Clean and friendly staff. Most importantly the best view in town!

Hi guys. The location of this hotel is SUPERB -- couldn't be closer to the centre of action. I also wanted to call out the beautifully kind receptionist who met me when I arrived on my self-guided walk. THe electricity hadn't been working on the street -- and she was so apologetic. I thought she was so professional in handling the crisis -- and I want to make sure she did a wonderful job. I stayed there on the nights of 22-24 May, 2024

So me and a group where there for like 3 days
I need to say that I was disappointed
First of all the staffs didn’t take action when we told them about the problems in our room. Only when we talked to them twice is when they did something.
-Very cold room without a duvet on the second bed
-No rubbish in the room
-No WiFi like we were told
-Ants on the bathroom floor
I’m sorry to say but I can’t recommend it
First and last time spending my time there 😌

The rooms with balcony are good with regard to view there are no other services like laundry, pressing etc. Staff is good and hospitable.

Cancelled my stay at Hotel Posta Panoramic inside the free cancelation period as my plans changed.
The Hotel proceeded to still charge my credit card for the booking and 'the manager' is never available in the hotel and it is supposedly only him who can process the refund.
this still hasn't been resolved 4 weeks later

Very good position few steps from the main square. Clean room, staff very friendly and helpful. Average breakfast only. Extreme small bathroom with too small shower cabin. WiFi OK. Far from the nearest parking, but good accessible by public bus or taxi (taxi ride 10€ ).

We have stayed here on three different occasions. The rooms have incredible views, the staff is wonderful, the owners are fantastic people, every meal tastes like it was homemade, and the hotel is ideally located in the middle of town. Forget all the other hotels and stay here.

No, I didn't technically stay in this hotel, but my interaction with the people at Hotel Posta made me wish I had. My friend and I arrived in Assisi with insane amounts of luggage and a pre-booked Airbnb that had yet to let us check in. We decided to try asking if the hotel across the street would mind storing and watching our luggage for a few hours so we could enjoy the day despite our bad Airbnb luck. The kind man at the front desk agreed to watch and store our things safely without asking for any $$. So kind and thoughtful. If I ever come back to Assisi, I know exactly where I'm headed.

I had a lovely stay here as part of the Gentle Peace meditation retreat. The hotel has a real family feeling. The owner and his family are very kind and ready to meet you with a smile. The views from the rooms are great be sure to ask for one facing the valley. The restaurant staff are also very friendly, and bring things in from their garden sometimes to cook the evening meals with. A great place to stay in Assisi!

I really appreciate this hotel which us located 10 minutes walking from the Basilica Maggiore. Food is good and abondants. Rooms are in medieval houses well furnished and renovated linked one to another. I suggest it for and kind of journey.
