaurant, 2 doors from the hotel. my comments are also true for room 28, right next to room 27.
the view of the valley from the room is superb.
the room is quite small, and the bathroom even smaller, one has to be a contorsionist to enter and use the shower.
though there were no clients in the restaurant when i was there (in early september,) loud music kept playing until late at night. for some reasom the staff started moving the furniture on the terrace which made a loud grating sound in the room as late as 23:00.
soundproofing is non existent: i could hear very loud telephone conversations which lasted well past midnight.
may-be the rooms in the hotel are OK, but the ones in the restaurant should be avoided at all cost.

Clean and friendly staff. Most importantly the best view in town!

Good location and very friendly staff. The hotel has a great restaurant next door. It makes a stay very easy to and from hotel. Food at restaurant and breakfast were good. Room was very comfortable. Access out of hours wad straight forward. Parking is a challenge but there is a great underground car park a short walk from hotel. Be prepared though to walk hills. Its Assisi but worth it and the architecture and buildings make it worth it.

Hi guys. The location of this hotel is SUPERB -- couldn't be closer to the centre of action. I also wanted to call out the beautifully kind receptionist who met me when I arrived on my self-guided walk. THe electricity hadn't been working on the street -- and she was so apologetic. I thought she was so professional in handling the crisis -- and I want to make sure she did a wonderful job. I stayed there on the nights of 22-24 May, 2024

So me and a group where there for like 3 days
I need to say that I was disappointed
First of all the staffs didn’t take action when we told them about the problems in our room. Only when we talked to them twice is when they did something.
-Very cold room without a duvet on the second bed
-No rubbish in the room
-No WiFi like we were told
-Ants on the bathroom floor
I’m sorry to say but I can’t recommend it
